2、 Law.The labor contracts and letters of appo ment for all new employees should be clear about the probationary period. During probationary period, the termination of the contract may be made bet n ho and the staff. However, the ho should provide the evidence of sta ailing to meet employment conditio

3、ns with written notice if ho pro ed the dismissal.
