8、llation: in the process of transporting, the motors should be checked to see whether the motors transformed or damaged; retention parts smooth or falling; whether it is smart when operating by hand, whether damped or erosion chemically.安裝：電動(dòng)機(jī)安裝前應(yīng)檢查電動(dòng)機(jī)在運(yùn)輸過(guò)程中有無(wú)變形或損壞；緊固件有無(wú)松動(dòng)或脫落；用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)是否靈活，有無(wú)受潮或受化學(xué)銹蝕等。

9、When installing, the centerline of the motor shaft the loading machine shaft should combine together if use the shaft coupling machine. The setting way is the same as the IMN34 and IMB14 or A201 and A301, so its deepness into the screw should not larger than 8mm in case of damaging the coil winding.

10、安裝時(shí)，若采用聯(lián)軸器轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，必須使電機(jī)軸中心線(xiàn)與負(fù)載機(jī)械軸中心線(xiàn)重合。對(duì)于安裝形式與小法蘭型電機(jī)(IMN34 and IMB14 or A201 and A301)，其安裝連接螺釘旋入深度不應(yīng)大于8mm，以免損壞線(xiàn)圈繞組。The motor should wire ground. But continuously starting is not permitted.起動(dòng)：小功率異步電動(dòng)機(jī)均為全壓直接起動(dòng)。但不允許連續(xù)頻繁起動(dòng)。For the JZ, YU series single-phase resistor started asynchronous motor, the starting time should not exceed 20 times/hour, each time should not exceed 3 seconds.對(duì)于JZ、YU等單相電阻起動(dòng)異步電動(dòng)機(jī)，每小時(shí)起動(dòng)次數(shù)應(yīng)不超過(guò)20次，每次起動(dòng)時(shí)間不應(yīng)超過(guò)3秒鐘。Running: in th

16、 process of running.要保證電動(dòng)機(jī)在運(yùn)行過(guò)程中軸承潤(rùn)滑良好。Generally, after one year working, lubrication should be supplemented or changed. Enclosed bearing should change to another same model bearing after using up. The dismantling and assembling of the bearing should be sent to the specialists.一般電動(dòng)機(jī)每運(yùn)行一年左右應(yīng)補(bǔ)充或更換潤(rùn)滑脂。

17、密封式軸承在使用過(guò)程中，潤(rùn)滑油耗失后，應(yīng)更換相同型號(hào)的軸承，軸承的拆卸和裝配應(yīng)送專(zhuān)業(yè)廠家。Must send to the specialist for maintenance when the motor winding is burnt.若電動(dòng)機(jī)繞組燒毀，應(yīng)送專(zhuān)業(yè)廠家維修。Must change to another capacitor of the same specification as the origin when the capacitor is damaged.若電動(dòng)機(jī)電容器損壞，應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按原配電容器的型號(hào)規(guī)格選配。Store: the motors must keep in

During this period,
