Basicprovisions5.2.1混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)子分部工程可劃分為模板、鋼筋、預(yù)應(yīng)力、混凝土、現(xiàn)澆結(jié)構(gòu)和裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)等分項(xiàng)工程。各分項(xiàng)工程可根據(jù)與生產(chǎn)和施工方式相一致且便于控制施工質(zhì)量的原則，按進(jìn)場批次、工作班、樓層、結(jié)構(gòu)縫或施工段劃分為若干檢驗(yàn)批。5.2.1Concretestructuresubprojectscanbedividedintosubprojectssuchasformwork,reinforcement,prestressing,concrete,cast-in-placestructure,andprefabricatedstructure.Eachsubprojectcanbedividedintoseveralinspectionbatchesbasedontheprincipleofconsistencywithproductionandconstructionmethodsandeasycontrolofconstructionquality,accordingtotheentrybatch,workteam,floor,structuraljointorconstructionsection.2、基本規(guī)定

Basicprovisions5.2.2混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)子分部工程的質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收，應(yīng)在鋼筋、預(yù)應(yīng)力、混凝土、現(xiàn)澆結(jié)構(gòu)和裝配式結(jié)構(gòu)等相關(guān)分項(xiàng)工程驗(yàn)收合格的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制資料檢查、觀感質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收。5.2.2Thequalityacceptanceofsubprojectsofconcretestructuresshouldbebasedontheacceptanceofrelevantsubprojectssuchassteelbars,prestressing,concrete,cast-in-placestructures,andprefabricatedstructures.Qualitycontroldatainspectionandvisualqualityacceptanceshouldbecarriedout.2、基本規(guī)定

合格的產(chǎn)品，進(jìn)場驗(yàn)收時檢驗(yàn)批的容量可按本規(guī)范的有關(guān)規(guī)定擴(kuò)大一倍，且檢驗(yàn)批容量僅可擴(kuò)大一倍。擴(kuò)大檢驗(yàn)批后的檢驗(yàn)中，出現(xiàn)不合格情況時，應(yīng)按擴(kuò)大前的檢驗(yàn)批容量重新驗(yàn)收，且該產(chǎn)品不得再次擴(kuò)大檢驗(yàn)批容量。5.2.7Certifiedproductsorproductswithstablesourcesandthreeconsecutivebatchespassingtheinspectioncanhavetheirinspectionbatchcapacitydoubledaccordingtotherelevantprovisionsofthisspecificationduringon-siteacceptance,andtheinspectionbatchcapacitycanonlybedoubled.Intheinspectionaftertheexpansionoftheinspectionbatch,ifthereareanyunqualifiedsituations,theinspectionbatchcapacitybeforetheexpansionshouldbereaccepted,andtheproductshouldnotbeexpandedagain.5.2.8混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程采用的材料、構(gòu)配件、器具及半成品應(yīng)按進(jìn)場批次進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)。屬于同一工程項(xiàng)目且同期施工的多個單位工程，對同一廠家生產(chǎn)的同批材料、構(gòu)配件、器具及半成品，可統(tǒng)一劃分檢驗(yàn)批進(jìn)行驗(yàn)收。5.2.8Materials,components,fittings,appliancesandsemi-finishedproductsusedinconcreteStructuralengineeringshallbeinspectedaccordingtotheincomingbatch.Multipleunitprojectsbelongingtothesameengineeringprojectandconstructedsimultaneouslycanbeuniformlydividedintoinspectionbatchesforacceptanceofthesamebatchofmaterials,components,appliances,andsemi-finishedproductsproducedbythesamemanufacturer.2.基本規(guī)定2.Basicprovisions5.2.9檢驗(yàn)批、分項(xiàng)工程、混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)子分部工程的質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收需按相關(guān)規(guī)定做好驗(yàn)收記錄。5.2.9Qualityacceptanceofinspectionbatches,subprojects,andconcretestructuresubprojectsshallberecordedinaccordancewithrelevantregulations一般規(guī)定Generalprovisions1、模板工程應(yīng)編制施工方案。爬升式模板工程、工具式模板工程及高大模板支架工程的施工方案，應(yīng)按有關(guān)規(guī)定進(jìn)行技術(shù)論證。1.Aconstructionplanshouldbepreparedfortheformworkproject.Theconstructionplansforclimbingformworkengineering,toolformworkengineering,andtallformworksupportengineeringshouldbetechnicallydemonstratedinaccordancewithrelevantregulations.一般規(guī)定Generalprovisions2、模板及支架應(yīng)根據(jù)安裝、使用和拆除工況進(jìn)行設(shè)計，并應(yīng)滿足承載力、剛度和整體穩(wěn)固性要求。2.Thetemplateandbracketshouldbedesignedaccordingtotheinstallation,use,andremovalconditions,andshouldmeettherequirementsofbearingcapacity,stiffness,andoverallstability.一般規(guī)定Generalprovisions3、模板及支架拆除應(yīng)符合現(xiàn)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程施工規(guī)范》GB?50666的規(guī)定和施工方案的要求。3.FormworkandsupportremovalshallcomplywiththeprovisionsofthecurrentnationalstandardCodeforConstructionofConcreteStructuralengineering(GB50666)andtherequirementsoftheconstructionscheme.2、模板安裝
