3、d on Production Riskful Degree as 1st level (1st level is the most riskful).1.1.4 工廠的最大消防水量40l/s,水壓0.4MPa,火災(zāi)延續(xù)時間2小時。1.1.4 The most fire water consumption is 40 l/s at 0.4MPa, duration of fire is 2 hrs.1.1.5 分別設(shè)生產(chǎn)、生活給水系統(tǒng)和室內(nèi)、室外均為高壓的消防給水系統(tǒng)。1.1.5 There are water supply system for production and one for

7、 building hydrant layout (GBJ50140-2005)1.3 一般說明1.3 Normal note1.3.1尺寸單位:管道長度和標(biāo)高以m計,其余以mm計。1.3.1 Dimension unit: m for the pipe length and its high, mm for the others.1.3.2 本工程室內(nèi)首層地面0.000同建筑專業(yè).1.3.2 The 0.000 of 1st floor of the buildings is the same as one showed in the architecture drawings.1.3.3
8、管道標(biāo)高的表示法:所注管道標(biāo)高,均以室內(nèi)首層地面0.000作基準(zhǔn)推的相對標(biāo)高.給水管道的標(biāo)高是指管中心線的標(biāo)高;排水管道的標(biāo)高是指管道內(nèi)頂面的標(biāo)高.1.3.3 The noted pipe height is relative height based on the 0.000 of 1st floor of the buildings, the height of the supply water pipe is metered from its center line, and the one for drain pipe is metered from the top of the it
9、.1.3.4 除設(shè)計圖中已有安裝大樣外,一般衛(wèi)生設(shè)備均參照全國通用給水排水標(biāo)準(zhǔn)圖集99S304衛(wèi)生設(shè)備安裝進行安裝.1.3.4 All sanitation should be installed according to the “nation water supply and drainage standard drawings selection 99S304sanitation installation”1.3.5 室內(nèi)生活給水管道,其橫管安裝時宜有0.002-0.005的坡度坡向泄水裝置。1.3.5 About the water supply water pipe for life
10、 the horizontal pipe should be inclined to the draining direction.1.3.6 給水管道上各種閥門必須檢驗合格后才安裝,原則上當(dāng)DN50時用截止閥, DN50時用閘板閥或蝶閥, 但在環(huán)狀管網(wǎng)上閘門及各種排空泄水閥一律用閘板閥或蝶閥.1.3.6 Before the installation all valves should be checked, normally adopt globe valve while DN50mm and gate valve or butterfly valve while DN50, except
11、 that valve or butterfly valve should be adopted about the vent & drain valves on the circular pipe net.1.3.7 室內(nèi)排水立管上的檢查口,底層和有衛(wèi)生器具的最高層必須設(shè)置,如屋頂為上人平屋頂,能用立管伸頂通氣管口清通時,頂層可不設(shè)檢查口,其它每隔一層(6.0m左右)設(shè)置,檢查口高出地面一般為1.0m, 且應(yīng)高出該層衛(wèi)生器具上邊緣150mm。1.3.7 Check holes should be set on the indoor vertical drain pipe especially
12、 in the 1st floor and the highest floor where there are some sanitary wares in it, but in the accessible roof, if check can be done thru the venthole, check hole neednt set there. About the other case check hole should be set for each floor, and it should be 1.0m above the floor surface and 150mm ab
13、ove the highest of the edge of the sanitary wares.1.3.8 排水管道的橫管與立管的連接應(yīng)采用45的三通或45四通和90斜三通或90斜四通,立管底部與排出管連接處,應(yīng)采用兩個45彎頭或采取彎曲半徑不少于4倍管徑的90彎頭。1.3.8 The connection joint between the horizontal drainpipe and vertical drainpipe should adopted one of the options: 45 3-way joint, 45 4-way joint, 90 3-way ramp
14、joint, 90 4-way ramp joint, at the joint between the bottom of the vertical drainpipe and the outlet pipe two 45 elbows should be adopted or the bend radius is more than 4 times of the DN.1.3.9 所有衛(wèi)生器具自帶或配置存水彎,其水封深度不得小于50mm。1.3.9 Water lock should be set for all the sanitary wares or the sanitary war

19、 test for the pipeline.2.1生活給水( 水)系統(tǒng)2.1 The water supply system for life2.1.1室內(nèi)管道采用:提取車間給水管、熱水管均采用熱鍍鋅鋼管,其余廠房采用PPR管。潔凈廠房內(nèi)暴露在外的管道采用不銹鋼管。2.1.1 For the indoor water supply pipe hot zincing pipe should be adopted for the extracting workshop water supply pipes and the hot water supply pipes, the pipes in
20、the other building should adopt PPR pipe. But the pipe exposed in the clean zone should adopt SS (stainless steel) pipe.2.1.2管道接口形式2.1.2 Type of the pipe jointi襯里鍍鋅鋼管用襯里鍍鋅配件i Lining zincing pipe should adopt lining pipe fittings as the joint;ii PPR塑料管專用粘合劑粘接.ii PPR pipe connection should adopt spec
21、bond.;iii不銹鋼管焊接或法蘭連接.iii SS pipe connection should adopt welding or flange.2.1.3管道試驗水壓力:(以首層室內(nèi)地面作計算基準(zhǔn)點)2.1.3 The water pressure test for the pipeline( based on the 0.000 of the 1st floor)管道試驗水壓力為工作壓力的1.5倍,但最小不少于0.6MPa, 本工程采用0.9MPa.The test pressure should be 1.5 times of the working pressure and not
22、 lower than 0.6MPa, it is 0.9MPa in this project.2.1.4 所有管道均暗裝于管道井內(nèi),吊頂內(nèi),墻內(nèi)或采用建筑局部裝修包封處理.2.1.4 All the pipes should be installed in the one space of following options: pipe well, interlayer, in walls, partial space closed packed with PPR sandwich panel.2.1.5 室內(nèi)給水管及衛(wèi)生潔具的連接管道在穿過樓板或剪力墻時應(yīng)配合土建施工預(yù)留孔洞.2.1.5
23、 Where the indoor water supply pipe and the pipes connecting the sanitary wares perforate the floor slab prearranged hole should be prepared cooperating with building structure construction.2.2消火栓給水系統(tǒng)2.2 Fire water supply system2.2.1管材. 熱鍍鋅鋼管2.2.1 Pipe hot zincing tube2.2.2管道接口形式2.2.1 Type of the pi
24、pe jointi鍍鋅鋼管,襯里鍍鋅管i zincing pipe, lining zincing pipea管螺紋接口 (DN80mm)b welding ( DN80mm)2.2.3管道試驗水壓力:2.2.3 Test pressure of the pipe water pressure test消防管道的水壓力是以消防水泵的最高壓力(即流量為0時的揚程)來計算,當(dāng)水泵最高壓力小于0.6MPa時,試驗壓力為1.5倍;當(dāng)水泵最高壓力大于0.6MPa時,試驗壓力為其壓力加上0.3MPa; 當(dāng)室內(nèi)消火栓系統(tǒng)有消防水泵結(jié)合器時,試驗壓力還必須不小于1.4MPa, 本工程為1.4MPa。The t
25、est pressure is calculated based on the max. pressure of the pump (the pump lift at 0 water flow), when the max. pressure is less than 0.6MPa, the test pressure should be 1.5 times of it; when the max. pressure is more than 0.6MPa, the test pressure should be 0.3MPa plus it; and when there is water
26、pump connector the test pressure should not less 1.4MPa, the test pressure for this project is 1.4MPa.2.2.4 消防箱2.2.4 Hose cabineti 單栓消防箱內(nèi)的配備及要求:i Single-hydrant hose cabinet should complete with following partsa 室內(nèi)消火栓一個,口徑為DN65a one hydrant which caliber is DN65;b 直流水槍一支 DN65X19b one water gun DN65X
27、19注:在消防電梯前室的消火栓要用開花水槍note: c 消防龍帶: 口徑為DN65c hose which caliber is 65材質(zhì): 襯膠material: rubber-lining canvas工作壓力:1.0MPaworking pressure: 1.0MPa長度及條數(shù): 25m 1條one 25m long of hosed 消防軟管卷盤(配在消防箱內(nèi))一套 口徑DN19mm, 長度20md one coiling plate for hose, which caliber is 19 and 20m longe 破玻璃手動報警器,電鈴,指示燈各一個.e one glass
28、 manual annunciator, one electrical bell, one indicator light2.3 生活排水2.3 Domestic sewage 2.3.1 室內(nèi)管道采用硬質(zhì)聚氯乙烯管,但有排水溫度45C的工序排水管采用PPR管。2.3.1 Domestic sewage pipe should adopt hard PVC, but if its drain sewage temperature is higher than 45C the pipe should adopt PPR pipe.2.3.2 管道接口形式:2.3.2 Type of the pi
29、pe joint承插排水塑料管的接口,應(yīng)用粘接劑粘牢.粘接劑的理化性能必須符合產(chǎn)品說明和設(shè)計要求For the socket drain plastic pipe their connection should adopt spec bond.2.3.3 硬塑料排水管道的伸縮節(jié)的設(shè)置應(yīng)符合下列要求:2.3.3 The distribution of the extension joints of the hard plastic drain pipe should comply with following:i 層高H4m, 立管每層設(shè)一伸縮節(jié); 層高H4m應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)計伸縮量決定.i one e
30、xtension joint should be set for vertical pipe in each layer if the layer H4m, the quantity of the extension joint should be decided by the design extension length. If the layer H 4m.ii 當(dāng)橫支管至立管距離L2m時,應(yīng)設(shè)伸縮節(jié),但伸縮節(jié)之間的最大間距L4m.ii When horizontal pipe from the vertical pipe length L2m, extension joints sho
31、uld be set, but the distance between the extension joints L should less than 4m;iii 伸縮節(jié)承口應(yīng)逆水流方向.iii socket channel should be refluent to the drain direction;iv 當(dāng)立管穿越樓層處固定支承時,伸縮節(jié)不得固定, 若伸縮節(jié)固定支承時,立管穿越樓層處不得固定iv When the vertical pipe perforates the floor slab only one of the vertical and extension joint
32、 can be fixed.2.4 管道防腐:2.4 Pipe rust-proof2.4.1 埋地鑄鐵管(若管材出廠時已有瀝青層者則不再處理)采用刷熱瀝青兩度2.4.1 The embedded underground cast iron pipe should be coated with bitumen for 2 times.2.4.2 襯里鍍鋅管外壁 刷熱瀝青兩度2.4.2 The outer surface of lining zincing pipe should be painted with hot bitumen for 2 times.2.4.3 埋地鋼管,除銹后外壁再刷
33、 三度熱瀝青,兩度玻璃布.2.4.3 The embedded underground steel pipe should be removed rust and then painted with hot bitumen for 3 times and then covered with glass fabric.2.4.4 暴露在屋頂金屬管道, 采用巖棉保溫殼保溫,保溫層厚30mm,外覆鋁箔保護殼。2.4.4 The metal pipe exposed on the roof should be insulated with rock wool insulation half, the
34、thickness is 30mm, covered with AL foil as a protection layer.2.5 管道埋深及管道基礎(chǔ):2.5 The embedded depth and pipe foundation 2.5.1 埋設(shè)在首層鋼筋混凝土地面以下的管線,用吊架把管線固定在首層梁.板上,吊架間距及襯里鑄鐵管吊架參照1.3.10節(jié)執(zhí)行2.5.1 The pipe embedded under the first RC (reinforced concrete) underground should be fixed on the first floors beam
35、and their distance should refer 1.3.10.2.5.2 鋼管埋在天然地基的非行車地面下,可不設(shè)基礎(chǔ);埋在巖土或半巖土地基中,須鋪砂找平,壓實再鋪管2.5.2 The pipe embedded in the natural earth and under the non-driveway need not equipped its support, if the pipe embedded in the rock and soil, the base layer should be filled with sand to level up.2.5.3 硬塑料管
36、鋪在土壤容重r=1800kg/m3土壤內(nèi),管頂覆土深度0.53.5m采用混凝土120基礎(chǔ)2.5.3 If plastic pipe should laid in the earth, the earth volume ratio should be 1800kg/m3, the covered soil depth should be 0.53.5m, and it foundation should be 120 concrete one.2.5.4 當(dāng)?shù)鼗临|(zhì)較軟弱,或為填土地段,則在管道基礎(chǔ)下面采用換砂或石屑地基處理2.5.4 If the base earth is too soft

38、 of the foundation +2002.6 其他2.6 Others2.6.1 管段沖洗.消毒2.6.1 Washing and disinfecting for the pipes各種管段安裝完畢,并在水壓試驗前,把管段內(nèi)的雜物.泥砂沖洗干凈,直至出水口處濁度.色度與進水口處沖洗水濁度.色度相同為止.自動噴淋系統(tǒng)管道沖洗水流速度3m/s,其他壓力供水系統(tǒng)沖洗水流速度1.5m/s, ,生活飲用水管及水池在使用前還必須做消毒處理.消毒用水含游離氯2030mg/l消毒水在管內(nèi)停留時間不小于24h.Before the water pressure test after the all pipelines installation has been finished, the pipe should be c
