Thedesignations (item numbers) used in the text refer to the flowsheets.以下是一個典型的礦渣粉磨系統(tǒng)的工藝和功能說明。文中用到的代碼(項目號)參考流程圖中的設(shè)備編號。The slag grinding plant basically consists of the raw slag
12、feeding system, the roller mill with the dynamic separator and external material circuit with the fine metal extraction unit, a hot gas generator, the gas routes including the system fan, the bag filter and finished material transport. 礦渣粉磨系統(tǒng)由:礦渣喂入裝置、動態(tài)選粉機、帶除細鐵顆粒裝置外物料循環(huán)、磨機本體、一臺熱風爐、包括風機的熱風管路、袋收塵器和和產(chǎn)品
13、輸送裝置。The roller mill is a POLYSIUS mill type RMS with a dynamic separator type SEPOL RMS. The grinding plant is heated by a hot gas generator, which normally is fired with blast furnace gas, natural gas, heavy oil, light oil or coal dust.立磨型號為RMS的伯利休斯磨配有型號為SEPOL RMS的動態(tài)選粉機。粉磨系統(tǒng)由一臺熱風爐供熱風,熱風爐一般采用高爐煤氣、天

18、 of the individual machines or plant components of the slag grinding plant are given below.以下是礦渣粉磨系統(tǒng)內(nèi)各單個設(shè)備或部件的設(shè)計和功能。1.1.1 Raw material feeding 原料進料The raw material which consists of slag and gypsum is conveyed via the speed-controlled weighbelts, item no. 5D1.WE01, 5D1.WE02 and 5D1.WE03 and is guide
19、d in a controlled flow rate in the troughed belt conveyor 5D1.BC01 in accordance with the set mix-ture.原料包括礦渣和石膏,經(jīng)過調(diào)速皮帶稱(項目號5D1.WE01,5D1.WE02)流量控制,按照設(shè)定的混合比用槽形皮帶機(5D1.BC01)輸送。To protect the roller mill from metallic foreign bodies a suspended magnetic separator, item 5D1.MS01.MSJ01 and a metal detect
20、or, item 5D1.MT01.MTJ01 are installed above the common conveyor belt 5D1.BC02 of the raw material components. The suspended mag-netic separator basically consists of a permanent magnet, which is enclosed by a belt con-veyor provided with transverse galleries. During operation the iron parts attracte

22、erience that the suspended magnetic separator alone does not remove alliron parts. Thick material layers on the troughed belt conveyor, coarse grain size ranges orsticky and moist material can make removal of the iron more difficult. Non-magnetic trampmetal also is no collected. Therefore, an additi
23、onal metal detector (item 5D1.MT01.MTJ01)also is installed.根據(jù)經(jīng)驗,我們知道僅僅使用懸掛式電磁除鐵器是不能除去所有鐵顆粒的。皮帶機上較厚的料層,較粗的進料粒徑以及粘稠潮濕的物料都使除鐵變得更加困難。另外,也無法除去無磁性的夾雜金屬物,因此,需增加安裝金屬探測器。The metal detector contains transmitting and receiving coils with an alternating magnetic fieldof high frequency between them which is gene
24、rated by an oscillator in the controller. When ametal part passes the field, eddy currents form as a result of induction and take away energyfrom the oscillator. A signal is formed from this which is relayed to the control system of thechange-over flap, item 5D1.CF01.CFJ01. The change-over flap remo
25、ves the metal con-taining new feed material and discharges it in a container. To avoid frequent removals, it isnecessary not to detect tramp metal which is not greater than a minimum size. The smalltramp metal passes in the raw mill and is collected for the most part in the collecting devicefor ligh

27、or the roller mill. Toavoid caking of the slag the rotary airlock feeder is heated by a gas stream. The material isguided onto the grinding table via a chute which is also heated.鎖風轉(zhuǎn)飼機(項目號5F1.CV01.CVJ01)為輥磨密封空氣用。為避免礦渣結(jié)塊旋轉(zhuǎn)喂料機通有熱氣加熱。物料導入磨盤經(jīng)過的料槽也被加熱。1.1.2 Roller mill RMC 51/26 立式輥磨The general design of
28、 the roller mill is explained with Figure 1.立磨總圖設(shè)計見圖 1。The essential component of the roller mill is the grinding table with two concave grindingtracks (on the inside and outside) and the two roller pair units (designation 3) which run onthe bed of material. The grinding table is driven by the motor
29、 (2), the grinding rollers arefixed in their position. The raw material is fed to the mill via a chute and falls directly onto the centre of the grinding table. The material is then carried under the rollers by the rotation of the table. The ground material is flung outwards over the edge of the gri
30、nding table and en-trained in the stream of gas from the nozzle ring (9). All of the material ejected from thegrinding table, or a certain proportion of it is carried in the gas stream to the separator (10).輥式磨主要是由有2道凹形磨輥軌跡(內(nèi)軌和外軌)的磨盤和運轉(zhuǎn)在料床上的2組磨輥對(每組一對磨輥,標示3)組成。磨盤由馬達(標示2)驅(qū)動,磨輥被固定在原位置。原料通過一個喂料槽直接落在磨盤的

The bedof material can be stabili

Theoversize material falls back onto the centre of the grinding table (4), while the finished prod-uct
33、 is carried to the downstream filter by the stream of gas.選粉機(標示10)將研磨過的料分離成成品和過粗料。粗粉料落回磨盤(標示4)中心,成品則被氣流帶入下一步的收塵機中。The gas velocity in the nozzle ring (9) of the roller mill can be adapted to the grinding plantrequirements by adjusting the nozzle segments. Material lumps which cannot be carried toth

In sec
36、tions particularly exposed to wear, the housingis provided with replaceable wear protection. The nozzle ring consists of Hard Faced Com-pound Steel Plate (VAUTID, EURODUR; or similar). Above the nozzle ring, DENSIT cas-settes(Ceramic Mortar) are installed at the lower end, and above them a scaled we

Th
38、e seal betweenthe casing and the grinding table is a sliding contact seal. Dust cannot deposit, as alwayssmall quantities of false air enter through this seal.熱風通過2個熱風進口管接口進入磨機。在磨機外殼和磨盤間的密封是滑動接觸式密封。因為密封間總是存在少量漏風,粉塵不能附著。To control the hot gas supply in the mill interior, the nozzle ring is installed
39、above the hot gaspipe socket. The nozzle ring consists of several adjusting segments for varying the gas ve-locity by altering the cross-sections. The hot gas stream emerges at high velocity, entrainsthe material from the grinding table and carries it upwards to the SEPOL separator. The gasvelocity
40、in the nozzle ring is a crucial parameter for the grinding process. 41、 磨輥The material on the grinding table is carried under the rollers by the rotation of the table. Thegrinding is performed by a total of 4 grinding rollers set in pairs which can rotate independ-ently. The bearing assembly is sealed by the rotary shaft seal. With the roller carrier, confining air is
42、carried to the rollers in order to prevent dust from entering the grinding roller bear-ings. The roller tyres consist of wear-resistant Ni HARD IV or similar and are fixed on the roller body with clamping rings and studs.磨 輥磨輥架密封空氣接口磨盤上的物料被轉(zhuǎn)動的磨盤帶入磨輥下。共有4個磨輥以對輥方式作用,對輥中每個磨輥輪可以獨立旋轉(zhuǎn)。軸承組由旋轉(zhuǎn)軸封密封。在磨輥架,密封空氣

They can, for instance, move verticallyand pivot horizontally on their guide axle. If th
44、e inner roller is raised by coarse feed, theouter roller presses down with greater force on the material. Each roller thus supports theaction of the other. This interactive functioning of the rollers results in highly efficient grind-ing.磨輥導向軸和單輥壓力平衡系統(tǒng)允許磨輥對可在3個自由度上移動。例如,它們能在垂直和水平方向圍繞它的導向軸移動。如果內(nèi)輥輪被加入
45、的粗料頂起,則外輥輪會向下以更大的壓力壓料。每一對磨輥如此這般互相作用。這樣的相互配合的功能實現(xiàn)了高效率的碾磨。The grinding force required for grinding the material is generated by a hydraulic system.Each grinding roller is running in antifriction bearings on an axle clamped in the roller carrier.The roller pair units are so guided by pins in correspond
46、ing guides that they can move verti-cally and pivot horizontally on their horizontal axle. They can therefore very well adapt them-selves to changes in the material bed depth and the entire grinding surface always remainsfully effective.粉磨物料需要的粉磨壓力是由液壓系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的。每個輥輪裝在耐磨滾動軸承上,軸承安裝于緊固在磨輥橋架的輥軸上。磨輥對由導向銷引導,使

48、ing flange of the gear unit. 49、nsulation which protects the grinding table from thermal overloading by the hot gases 保護過熱風量對磨盤過熱沖擊的絕緣材料The bed of material on the grinding table forms between the concave grinding track and theconvex grinding rollers. An optimum bed of material is decisive for effective grinding. The bed of materia
50、l is set by the height of the dam ring installed on the outer grinding table rim.在凹形槽軌道和凸起的輥輪間的磨盤上形成料床。決定碾磨效率的一個很重要因素是選擇合理的料床厚度。料床厚度由安裝在磨盤邊緣的擋料圈的高度設(shè)定。內(nèi) 軌外 軌前部擋料圈加高的外部擋料圈As the grinding track depth (measured from the upper edge of the grinding track) increaseswith increasing wear of the grinding trac
51、k, the height of the material bed on the grinding trackalso changes. When material with great internal supporting properties is ground which tendsto formation of a very stable material bed, a super proportional increase of the material layermay occur due to the thicker material bed, and this may res
52、ult in an increase of the rollingresistance at the grinding rollers. This increases the specific energy consumption of thegrinding process. It is therefore necessary to adapt the dam ring height to the increasingwear during the grinding process. A material bed which is too low or too deep also upset

54、 dry, it may be necessary to form a stable bed of mate-rial by means of a second dam ring. This dam ring (dam ring extension) is installed beforethe first dam ring.當原料很細好很干時,通過加裝第2個擋料圈可能可以形成穩(wěn)定的料床。這個擋料圈(擋料圈附件)安裝在第1個擋料圈之前。The dam ring height can be adapted by selecting rings of different heights (dam
55、ring exten-sion). The velocity in the nozzle ring is so selected that only very coarse components (e.g.
57、 not commin-uted iron parts) can fall through the nozzle ring.
