1、福建工程學(xué)院環(huán)境與設(shè)備工程系畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書北京市某飯店通風(fēng)空調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)摘要 本設(shè)計(jì)為北京某十層飯店空調(diào)工程設(shè)。該樓的工程概況為:總建筑面積約13132m,高37.4m, 地上十層,地下一層??照{(diào)設(shè)計(jì)中,一至三層的大空間(大堂、西餐廳、宴會(huì)廳等)采用全空氣一次回風(fēng)的空氣處理方案??諝馓幚頇C(jī)組采用超薄吊頂式空氣處理系統(tǒng)。其余空調(diào)房間(中餐廳、客房、貴賓房等)采用風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)。新風(fēng)由設(shè)置在走廊內(nèi)的吊頂新風(fēng)機(jī)組處理后送入各房間。在冷負(fù)荷計(jì)算的基礎(chǔ)上完成主機(jī)和風(fēng)機(jī)盤管的選型,并通過風(fēng)量、水量的計(jì)算確定風(fēng)管路和水管路的規(guī)格,并校核最不利環(huán)路的阻力和壓頭用以確定新風(fēng)機(jī)和水泵??照{(diào)用制冷機(jī)房設(shè)在地下室,選用

2、兩臺(tái)螺桿式冷水機(jī)組。夏天使用冷水機(jī)組提供的7/12的冷水。水管路采用兩管制。關(guān)鍵詞:空調(diào)設(shè)計(jì),全空氣系統(tǒng),風(fēng)機(jī)盤管系統(tǒng),冷水機(jī)組Design of Ventilating and Air Conditioning for restaurant in Beijing Abstract The air conditioning engineering of one Hotel with ten layers in Beijing was designed. The engineering general situation of the residences floor is:Total buil

The air processing unit is microtome-ceil air system. Other air condit

4、ioned rooms (example Chinese dinner service, guest room, VIP Room and so on) use CFU and all-fresh air system, the outside air processes by new atmosphere unit which establishes in ceiling, and then sends in to various rooms. The main-machine and fan coilschoice were based on the calculation of cold

5、-load. And through the numeration of blast volume and water flux,the standard of air duct and water pipe was determined. The most disadvantage resistance and pressure of the loop-road were checked up to ensure the machine of fresh-air and water pump.The Air conditioning refrigeration engine room is

6、located in the basement, Selecting two screw rods types cold water unit, it uses 7/12 cold water which the cold water unit provides in summer. 7、.1.1設(shè)計(jì)原始資料設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)象所在地:北京市某飯店土建資料:本大樓是一個(gè)具備餐飲、客房等功能的建筑,總建筑面積為13132平方米,建筑高度為37.4米,地下室深4m。該飯店地下室主要為設(shè)備機(jī)房,儲(chǔ)藏間,給排水專業(yè)設(shè)備間,配電間等;地面一層為大廳及管理用房,層高3.8米;二層主要為辦西餐廳,層高4.2米;三層為宴會(huì)廳,層高4.2米;四層為中餐廳及貴賓房,層高4.2米;五層為客房及管道轉(zhuǎn)換層,層高3.6米;六至十層為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)客房,層高3.6米。外墻:磚墻;白灰粉刷;厚度370 mm ,型墻外窗:?jiǎn)螌哟埃该鞑AВ?mm),金屬窗框,80%玻璃,白色簾,窗高2m。內(nèi)墻:兩面抹灰一磚內(nèi)墻內(nèi)門:木門 高2.0

8、米屋面:從上到下為:預(yù)制細(xì)石混凝土板25mm;表面噴白色水泥漿;通風(fēng)量200mm;卷材防水層;水泥砂漿找平層20mm;保溫層,瀝青膨脹珍珠巖125mm;隔汽層;現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土板70mm;內(nèi)粉刷1.2.設(shè)計(jì)范圍本設(shè)計(jì)的范圍為10層飯店大樓空調(diào)及整棟建筑的冷源設(shè)計(jì)。 1.3. 設(shè)計(jì)原則空調(diào)系統(tǒng)劃分和分區(qū)要考慮節(jié)能要求和運(yùn)行管理方法,設(shè)計(jì)施工要滿足國(guó)家及行業(yè)有關(guān)規(guī)范規(guī)定的要求,充分利用國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的空調(diào)技術(shù)及設(shè)備,創(chuàng)建健康舒適的室內(nèi)空氣品質(zhì)及環(huán)境。2 空調(diào)系統(tǒng)方案的確定2.1 選擇負(fù)荷計(jì)算方法采用目前廣為使用的空調(diào)負(fù)荷實(shí)用計(jì)算方法空調(diào)冷負(fù)荷系數(shù)法計(jì)算冷負(fù)荷。即采用冷負(fù)荷溫差CLTD和冷負(fù)荷系數(shù)CLF來

9、分別計(jì)算墻體、屋頂、窗戶的傳熱冷負(fù)荷及窗戶的日射冷負(fù)荷、內(nèi)部熱源引起的冷負(fù)荷。2.2 初步選擇空調(diào)方式本設(shè)計(jì)一至三層采用全空氣系統(tǒng)的集中式空調(diào)系統(tǒng)(一層無吊頂處,風(fēng)機(jī)盤管側(cè)送為半集中系統(tǒng)):四至十層均采用風(fēng)機(jī)盤管加新風(fēng)系統(tǒng)(新風(fēng)獨(dú)立處理)的半集中式空調(diào)系統(tǒng)。2.3 水力計(jì)算方式 風(fēng)管和水管的水力計(jì)算采用假定流速法,即按技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)要求選定風(fēng)管的流速,再根據(jù)風(fēng)管和水管的風(fēng)量和水量確定風(fēng)管的斷面尺寸和阻力。2.4 初步設(shè)計(jì)水系統(tǒng)考慮到閉式循環(huán)有管道與設(shè)備不易腐蝕,不需為提升高度的靜水壓力,循環(huán)水泵壓力低,從而水泵功率小,且投資省、系統(tǒng)簡(jiǎn)單的優(yōu)點(diǎn),采用閉式循環(huán)系統(tǒng),兩管制。同時(shí)由于系統(tǒng)采用風(fēng)機(jī)盤管,本設(shè)

10、計(jì)采用異程式,各分路的供回水干管上設(shè)調(diào)節(jié)閥,調(diào)節(jié)各分路水系統(tǒng)平衡。膨脹水箱、冷卻塔位于大樓頂層。根據(jù)一泵對(duì)一機(jī)的原則和阻力計(jì)算的結(jié)果,考慮一定的安全系數(shù),并選擇備用水泵。冷凍水泵采用變頻調(diào)速技術(shù)以實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能,根據(jù)負(fù)荷的變化和冷凍機(jī)的運(yùn)行情況,調(diào)節(jié)水泵運(yùn)行臺(tái)數(shù)和轉(zhuǎn)速,既可適應(yīng)負(fù)荷變化也可維持冷凍機(jī)出水量和溫差恒定。3 空調(diào)房間冷負(fù)荷計(jì)算3.1空調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)3.1.1 圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)見下表圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)表結(jié)構(gòu)類型類型傳熱系數(shù)W/(K)外墻磚墻,白灰粉刷,厚度370 mm ,型墻1.50外窗雙層窗(6mm),金屬窗框,80%玻璃2.878屋面預(yù)制細(xì)石混凝土板25mm,表面噴白色水泥漿,通風(fēng)量200mm,卷材

14、數(shù)法計(jì)算空調(diào)冷負(fù)荷,冷負(fù)荷計(jì)算法是建立在傳遞函數(shù)法的基礎(chǔ)上,是便于在工程上進(jìn)行手算的一種簡(jiǎn)化方法。本設(shè)計(jì)中采用采用目前廣為使用的建筑空調(diào)負(fù)荷實(shí)用計(jì)算方法空調(diào)冷負(fù)荷系數(shù)法計(jì)算空調(diào)冷負(fù)荷,通過冷負(fù)荷溫度與冷負(fù)荷系數(shù)直接從各種擾量值求得各分項(xiàng)逐時(shí)冷負(fù)荷。從而取得計(jì)算墻體、屋頂、窗戶的傳熱冷負(fù)荷及窗戶的日射冷負(fù)荷、內(nèi)部熱源引起的冷負(fù)荷。3.2.2 外墻和屋面瞬變傳熱引起的冷負(fù)荷Qc()=AK(tc +td)kk-tR (5-1)式中: Qc() - 外墻和屋面瞬變傳熱引起的逐時(shí)冷負(fù)荷,W;A - 外墻和屋面的面積,m2;K - 外墻和屋面的傳熱系數(shù),W/(m2 ) ;由暖通空調(diào)附錄2-2和附錄2-3查
