基本要求4.1 培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)4.1.1

1979—2021中9.1列項的制度中明確現(xiàn)場教學(xué)的相關(guān)管理要求。4.2人員配備4.2.1現(xiàn)場教學(xué)應(yīng)配備教學(xué)人員和教學(xué)服務(wù)人員。4.2.2 教學(xué)人員和教學(xué)服務(wù)人員應(yīng)具有良好的道德品行和職業(yè)操守。4.2.3 教學(xué)人員應(yīng)具備良好的政治素養(yǎng)、理論水平、教學(xué)組織能力、現(xiàn)場控制和應(yīng)急反應(yīng)能力,應(yīng)熟DB43/T

—地詮釋和闡述紅色歷史故事。4.2.4教學(xué)人員應(yīng)根據(jù)教學(xué)目標和主題,運用多種方式組織和開展教學(xué)活動。4.2.5 教學(xué)服務(wù)人員應(yīng)具備良好的溝通能力、應(yīng)變能力和服務(wù)意識,還應(yīng)熟知當?shù)叵嚓P(guān)主管部門的相關(guān)規(guī)定。4.2.6 教學(xué)服務(wù)人員負責學(xué)員管理和輔助完成教學(xué)任務(wù)。4.3 教學(xué)場所4.3.1 現(xiàn)場教學(xué)場所應(yīng)具有典型教育意義,如革命舊址、博物館、紀念館、烈士陵園等場所,或者由當?shù)叵嚓P(guān)主管部門批準適宜開展紅色教育現(xiàn)場教學(xué)的場所。4.3.2 現(xiàn)場教學(xué)場所不應(yīng)選擇在自然災(zāi)害、地質(zhì)災(zāi)害易發(fā)地區(qū)。5

教學(xué)要求5.1 教學(xué)方案5.1.1 應(yīng)制定教學(xué)方案,明確教學(xué)目標和主題,設(shè)計教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)和教學(xué)方法等,合理安排時間、場所和路線,并制定完備的應(yīng)急預(yù)案。5.1.2 教學(xué)目標包括但不限于以下方面:a)

傳承紅色基因,激發(fā)愛國情懷,體現(xiàn)時代精神;b)

傳承革命傳統(tǒng),培育和踐行社會主義核心價值觀;c)

通過理論聯(lián)系實際,提升思想政治素養(yǎng)。5.1.3 教學(xué)主題應(yīng)呼應(yīng)時代主題、緊跟時代步伐、激發(fā)愛國熱情。5.1.4 教學(xué)內(nèi)容應(yīng)與當?shù)丶t色資源主題一致,應(yīng)與中國歷史教科書和中國共產(chǎn)黨黨史、或者紅色資源門有規(guī)定需要審核的,應(yīng)經(jīng)相關(guān)部門審核后方可用于教學(xué)。5.1.5 應(yīng)根據(jù)教學(xué)要求、現(xiàn)場硬件條件、路程遠近、交通條件等因素選擇合適的教學(xué)場所,并經(jīng)實地考察和評估后再確定行走路線。5.1.6 制定應(yīng)急預(yù)案應(yīng)綜合考慮現(xiàn)場教學(xué)路程、天氣、時間和人員等因素,必要時提供多種預(yù)案。5.2 教學(xué)準備5.2.1 應(yīng)提前制作教學(xué)課件和資料。5.2.2 應(yīng)準備現(xiàn)場教學(xué)活動中需要的教學(xué)設(shè)施、教學(xué)材料和輔助材料,并應(yīng)符合相關(guān)質(zhì)量要求。5.2.3 應(yīng)提前到現(xiàn)場教學(xué)場所檢查和排除安全隱患。5.3 教學(xué)實施5.3.1 教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)5.3.1.1 應(yīng)介紹教學(xué)內(nèi)容和流程,明確學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)和要求,強調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)紀律和注意事項,發(fā)放教學(xué)資料。5.3.1.2 應(yīng)引導(dǎo)學(xué)員在現(xiàn)場親身感受,圍繞教學(xué)主題,可采用多種方式將鮮活生動的典型事例融入現(xiàn)場教學(xué),深化學(xué)員的真實體驗和情景感受。5.3.1.3 可進行現(xiàn)場互動問答,引導(dǎo)學(xué)員聚焦教學(xué)重點,并客觀、真實、全面地掌握教學(xué)內(nèi)容的核心和全貌。5.3.1.4 可根據(jù)需要組織學(xué)員圍繞主題展開討論,調(diào)動學(xué)員積極性,引導(dǎo)學(xué)員深入探討。DB43/T

—5.3.1.5宜對現(xiàn)場教學(xué)過程進行點評,點評內(nèi)容應(yīng)簡明扼要,精準提升主題。5.3.2 過程控制5.3.2.1 教學(xué)人員和教學(xué)服務(wù)人員應(yīng)密切配合,強化教學(xué)過程控制,緊湊流暢地把控教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)。5.3.2.2 教學(xué)人員應(yīng)充分發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)作用,把握時間進度、內(nèi)容集中度以及學(xué)員反應(yīng),引導(dǎo)教學(xué)按照流程推進,必要時可根據(jù)學(xué)員反映合理調(diào)整流程和進度。5.3.2.3 應(yīng)維護、管理現(xiàn)場教學(xué)秩序,要求學(xué)員遵照教學(xué)人員的引導(dǎo)參與教學(xué)活動。5.3.2.4 應(yīng)保持與相關(guān)部門密切溝通聯(lián)系,做好現(xiàn)場教學(xué)各環(huán)節(jié)的銜接工作。5.3.2.5 應(yīng)按照應(yīng)急預(yù)案做好突發(fā)情況的應(yīng)急處理,注重細節(jié),保障到位。5.4 教學(xué)總結(jié)教學(xué)人員可引導(dǎo)學(xué)員通過心得體會、調(diào)研報告等形式對現(xiàn)場教學(xué)內(nèi)容進行回顧與深化。5.5 整理歸檔現(xiàn)場教學(xué)任務(wù)完成后,應(yīng)按照檔案管理制度要求,將現(xiàn)場教學(xué)活動的資料收集整理歸檔。6
