42、。本次主體結(jié)構(gòu)驗收包括：2 個子分部工程，分別為：混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)、砌體結(jié)構(gòu)。5 個分項工程，分別為：模板分項、鋼筋分項、混凝土分項、現(xiàn)澆結(jié)構(gòu)、填充墻砌體。工程監(jiān)理情況為了有效控制施工質(zhì)量，項目監(jiān)理部根據(jù)工程建設(shè)程序，本著對工程質(zhì)量全面監(jiān)督、檢查與控制，嚴格按工程建設(shè)監(jiān)理規(guī)范及工程建設(shè)委托監(jiān)理合同履行監(jiān)理職責(zé)，嚴格以批準的監(jiān)理規(guī)劃和各專項工程監(jiān)理細則為準繩，加強事前、事中控制，強化過程控制及階段驗收，工程質(zhì)量始終處于受控狀態(tài)。從開工至現(xiàn)在，監(jiān)理部組織召開監(jiān)理會議：周例會35 次，形成會議紀要35 次。下發(fā)監(jiān)理工程師通知28 份；下發(fā)監(jiān)理工作聯(lián)系單6 份；審批施工組織設(shè)計（方案）8 份；審查分包單位有

50、機械設(shè)備，嚴格進行核驗檢查，設(shè)備必須手續(xù)完備。（施工電梯、塔吊）委托河南省建筑工程質(zhì)量檢驗測試中心站（三門峽檢測部）檢測，檢驗合格后投入使用。6、施工前，組織專業(yè)監(jiān)理工程師對施工方提交的施工組織設(shè)計及施工方案進行審核，使其符合設(shè)計、施工驗收規(guī)范要求，切實保證施工質(zhì)量、滿足工期要求。7、審批承包單位提交的有關(guān)工程材料、半成品、構(gòu)配件質(zhì)量證明文件，確保工程質(zhì)量有可靠的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。8、嚴格中間檢查和驗收制度，上道工序不經(jīng)檢查合格，不允許進入下道工序施工。按照監(jiān)理旁站方案對重點部位、薄弱環(huán)節(jié)以及施工中容易出現(xiàn)疏漏的地方，加強重點跟蹤監(jiān)控，保證了工序質(zhì)量合格，同時督促施工單位管理及措施到位，并對混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)
