生物化學(xué)I(英)課程號(hào):07110110 周學(xué)時(shí):3-0 學(xué)分: 3.0英文名稱:Biochemistry (A) I一、教學(xué)目的與教學(xué)要求:本課程將作為學(xué)生全面進(jìn)行現(xiàn)代生物學(xué)其他課程學(xué)習(xí)的最重要基礎(chǔ)課程,著重開(kāi)展有關(guān)生物化學(xué)基礎(chǔ)(生命的分子理論,細(xì)胞,生物分子,水)、分子構(gòu)造和觸媒作用(氨基酸,多肽和蛋白質(zhì),蛋白質(zhì)的三級(jí)構(gòu)造,蛋白質(zhì)的功能,酶學(xué),碳水化合物及糖生物學(xué),核苷酸及核酸,脂肪,生物膜及運(yùn)輸,生物信號(hào))、新陳代謝(生物能學(xué)原理,糖酵解,檸檬酸循環(huán),脂肪酸氧化,氨基酸氧化及尿形成,氧化磷酸化及光化磷酸化,碳水化合物的合成,脂肪合成,氨基酸、核酸的合成)及信息通路(基因和染色體,DNA代謝,RNA代謝,蛋白質(zhì)代謝,基因表達(dá)的調(diào)控,DNA重組技術(shù))四個(gè)專題的講授工作。課程結(jié)合經(jīng)典的和最新的科學(xué)研究實(shí)例來(lái)闡述基本理論和概念,對(duì)生化實(shí)驗(yàn)技能具有重要的理論指導(dǎo)意義,并為學(xué)生今后從事生命科學(xué)相關(guān)的工作打下基礎(chǔ)。二、主要內(nèi)容及學(xué)時(shí)分配(48學(xué)時(shí)):1.
