In the past, I have had the experience of working in settings where the people and the corporate cultures of the companies were all different. I have found that there is a great difference in the both the
2、behaviors of people and of their organizations, depending on whether they are state-owned enterprises (SOEs), large multinational firms, or small to medium sized foreign enterprises. One simple example is that of the ability of an employee to act independently without direct instructions from his or
3、 her boss. In many Chinese organizations, acting without direct instructions is considered a form of disrespect towards the supervisor, who is generally offended by such behavior. In my experience and research, such organizations tend to have low operating efficiency with the employees losing their
4、innate ability to take the initiative. In contrast, foreign enterprises tend to welcome employees who have the ability to make decisions on their own, though the extent to which this is true depends on whether the supervisor is a local Chinese or an expatriate. 5、zational Behavior The purpose behind this personal statement is to not only gain admission to your well-established and highly respected Ph.D. program, but to impress upon you my passion for learning and my tremendous desire to succeed in both scholastic research and in teaching on the professional
6、level. I have based my decision to pursue an academic career not on purely practical reasons, but rather on my own natural interests and aptitude. My personal philosophy is that money and social status should not be pursued as life-consuming objectives and that in actuality they are the by-products
7、of goals originating from ones inner needs. I understand that my intellectual capacity is a gift, and I intend to use this gift to the very best of my substantial capabilities. In my experience and research, such organizations tend to have low operating efficiency with the employees losing their innate ability to take the initiative. 新西蘭留學(xué)的申請(qǐng)條件 學(xué)歷條件 新西蘭高校的本科開學(xué)時(shí)間為每年的2月和7月,少數(shù)課程僅在2月份開學(xué)。大部分課程學(xué)制為3-4年,如文科、商科、設(shè)計(jì)、護(hù)理等專業(yè)為3年制,而工程、法律、醫(yī)學(xué)等專業(yè)則為4年制。 1.對(duì)于國(guó)內(nèi)高二或高中
11、畢業(yè)學(xué)生,必須先入讀新西蘭預(yù)科課程(課程時(shí)長(zhǎng)約7-18個(gè)月不等),完成預(yù)科課程并滿足一定的條件后才能進(jìn)入新西蘭大學(xué)本科階段學(xué)習(xí)。 2.對(duì)于已經(jīng)完成大學(xué)一年級(jí)或者國(guó)內(nèi)正規(guī)大專大二課程的學(xué)生,則可免去預(yù)科課程,直接就讀新西蘭高校本科一年級(jí)。 語(yǔ)言條件 1.新西蘭留學(xué)本科的英語(yǔ)要求因?qū)I(yè)不同而不同,如商科、文科、工程、建筑、自然科學(xué)等專業(yè)的雅思要求為6.0,護(hù)理等專業(yè)的雅思要求為6.5,教育等專業(yè)的雅思要求為7。 2.沒有達(dá)到雅思要求的同學(xué)可以先去大學(xué)下屬的語(yǔ)言學(xué)院進(jìn)行語(yǔ)言培訓(xùn),滿足要求后再入讀本科主課。 新西蘭的留學(xué)費(fèi)用 新西蘭的學(xué)費(fèi)分為三個(gè)檔次:國(guó)立大學(xué)最貴,國(guó)立理工中檔,私立大學(xué)最便宜。 新西蘭每所大學(xué)詳細(xì)的學(xué)費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),這里先給一個(gè)大致的平均值,供大家參考: 國(guó)立大學(xué):26000-35000紐幣年 國(guó)立理工:18500-23000紐幣年 私立大學(xué):17000-19000紐幣年 語(yǔ)言學(xué)校的收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為:350紐幣周-400紐幣周 預(yù)科學(xué)校的收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn):19000紐幣年 橋梁課
