Lets learn & Group work 二、教學(xué)目標(biāo)1. 能夠聽、說、讀、寫12個月份的名稱并能書寫其縮寫形式。2. 能用“When is your birthday?”詢問對方的生日,并能用“My birthday is in .”來表達(dá)自己的月份。3. 能用英文表達(dá)一年中的四季,并了解四季的劃分。三、教學(xué)重、難點12個月份的聽、說、認(rèn)讀及其縮寫形式的書寫,以及句型:”When is your birthday? My b

2、irthday is in .” 的運(yùn)用。January, February的發(fā)音和正確書寫12個月份的簡寫形式。四、教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備1. 教師準(zhǔn)備帶有各個月份特色的單詞卡片(可以自由取放的)。2. 擊鼓傳花游戲所需的花。3. 生日調(diào)查表,教師事先打印好,學(xué)生人手一份。4. 教師準(zhǔn)備錄音機(jī)及本課時和五年級上冊Recycle 1 Lets chant的錄音帶。5. 教師在黑板上畫四個大方框,分別標(biāo)出春、夏、秋、冬。五、教學(xué)過程Step1. Preparation1. 師生一起吟唱本冊書P14頁Lets chant。2. Free talk.T: Whats your favorite season?S:

3、 I like spring.T: Why do you like spring?S: Because I can go hiking/I can fly kites./I can plant trees and flowers.T: Whats the weather like in spring?S: Its warm.通過對話,幫助學(xué)生回顧四季氣候特征以及人們能在該季節(jié)進(jìn)行的活動。3. Chant. T: Now, spring comes. Are you happy?Ss: Yes, I am.T: Lets chant together. 播放五年級上冊Recycle 1 Lets

4、 Chant歌謠,師生齊唱。Step2. Presentation1. 整體感知12個月份的“形”。接上個環(huán)節(jié)3。教師按順序把12個月份的單詞卡片貼在黑板上。通過剛才歌謠的吟唱,讓學(xué)生基本上能夠說出12個月份的名稱。2. 教學(xué)March, April, May. 1) 教師指著12個月份的單詞卡片,對學(xué)生說:There are 12 months in a year. Which months are warm? 學(xué)生可能會給出不同的答案,教師根據(jù)學(xué)生的回答教學(xué)春季的三個月份。如果有的學(xué)生中說:March is warm. 教師就指著March說:Yes, you are right. Mar

5、ch is warm. 學(xué)生齊讀拼讀。教師板書Mar.,講解這是其縮寫形式,學(xué)生一起拼讀、書寫。2) 同樣方法教學(xué)April和May 兩個月份。教師說:March is in spring. April is in spring. May is in spring, too. 把這三個月份的單詞卡片貼到“春”的方框中。3. 教學(xué)June, July, August.和句型:When is your birthday? My birthday is in .1) 教師指著“夏”的方框,說:Oh, summer is after spring. Its very hot. Which months

6、 are in summer?根據(jù)學(xué)生的回答教學(xué)June, July, August。方法同上個環(huán)節(jié)。注意提醒學(xué)生首字母大寫和最后的縮略號不能忘記。2) 教師指著“春夏”框內(nèi)的月份詞卡,說:My birthday is in June. When is your birthday? 學(xué)生隨便回答。教師板書句型:When is your birthday? My birthday is in .教讀指名讀,確保每位學(xué)生都能夠流利準(zhǔn)確說出。4. 教學(xué)September, October, November. 用和環(huán)節(jié)3相同的方法教學(xué)這幾個單詞,和問答句型結(jié)合訓(xùn)練。5. 教學(xué)December, Ja

Lets listen and find out.教師放Lets talk部分的錄音,學(xué)生合上課本,聽兩遍后回答以上問題。音。2. 聽音正音。學(xué)生看對話跟讀該對話。3. 合作共建。學(xué)生小組合作,分角色讀對話。4. 表演展示。學(xué)生首先分角色朗讀兩組,然后將自己和同伴的實際姓名和生日替換對話中的相應(yīng)部分。教師請幾組學(xué)生表演他們的對話。Step4. Production1. “我是小記者”活動,教師組織學(xué)生“采訪”其他同學(xué)的生日月份,計入調(diào)查表。最后邀請部分“小記者”做“現(xiàn)場報道”,如“There are three birthdays in May.”等。2. Lets

22、rthday ?S:Its in July.Step2. Pre-reading1. 教授家庭成員的單詞。教師出示John的圖片,說:Look , this is John. 出示家庭成員的單詞卡片,說:Look , there are seven people in his family . Please come and meet his family .師生問答:T: Whos he / she?S: He / She is Johns father / mother / uncle.然后教師單獨指向uncle的單詞卡片,說: Hes Johns uncle .His name is B

So we can call him Uncle Bill.教師板書,教讀,提醒學(xué)生注意Uncle Bill的表達(dá)方式與中文有何不同,以及在書寫時要注意大寫)。以此方法教學(xué):Aunt Mary, Cousin Alice. 2. 教學(xué)a birthday chart of our family.教師把黑板上的單詞卡片集中在一起,戴上John的頭飾,說:This is our family. Do you want to know the birthday of my family? You can ask me. 讓學(xué)生通過提問獲取需要的信息,教師邊回答邊在黑板上的卡片下面寫上月份。

24、當(dāng)學(xué)生完成所有問答后,教師整理黑板上的內(nèi)容,劃上格子,形成表格,說:This is our birthday chart. 重復(fù)幾遍,教讀,板書。Step3. In-reading1. General reading 出示閱讀問題,讓學(xué)生略讀短文,完成判讀題。( ) Johns birthday is in May. ( ) Johns mothers birthday is in May. ( ) Cousin Alices birthday is in June. 學(xué)生帶著問題快速閱讀文章,做題。師生核對答案。2Detailed reading. 教師出示下列問題:1) How many

25、people are there in Johns family?2) Whose birthday is in June?3) Whose birthday is in May?學(xué)生帶著問題,仔細(xì)閱讀課文。教師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生在原文相關(guān)信息處勾畫。核對答案。學(xué)生同時讀出課文原文。3. Read and write. 學(xué)生先讀懂文后的練習(xí)1和練習(xí)2。小組合作再次閱讀,同時完成這兩個練習(xí)。對于練習(xí)2,教師要讓學(xué)生同桌進(jìn)行檢查,注意用詞和標(biāo)點準(zhǔn)確無誤。4. Listen to the tape. 教師播放錄音,學(xué)生跟讀。5. Its”復(fù)習(xí)前面的序數(shù)詞,同時自然引出12、15、20.并讓學(xué)生明白其中的規(guī)律。8. 操練對話:(1)T: My birtday is June 17th. When is your birthday?S1: My birthday is/Its(有困難的學(xué)生可說漢語,然后由教師說出).(2)提問幾組后,讓學(xué)生兩人一組操練。B. 聽讀正音:Listen to the tape and read after it .C.
