7.FORCEMAJEURE

(1)IfeitherPartyispreventedfromperformingitsobligationsunderthisContractduetocircumstancesbeyonditsreasonablecontrol,suchaswar,naturaldisasters,orgovernmentregulations,thePartyshallnotifytheotherPartyinwritingwithin__________daysaftertheoccurrenceofsuchcircumstances.

9.FORCEMAJEURE

(1)IfeithertheSellerortheBuyerispreventedfromperformingitsobligationsunderthisContractduetocircumstancesbeyonditsreasonablecontrol,suchaswar,naturaldisasters,orgovernmentregulations,thePartyshallnotifytheotherPartyinwritingwithin__________daysaftertheoccurrenceofsuchcircumstances.

10.DISPUTERESOLUTION

8.TERMINATION
