ZhengzhouRailwayVocational&TechnicalCollege主講人:王秀清鄭州鐵路職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院Intheredbox,theyellowunitisthemaincompressorunitofHXD3electriclocomotive,whichprovidesallthecompressedairneededbytheelectriclocomotiveafteritstarts.紅色方框內(nèi),黃色機(jī)組即HXD3型電力機(jī)車的主壓縮機(jī)組,在電力機(jī)車起動蟻后,為電力機(jī)車提供全車需要的所有壓縮空氣。Inthefigure

ofoperationofthecompressor為壓縮機(jī)的常規(guī)運(yùn)行模式Theaircompressorworksintwomodes,intermittentandcontinuous,andthecompressormodecanbeselectedbyenteringthefunctionselectioninterfaceundertheservicemodeviathemicrocomputerdisplay.空氣壓縮機(jī)的工作方式分為間歇式和連續(xù)式兩種模式,通過微機(jī)顯示屏進(jìn)入檢修模式下的功能選擇界面,可進(jìn)行壓縮機(jī)模式選擇。intermittentmode間歇式maincompressor主壓縮機(jī)mainaircylinder總風(fēng)缸Whenthecompressorisrunningatnoloadonlytheinternalcirculationtakesplaceandnomoreairissuppliedtothemainaircylinder壓縮機(jī)空載運(yùn)行時只進(jìn)行內(nèi)部循環(huán),不再向總風(fēng)缸進(jìn)行供風(fēng)。Ismainlytopreventtheoccurrenceofproblemssuchasoilemulsificationofthecompressorandfrequentstartingofthecompressor,onthebasisoftheintermittentmodeofoperation,thecompressorisaddedtotheno-loadoperationfunction.主要是為了防止壓縮機(jī)機(jī)油乳化、壓縮機(jī)頻繁啟動等問題的發(fā)生,在間歇運(yùn)行模式的基礎(chǔ)上,增加壓縮機(jī)的空載運(yùn)行功能。Continuous

連續(xù)式ThecompressorautomaticswitchesQA19andQA20壓縮機(jī)自動開關(guān)AQA19、20usedforfaultprotectionoftheaircompressor.用于空氣壓縮機(jī)的故障保護(hù)。CompressorUniqueStarttheelectromagneticcontactorThecompressorWhentheautomaticswitchoftheaircompressoristurnedoff,turnoffthepowersupplycircuitofthecorrespondingaircompressor,sendthefaultsignaltothedriver'sfaultdisplaylampthroughTCMS,andturnoffthecoilbranchofthecontrolcontactorofthecorrespondingaircompressor,sothatthecontactorcannotbeclosedbyelectricity.當(dāng)空氣壓縮機(jī)自動開關(guān)斷開后,斷開對應(yīng)空氣壓縮機(jī)的供電電路,并將故障信號通過TCMS送到司機(jī)故障顯示燈,同時斷開對應(yīng)空氣壓縮機(jī)的控制接觸器線圈支路,使該接觸器不能得電閉合。

ThecompressorautomaticswitchesQA19andQA20壓縮機(jī)自動開關(guān)AQA19、20CompressorUniqueStarttheelectromagneticcontactorThecompressorWhenthemaincompressoradoptsintermittentworkingmode,KM13andKM14areautomaticallycontrolledbythemicrocomputercontrolsystemaccordingtothewindpressureofthemainaircylinder.當(dāng)主壓縮機(jī)采用間歇式工作方式時,KM13、KM14由微機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)根據(jù)總風(fēng)缸的風(fēng)壓,自動控制。KM13andKM14ofthecompressorelectromagneticcontactors壓縮機(jī)電磁接觸器KM13、KM14CompressorUniqueStarttheelectromagneticcontactorThecompressorTurnonthe"MainCompressor"position,Line519willbeenergized,andthecompressorwillbeputintooperationaccordingtothestateofthetotalairpressureswitchesKP51-1andKP51-2打“主壓縮機(jī)”位,519號線得電,壓縮機(jī)根據(jù)總風(fēng)壓力開關(guān)KP51-1和KP51-2的狀態(tài)投入工作ThetoggleswitchofthemaincompressorSB45為主壓縮機(jī)的扳鍵開關(guān)ThetoggleswitchofthemaincompressorSB45為主壓縮機(jī)的扳鍵開關(guān)Whenthe"StrongPumpAir"positionisset,Line518willbeenergized,forcingthetwocompressorsofthefirstcartobeputintooperation,andthemaincompressorofthesupplementarymachinetobeputintooperation打“強(qiáng)泵風(fēng)”位,518號線得電,強(qiáng)制頭車兩臺壓縮機(jī)投入工作,補(bǔ)機(jī)主壓縮機(jī)投入工作ThetoggleswitchofthemaincompressorSB45為主壓縮機(jī)的扳鍵開關(guān)Thearrowinthefigureindicatesthatthekeyswitchofthemaincompressorhasaself-compoundpumpairposition.圖中的箭頭表示主壓縮機(jī)扳鍵開關(guān)強(qiáng)泵風(fēng)位為自復(fù)式的Inthefigure如圖所示ThepressuresensorsKP51-1andKP51-2ofHXD3electriclocomotiveareusedtomeasurethewindpressureofthemainaircylinder.HXD3型電力機(jī)車用壓力傳感器KP51-1、KP51-2測量總風(fēng)缸的風(fēng)壓Isturnedonwhenthewindpressureislowerthan750kPaandturnedoffwhenthewindpressureishigherthan900kPa;風(fēng)壓低于750

kPa時閉合,風(fēng)壓高于900

KM14:主壓縮機(jī)電磁接觸器KM13、KM14的控制,有三個狀態(tài):thetwocompressorsarestarted,KM13andKM14areenergized,thenormallyopenchainisclosed,andthelines461and462areenergized.兩臺壓縮機(jī)起動,KM13、KM14都得電,常開連鎖均閉合,461、462號線都得電750kPa<Airpressureofthemainaircylinder<825kPa750kPa<總風(fēng)缸風(fēng)壓<825kPaOnecompressorstarts,oneKM13andKM14isenergized,andtheotherKM14isnormallyclosed.ThedriverisintheI-endcab,461isenergized,andthedriverisintheII-endcab,462isenergized.一臺壓縮機(jī)起動,KM13、KM14一個得電,一個常開連鎖閉合,司機(jī)在I端司機(jī)室,461得電,司機(jī)在II端司機(jī)室,462得電。Therearethreestatesforthecontrolof
