Job Description工作職責(zé)描述Reference No.HR-03Effective Date10 June 2012編號(hào)HR-03生效日期2012年6月10日SubjectDormitory AttendantIssued ByDirector of Human Resources職務(wù)宿舍管理員擬稿人力資源部總監(jiān)Page8Approved By General Manager頁數(shù)8批準(zhǔn)總經(jīng)理JOB TITLE:DORMITORY ATTENDANT 職務(wù)宿舍管理員DEPARTMENT: HUMAN RESOURCES部門人力資源部REPORT TO:HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR 上級(jí)主管 人力資源部主管BASIC FUNCTION基本職責(zé)Under the general guidance and supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Officer will assist in planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating personnel activities in areas of staff benefits, wages, salary, labor and associate relations, recruitment, as well as recommending, implementing, formulating and executing hotel policies, procedures, rules, regulations and program for staff.在人力資源部經(jīng)理的統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與管理下,人力資源部副經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)各部門經(jīng)理計(jì)劃,管理與協(xié)調(diào)員工福利、員工工資、勞資關(guān)系、新員工的招聘和員工培訓(xùn)等方面的人事工作;并負(fù)責(zé)制訂,完善并執(zhí)行飯店的規(guī)章制度,工作程序和其它員工活動(dòng)。DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES職責(zé)義務(wù)1. Recruitment新員工招收 Develops and implements recruitment and screening system.制訂與完善員工的招聘與篩選程序。 Assists in establishing standard policies and procedures for recruitment. 協(xié)助制訂招聘的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制度與程序。 Ensures timely recruitment of staff.保證新員工的及時(shí)招收。2. Associate Check In辦理員工登記手續(xù) Keeps updated with new associate arrival dates保持新報(bào)道的員工日期最新化。 Prepares to receive new associates.準(zhǔn)備迎接新員工。 Informs Personnel Secretary to issue ID cards, meal cards, lockers, etc. to new associates.告知人事秘書發(fā)放新員工工作證,飯卡更衣箱。 Opens and maintains a file for each associate.建立和維護(hù)每個(gè)員工的檔案。 Maintains up to date personal records for all associates.更新維護(hù)每個(gè)員工的人事記錄。3. Associate Separation員工離職 Issues separation clearance form to leaving associates.為離職的員工辦理離職手續(xù)。 Collects all hotel-issued items from leaving associate and records receipt of such items.收齊離職員工所有酒店給予的項(xiàng)目,并記錄每一項(xiàng)目的收條。 Coordinates with Division Heads to arrange for Exit Interviews.與人力資源部總監(jiān)一起協(xié)調(diào)安排離職面試。 Maintains updates all leave records of associates to ensure that all leaves are promptly cleared.更新和維護(hù)所有離職員工的記錄并保持離職手續(xù)迅速進(jìn)行。4. Maintains and enhances staff welfare to ensure high morale.保持和提高員工工作積極性 Overseas the provision of quality meals for staff by eating regularly at the staff restaurant.監(jiān)督員工餐廳定期用餐的飯菜質(zhì)量。 Ensures that locker rooms and other facilities are in proper order, making regular inspections.保證更衣室和其它便利設(shè)置按規(guī)定次序進(jìn)行。5. Expatriate Work Permits, Residence Permits and Visas外籍人員工作許可證 Contacts concerned personnel of the Shanghai Labor Bureau, Shanghai Public Security Bureau and Pudong New Area Exchange Center and other authorities to apply for the work permit, residence permit and visa for expatriates within 30 days of their arrival.職系上海市勞動(dòng)局,上海市公安局和浦東大道交易中心及其它權(quán)力機(jī)構(gòu)并在外籍人員到達(dá)30天內(nèi)申請(qǐng)外籍人員工作許可證,居留證和簽證。 Contacts travel agents for ticket purchase for expatriates and other staff as requested.聯(lián)系旅行代理商并為外籍人員及有外出旅行需求的員工購票。6. Others其它 Investigates and reviews all disciplinary actions to ensure that they comply with labor law, hotel rules and regulations. Consults with division heads on appropriate action and recommends final results.研究和復(fù)查所有的懲戒行為,保證其根據(jù)勞動(dòng)法,酒店規(guī)章和制度進(jìn)行。請(qǐng)教部門總監(jiān)合適的處理辦法并按最后討論結(jié)果進(jìn)行。 Ensures staff compliance with hotel policies and procedures as well as with government regulations pertaining to employment practice.確保員工服從酒店的政策和手續(xù)以及政府有關(guān)雇用的規(guī)章制度。 Contacts the Health Quarantine for associate pre-employment medical check-up.聯(lián)系健康檢疫站進(jìn)行有關(guān)員工首次報(bào)到的醫(yī)療檢查。 Oversees selected staff activities to ensure effective staff management.監(jiān)督員工選舉活動(dòng),確保有效的員工管理。ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES行政職責(zé)1. Formulates and administers Human Resources policies and procedures.有系統(tǒng)地陳述和管理人力資源部的政策和程序。2. Prepares and maintains the Human Resources Manual for the hotel, seeing that its philosophy, policies and procedures are carried out.準(zhǔn)備和維護(hù)人力資源部的酒店手冊(cè),并保持其條理性,政策程序的貫徹執(zhí)行。3. Advises the Human Resources Director on documents and procedures needed for possible transfer of expatriate residence permits.建議人力資源部總監(jiān)轉(zhuǎn)移外籍人員居留證可能需要的文件和程序。4. Keeps track of expatriate permits validity and handles renewal/extension of such permits.保存外籍人員許可證的確實(shí)性和每個(gè)許可證明的操作更新及延伸。5. Maintains and updates staff records, legal documents, policies and procedures and other personnel matters.管理和更新員工的檔案、法律法規(guī)文件、飯店規(guī)章制度與工作程序,以及其它人事文件。6. Prepares and submits periodic personnel reports such as turnover, personnel inventories, recruitment, staff accident.定期準(zhǔn)備并提交人事報(bào)告,匯報(bào)如人員的流動(dòng),員工人數(shù),招聘新員工和員工事故情況。7. Follows up closely the end of probation period date and end of contract date.密切跟蹤員工試用期或合同的到期期限。8. Assist in establishing personnel department budget.協(xié)助計(jì)算人力資源部所需預(yù)算。9. Monitors the staff performance review. 監(jiān)督對(duì)員工工作表現(xiàn)的評(píng)估。TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES 技術(shù)職責(zé)1. Analyzes hotel manpower requirement and recommends selection activities to meet the requirement.對(duì)飯店的員工需求數(shù)量作宏觀分析,并根據(jù)需要提出調(diào)整建議。2. Monitors present and future trends of the local labor situation, legislation and recommends appropriate action.監(jiān)督用工現(xiàn)狀以及當(dāng)?shù)嘏c之相關(guān)的法令法規(guī)的發(fā)展趨向,并以此采取相應(yīng)措施。3. Reviews personnel policies, procedures and practice. Recommends changes, modification or update information to the Human Resources Director.研究有關(guān)人事方面的政策規(guī)定以及相關(guān)操作程序與慣例,如有改動(dòng)變更或最新規(guī)定,及時(shí)向人力資源部總監(jiān)匯報(bào)。4. Regularly inspects staff restaurant, locker rooms, restrooms and other staff facilities to ensure that they are well maintained and used.定期檢查員工餐廳、更衣室、休息室和其它員工便利設(shè)施并保持其良好的維護(hù)和使用。5. Monitors and reviews hotel benefits and compensation and recommends to the Human Resources Manager of the changes as appropriate.監(jiān)督飯店的員工福利和補(bǔ)助情況。如有變化,向總經(jīng)理匯報(bào)。6. Monitors the follow up of the time record of the staff.監(jiān)督員工考勤記錄。COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES商業(yè)職責(zé)1. Keeps track of associates birthdays and give proposals to celebrate them on a monthly basis.保存員工的生日日期,并根據(jù)每月的基礎(chǔ)建議員工的慶?;顒?dòng)。2. Actively participates in the organization of all staff activities.積極參與酒店組織的所有員工活動(dòng)。3. Actively participates in the Associate Opinion Survey and provides suggestions to improve associate situation.積極參與員工意見考察和提供改善員工情況的建議。4. Acts on all associate correspondence within 48 hours.有關(guān)員工的信件在48小時(shí)之內(nèi)給予回復(fù)。HUMAN RESPONSIBILITIES人事職責(zé)1. Receives visitors and candidates in a professional manner as well as ensure the prompt, efficient and courteous delivery of service to them.以專業(yè)的方式迎接視察員和求職應(yīng)征者,以及為其提供迅速,有效禮貌的服務(wù)。2. Counsels hotel personnel as needed in the area of career planning, job transfer, staff relations and legal requirement related to personnel.對(duì)飯店員工進(jìn)行人事咨詢,包括工作崗位的選擇、調(diào)動(dòng)工作、同事關(guān)系以及有關(guān)人事法律、法規(guī)等方面。3. Implements an effective staff relations and motivation program in the hotel.促進(jìn)員工關(guān)系、調(diào)動(dòng)員工積極性。4. Develops and implements programs to ensure staff security and safety.制訂并完善員工安全保障制度。5. Disseminates information regarding staff activities, hotel personnel policies, procedures, and any information related to employer-associate relations.及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確向員工作好人事宣傳工作,如通知舉辦活動(dòng)或公布人事新舉措。6. Responsible for ensuring a good team spirit and motivation of the team.培養(yǎng)相互合作精神,調(diào)動(dòng)員工積極性。7. Coordinates and executes staff social, athletic and recreational activities.組織舉辦員工社交、文體活動(dòng)。RELATION 其它Interacts with individuals outside the hotel including but not limited to, staff benefit representatives, applicants, government officials and members of the local community.與負(fù)責(zé)管理員工福利和其它相關(guān)事務(wù)的政府官員、地方代表保持好聯(lián)系。Job Knowledg
