Shipment知識目標(biāo)：掌握催促裝船函、裝船指示和裝船通知的基本結(jié)構(gòu)、相關(guān)專業(yè)術(shù)語和典型表達(dá)。能力目標(biāo)：能夠根據(jù)實際情況運用相關(guān)術(shù)語和典型句式，準(zhǔn)確、流暢地書寫各類裝運相關(guān)信函。Learningobjectives商務(wù)知識（Businessknowledge）催裝函、裝船指示和裝船通知的基本結(jié)構(gòu)（Letterstructure）寫信注意事項（Tipsforletterwriting）3Introduction商務(wù)知識裝運的概念和作用買賣雙方簽訂合同后，出口商備貨裝運。在貨物到達(dá)買方之前，可能牽涉到的環(huán)節(jié)是：買方將包裝、裝運要求發(fā)給賣方；買方催促裝運，要求賣方提前或準(zhǔn)時裝運；賣方發(fā)出裝船通知；賣方通知買方投保等。不管是哪種情況，一般在開頭部分都會提及交易中的商品，再就具體情況提出自己的要求外貿(mào)貨物的運輸，是賣方還是買方負(fù)責(zé)這是由價格條款決定的。如果是C組價格（CFR、CPT、CIF和CIP）,訂艙運輸?shù)仁乱擞少u方負(fù)責(zé)。如果是F組價格（FOB、FCA和FAS）,訂艙運輸?shù)仁乱擞少I方負(fù)責(zé)。若買賣雙方以CIF價成交，賣方一收到信用證就需要辦理裝運事宜，裝運涉及一系列的工作，包括租船訂艙、報關(guān)等，賣方通常可以聯(lián)系專業(yè)的貨代公司代為辦理。當(dāng)貨物裝上船只后，船主或貨代會給賣方簽發(fā)提單，賣方準(zhǔn)備好信用證中規(guī)定的所以單據(jù)向銀行提交議付。同時，在貨物裝船后，賣方需立即給買方發(fā)出通知。買方若未能及時收到裝船通知，需要催促賣方及時裝船。商務(wù)知識裝船指示和裝船通知的概念和作用

催證函、審證函和改證函的基本結(jié)構(gòu)審證函的基本結(jié)構(gòu)（Body）（1）ExpressingthanksfortheestablishmentofL/CandreferringtheNumberoftheL/C;（2）PointingoutthediscrepanciesintheL/CwiththeSalsContractafterexamination.（3）StatinghowtomakeamendmentstotheL/C（4）UrgingthebuyertomakeamendmentstotheL/C.寫信的注意事項寫催裝函的注意事項通常在以下情況下賣方可向買方發(fā)出催促裝運函合同規(guī)定的裝運期限較長(例如3個月或6個月)，而買方應(yīng)在賣方裝運期前的一定時日(例如30天或15天)開立信用證者，則賣方應(yīng)在通知對方預(yù)計裝運日期的同時，催請對方開證。買方在出口合同規(guī)定的期限內(nèi)未開立信用證，賣方可根據(jù)合同規(guī)定向?qū)Ψ揭髶p害賠償或同時宣告合同無效。但如不需要立即采取這一行動時，仍可催促對方開證。如果賣方根據(jù)備貨和承運工具的情況，可提前裝運的，則可商請對方提前開證。寫催裝函的注意事項此外，在外貿(mào)活動中，如一方未能按合同要求或條款履行某一事項，另一方也可以向其發(fā)出催促函：如催貨款、催寄單、催派船等。寫作技巧與催證函大同小異。寫裝船指示和裝船通知的注意事項shippinginstructions意思是“裝運指示或裝船指示”，一般是進口商（買方）發(fā)給出口商（賣方）的。買方應(yīng)給予賣方關(guān)于船名、裝船地點和和所要求的交貨時間的充分的通知。shippingadvice（裝運通知）是由出口商（賣方）發(fā)給進口商（買方）的；在貨物裝船后，賣方需立即給買方發(fā)出通知以便買方做好籌措資金、付款和收貨的準(zhǔn)備。此通知即稱為“裝船通知”或“裝運通知”，內(nèi)容包括：合同號或信用證號、品名、包裝件數(shù)、數(shù)量、船名、開航日期，有時也包括貨物的價值。Task1Task2Task312TasksTask1美國漢森公司（GHanson&Co.Ltd.）進口部經(jīng)理BlackJones一直未收到南京紡織品進出口公司（NanjingTextilesImport&ExportCorporation）發(fā)來的裝船通知，要去信給對方公司的出口部經(jīng)理Brighten，催促其盡快裝運貨物。請以BlackJones的名義寫一封催促裝船函，要求如下：（1）指出交易參考號（如合同號、訂單號、信用證號等），表明未收到裝船信息；（2）催促對方盡快裝船并說明催促理由；（3）表達(dá)對盡快裝船的期待。Sample1To:Brighten@NFrom:BlackJones@GHC.comSubject:UrgingShipmentforS/CNo.CA112017DearMr.Brighten,
