道（或評(píng)論）必須包含五個(gè)要素，即：時(shí)間（when）,地點(diǎn)（where）,人物（who）,事件（what）以及原因

（why）。新聞報(bào)道是以客觀事實(shí)為基礎(chǔ)的樸實(shí)的文體，但是寫作過程中仍然要根據(jù)不同的內(nèi)容靈活運(yùn)用各

種表達(dá)手法：或敘述，或描寫，或議論或夾敘夾議。新聞報(bào)道的語言應(yīng)該是具體真實(shí)的，盡量少用抽象的

概念。同時(shí)，時(shí)態(tài)上一般都是一般過去時(shí)和一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)的結(jié)合。

通知有兩種，即口頭通知和書面通知?？陬^通知要有稱呼用語。如：在正式場(chǎng)合用的Ladiesandgentlemen,

對(duì)學(xué)生用的Boysandgirls等。書面通知的正文上面的正中有NOTICE或ANNOUNCEMENT標(biāo)志。
