3、 15% ,即 _ 美元整第二期：甲方在港口造船工程開始時(shí) , 付給乙方 工程 總價(jià)15% z即美元整；第三期：在安裝管路時(shí) , 甲方付給乙方工程總價(jià)的 10% z 即 美元整。第四期：在主機(jī)的主要設(shè)備運(yùn)抵工地時(shí) , 甲方付給乙 方 工程總價(jià)的40% z即美元整；第五期：在安裝工程完畢時(shí) , 甲方付給乙方工程總價(jià) 的10% ,即 美元整；第六期: 在工程驗(yàn)收合格后，甲方付給乙方工程總價(jià) 余 額的10% z即美元整。7?違約罰款：因乙方原因未準(zhǔn)時(shí)完工時(shí)， 應(yīng)由乙方負(fù) 責(zé),應(yīng)付違約罰款 , 每天按總價(jià)的 1%計(jì)算即 美元8? 增加或減少工程 : 假設(shè)甲方需修改、 增加或減少其工 程方案時(shí)總價(jià)之增減

4、 , 應(yīng)按雙方規(guī)走之訂單計(jì)算。假設(shè)需 新增 加工程量 , 雙方應(yīng)另行協(xié)商該項(xiàng)新增加工程之單價(jià)。 假設(shè)甲方 因修改原方案而將已完工局部工程或已運(yùn)抵工地之 材料棄 置, 甲方在驗(yàn)收后 , 應(yīng)按雙方規(guī)走的單價(jià)對(duì)乙方已 完成的工 程費(fèi)用及材料費(fèi) , 予以支付。9. 監(jiān)督進(jìn)度：甲方派去的監(jiān)督人員或代表對(duì)工程進(jìn)度 予 以監(jiān)督并有權(quán)予以監(jiān)工、指導(dǎo)。乙方應(yīng)按甲方人員或代 表的 指示正確施工 , 不得以任何借口置之不理。10? 工程停工 : 假設(shè)甲方通知乙方將工程停止，其原因 又 并非是乙方的責(zé)任 , 乙方可停止工程并要求甲方按照已 完成 工程的數(shù)量、運(yùn)抵工地的材料及其他合理費(fèi)用。在已 交款中 增付或扣除。11

5、? 工程監(jiān)護(hù) : 在工程開始后，但在完工移交前，已 完 工的工程及留在工地的材料、 工具、設(shè)備等，均由乙方 保管。除人力不能抵抗的災(zāi)害外 ,乙方應(yīng)對(duì)保管中的一 切, 負(fù)損害 之全責(zé)。如遇不可抵抗的天災(zāi)人禍，乙方應(yīng)詳 列損害實(shí)情， 向甲方提出恢復(fù)原狀的價(jià)格及日期。以供甲 方核對(duì)付款之用。 假設(shè)甲方?jīng)Q定不再繼續(xù)施工 ,按合同第 10 條規(guī)走結(jié)束。12? 工程保險(xiǎn)：除天災(zāi)或因甲方使用不當(dāng)?shù)脑蛲?, 乙 方應(yīng)在甲方驗(yàn)收后保證工程質(zhì)量良好 年。13? 附加條款：在工程進(jìn)行中 ，假設(shè)因乙方的過錯(cuò) ，使 甲 方或其他人員受到傷害 , 乙方應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)賠償。但如果傷害 原因 是由甲方或與甲方訂約之其他工程人員的過
