Chinas entry into WTO, an opportunity as well as a challenge, plays a significant and positive part in the development of national economy and the whole society; mean

3、while, it has negative influence as well. The same is true with the affairs of the investigation of economic crimes. During recent years, crimes in the field of economy are more and more rampant; hence the affairs of the investigation of economic crimes are facing newer and more severe tests. It is

4、strongly recommended that we urgently need to have an appropriate understanding of the characteristics and regularities of economic crimes, to predict the new specific challenges concerned with the affaires of the investigation of economic crimes upon Chinas entry into WTO, and then to formulate the

5、 strategies relating to the new challenges.II. Characteristics of the Economic Crimes upon Chinas Entry into WTOA. A number of new kinds of economic crimes are springing up. After Chinas entry into WTO, not only the current kinds of economic crimes keep on existing, but also a number of new kinds ar

6、e springing up continually, e.g. crimes of credit cards. With the increasing international economic cooperation and frequent activities of international business and trade, and fast progress of economic globalization, a few foreign illegal members commit crimes in China crazily under the pretence of

7、 joint venture of cooperation. After committing crimes, some domestic offenders usually abscond with funds to foreign countries for the purpose of escaping from punishment by public security organs. Additionally, crimes of violation of intellectual property are increasingly occurring. B. Fields of C

8、rimes Are Enlarged and the Number of Victims Is Growing. After Chinas entry into WTO, with the wide circulation of labor power, material resources and financial resources, economic crimes have already involved into the field of finance, tax, stock and insurance markets, etc.; victims have already in

9、volved into people of many a different profession and social stratum, including the staff members in enterprises and institutions, self-employed laborers, national cadre and rural cadre at the basic level.C. Last but not the least, safe concealment, diversity and 智能化 characterize economic crimes. Wi

10、th the development of modern science and technology, it is a new trend that criminals are well-educated and much wiser. After Chinas entry into WTO, the traditional and elementary means of economic crimes are developing towards the trend of high technology and 智能化 by and by. Some criminals often mak

11、e full use of their specialties and skills or utilize high-tech means (e.g. computers linked with Internet) to meticulously scheme to seduce other people into being taken in.III. As a “will-be” police officer, what effective measures should we take? To bravely face the new situation in the new centu

12、ry and to be an all-rounder.In consideration of the current situation and new trend, wed better master the common sense of the frequently-used laws and regulations as well as the elementary economic investigative procedures and skills. Whats more, it is quite necessary for us to learn more knowledge

14、經(jīng)偵工作任務(wù)具有重要意義。加入世貿(mào)后經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域犯罪的特點(diǎn)。1、 新的經(jīng)濟(jì)犯罪類(lèi)型不斷出現(xiàn)。加入世貿(mào)，現(xiàn)有的經(jīng)濟(jì)犯罪類(lèi)型還會(huì)繼續(xù)存在，新的經(jīng)濟(jì)犯罪類(lèi)型將不斷涌現(xiàn)。隨著國(guó)際間經(jīng)濟(jì)交往日益增多，全球化進(jìn)程加快和國(guó)際貿(mào)易活動(dòng)日益頻繁，一些境外不法分子打折合資或者合作的幌子，在國(guó)內(nèi)大肆進(jìn)行犯罪活動(dòng)。國(guó)內(nèi)犯罪分子為逃避打擊，作案后也往往攜款逃往境外，入世后侵犯知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)不斷增多。2、 犯罪領(lǐng)域不斷擴(kuò)大，侵害客體增多。入世后，隨著人財(cái)物的大量流通，經(jīng)濟(jì)犯罪已深入到金融財(cái)稅政權(quán)保險(xiǎn)等各個(gè)領(lǐng)域，受害客體已涉不同行業(yè)不同階層的人，既有企事業(yè)單位的工作人員又有個(gè)體戶(hù)、農(nóng)民以及國(guó)家干部、農(nóng)村基層干部。3、 經(jīng)濟(jì)犯罪既有很強(qiáng)的隱蔽性，多樣性和智能化的特點(diǎn)。隨著現(xiàn)
