12.Arbitration:AlldisputesinconnectionwiththeexecutionofthisContractshallbesettledfriendlythroughnegotiation.Incasenosettlementcanbereached,thecasethenmaybesubmittedforarbitrationtotheArbitrationCommissionoftheChinaCouncilforthePromotionofInternationalTradeinaccordancewiththeProvisionalRulesofProcedurepromulgatedbythesaidArbitrationCommission.TheArbitrationcommitteeshallbefinalandbindinguponbothparties.AndtheArbitrationfeeshallbebornebythelosingparties.

13.SpecialClause:Ifanythingcontainedintheaboveprintedclause(s)is(are)inconsistentwiththeprovisionsstipulatedbelow,theaboveprintedclause(s)shallautomaticallybenullandvoidtotheextentofsuchinconsistency.
