英語(yǔ)經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流會(huì)總結(jié)材料 英語(yǔ)是當(dāng)今世界上主要的國(guó)際通用語(yǔ)言這一,也是世界上最廣泛使用的語(yǔ)言。據(jù)1986年的統(tǒng)計(jì),世界上以英語(yǔ)為母語(yǔ)的人近4億,差不多每十個(gè)人中就有一個(gè)人講英語(yǔ)。英國(guó)、美國(guó)、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭等國(guó)家的人都講英語(yǔ)。世界上約有20國(guó)家把英語(yǔ)作為官方語(yǔ)言或第二語(yǔ)言使用,共計(jì)約有8億人。也就是說(shuō),世界上差不多每五個(gè)人中有一個(gè)人至少在一定程度上懂英語(yǔ)。若加了世界各國(guó)中小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的人數(shù),懂英語(yǔ)的人就更多了。英語(yǔ)的使用范圍也非常廣泛。世界上70%以上的郵件是用英文寫或用英文寫地址的。全世界的廣播節(jié)目中,有60%是用英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行的。國(guó)際上的資料絕大部分是用英語(yǔ)發(fā)表的。絕大部分的國(guó)際會(huì)議是以英語(yǔ)為第一通用語(yǔ)言,它也是聯(lián)合國(guó)的正式工作語(yǔ)言之一??傊?,在國(guó)際政治、軍事、經(jīng)濟(jì)、科技、文化、貿(mào)易、交通運(yùn)輸?shù)阮I(lǐng)域,英語(yǔ)是一個(gè)重要的交際工具。隨著我國(guó)對(duì)外開放的不斷擴(kuò)大化,科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,國(guó)際地位的不斷提高,迫切需要造就一大批精通外語(yǔ)的專門人才,以加速我國(guó)“四化”進(jìn)程,使我國(guó)在國(guó)際事務(wù)中發(fā)揮更大更積極的作用。因此,我們學(xué)好英語(yǔ)對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)上述目標(biāo)是具有重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和深遠(yuǎn)的歷史意義的。根據(jù)學(xué)院關(guān)于創(chuàng)建文明學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)的精神,我院積極準(zhǔn)備了一系列活動(dòng),并于五月中旬召開了本次英語(yǔ)經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流會(huì)?;顒?dòng)基本情況:(1)、時(shí)間:2010年5月16日16:30-18:00(2)、地點(diǎn):湖南理工學(xué)院南院7T1(3)、面對(duì)對(duì)象:新聞學(xué)院08級(jí)全體學(xué)生及09級(jí)少部分學(xué)生(4)、主講人員:新聞學(xué)院輔導(dǎo)員老師鐘玲玲(5)。主要內(nèi)容:關(guān)于大學(xué)英語(yǔ)四級(jí)考試的沖刺備戰(zhàn)、關(guān)于英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的交流、關(guān)于四級(jí)考試的技巧要點(diǎn)講解活動(dòng)成效:為了總結(jié)此次活動(dòng)成果,分析活動(dòng)中存在的不足,以便進(jìn)一步完善,我們及時(shí)對(duì)活動(dòng)效果、活動(dòng)意義進(jìn)行了總結(jié),主席團(tuán)中肯的發(fā)言、批評(píng),并分工合作將活動(dòng)寫成文字總結(jié)以便支部存檔和上報(bào)組織。 活動(dòng)自我評(píng)估 總體來(lái)說(shuō),我們這次學(xué)風(fēng)建設(shè)之英語(yǔ)經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流會(huì)的活動(dòng),各個(gè)階段的準(zhǔn)備都比較成功,成功的原因我們總結(jié)為以下幾點(diǎn): 1、 密切配合 多方面的積極協(xié)助和努力,是活動(dòng)得以完成的保證。如在活動(dòng)中我們得到了輔導(dǎo)員老師的支持與參與,并且調(diào)動(dòng)起全院08、09同學(xué)參與進(jìn)來(lái),宣傳后,也得到其他年級(jí)的同學(xué)的支持與積極參與。 2、 分工具體安排合理 在活動(dòng)沒(méi)有開始之前,負(fù)責(zé)人就已經(jīng)將材料、任務(wù)合理分配,同時(shí)也注意到宣傳組織及工作時(shí)間的協(xié)調(diào)。事后,同學(xué)們普遍反映良好。 3、 活動(dòng)影響范圍大 我們除了在08級(jí)內(nèi)做好本次活動(dòng),同時(shí)將其擴(kuò)展到全院。4、 活動(dòng)全面深入 從初期活動(dòng)內(nèi)容的確定到聯(lián)系相關(guān)部門,宣傳組織同學(xué)進(jìn)行分工,一直到工作的全面開展及高質(zhì)量的完成,后期總結(jié)討論,充分做到了理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,并且升華了理論,提高了同學(xué)們的思想認(rèn)識(shí)。 在成功的背后,我們也認(rèn)真反省思考了我們的不足。 1、 經(jīng)驗(yàn)交流會(huì)講義材料準(zhǔn)備不充足?;顒?dòng)雖然經(jīng)過(guò)具體分工,詳實(shí)安排,但在實(shí)際過(guò)程中由于通知不到位,導(dǎo)致信息交流有點(diǎn)混亂,個(gè)別班級(jí)沒(méi)有準(zhǔn)備講義材料。 2、 安排上存在不足。主要體現(xiàn)在活動(dòng)中個(gè)別成員不夠積極,對(duì)分配的任務(wù)不能及時(shí)保證質(zhì)量的完成,這與管理和分工上的失誤有一定關(guān)系。 3、 宣傳力度不夠大?;顒?dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)結(jié)算(共計(jì)90元) 1、 計(jì)劃書、總結(jié)書等打印費(fèi) 10元。2、 講義材料打印80元(由各班班費(fèi)籌集) 3、 申請(qǐng)教室押金100院(可返還)活動(dòng)結(jié)果及意義 1、活動(dòng)雖然小,卻含義深遠(yuǎn),反響良好,充分發(fā)動(dòng)了大家對(duì)英語(yǔ)的認(rèn)識(shí),并提高了大家對(duì)四級(jí)考試來(lái)臨的緊迫感。 2、這次活動(dòng)我們以最小的費(fèi)用高質(zhì)量的完成了最有意義的一次動(dòng)員兼知識(shí)交流的活動(dòng)。 附件 附件一:英語(yǔ)講義材料 LECTURE FOR COLLEGE ENGLIGH TEST 4One: Ability Improving Listening: 1) listening practice 2) reading speed 3) vocabulary (bulb/ bear; heal/heel)Reading: 1) comprehension (vocabulary, grammar, difficulty structure) 2) speed (vocabulary +extensive reading) 3) logical reasoning and test-taking skillsa: Fast Reading sequence: title (main idea), the first question, circle the key words, trace the keys words in the original text, answer question one, then question twob: Reading ComprehensionVocabulary:1) passive recognition of difficulty words (guess); Chinese equivalents 2) phrases; collocationsCloze: reading (scan the whole article), morphology (synonyms), syntax, grammar, set collocation, context, logic,Translation: Writing: choice of words and phrase; grammar; ideas; organization (logic), try to use simple sentences, (something about model essay)CET-4 preparations1.
