1、冀教版七年級英語下冊教學工作計劃本學期的教學重點是圍繞教學大綱,努力調(diào)動學生的學習積極性,引導他們熱愛學習,表現(xiàn)為他們自覺學習的行為,認真完成教學工作?,F(xiàn)將本學期擔任的初一英語課教學工作計劃如下:一、指導思想:在本學期的英語教學中,堅持以下理念的應用:1、要面向全體學生,關注每個學生的情感,激發(fā)他們學習英語的興趣,幫助他們建立學習的成就感和自信心, 培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新精神;2、整體設計目標,體現(xiàn)靈活開放,目標設計以學生技能,語言知識,情感態(tài)度,學習策略和文化意識的發(fā)展為基礎;3、突出學生主體,尊重個體差異;4、采用活動途徑,倡導體驗參與,即采用任務型的教學模式,讓學生在老師的指導下通過感知、體驗、實踐、
2、參與和合作等方式,實現(xiàn)任務的目標,感受成功;5、注重過程評價,促進學生發(fā)展,建立能激勵學生學習興趣和自主學習能力發(fā)展的評價體系??傊?, 讓學生在使用英語中學習英語,讓學生成為GoodUser而不僅僅是Learner 。讓英語成為學生學習生活中最實用的工具而非累贅,讓他們在使用和學習英語的過程中,體味到輕松和成功的快樂,而不是無盡的擔憂和恐懼。二、學生基本情況分析:本屆七年級新生和以往初一學生相比在英語基礎方面很薄弱, 由于在小學英語課并未受到足夠的重視,他們在寫的技能方面基本上沒有得到過訓練,連音標和字母的拼讀都沒有掌握好。經(jīng)過上學期努力,年段學生的基礎知識得到了加強,學習態(tài)度也有所好轉(zhuǎn)。但是
3、學生整體的惰性還是很強,自覺性很差。另外,學生在情感態(tài)度, 學習策略方面還存在諸多需要進一步解決的問題。例如:很多學生不能明確學習英語的目的,沒有真正認識到學習英語的目的在于交流;有些同學在學習中缺乏小組合作意識;大多數(shù)同學沒有養(yǎng)成良好的學習習慣,不能做好課前預習課后復習,學習沒有計劃性和策略性;不善于發(fā)現(xiàn)和總結(jié)語言規(guī)律,不注意知識的鞏固和積累。三、奮斗目標:鉆研新課標,提高教學水平,真正做到教學相長,努力達到學校規(guī)定的教學指標。四、具體措施:1 、抓好英語的常規(guī)教學,加強基礎知識訓練:歸納學過的 詞組,方便學生記憶;用詞組造句和中譯英訓練;組織學生 結(jié)對子,一有空就你問我答,營造學習氛圍,同
4、時加強筆頭的練習,使學生能熟能生巧;把課文分段,按學習組為單位,進行朗讀比賽,對學過的課文盡量做到人人會背,有些課文還要求學生會默寫。2 、抓好語法學習:掌握形容詞、副詞的比較級和最高級的構成和用法。區(qū)分單音節(jié)詞和多音節(jié)詞的構成,規(guī)則和不規(guī)則變化。學習一般過去時態(tài),重點突破不規(guī)則動詞。學習過去 進行時與現(xiàn)在進行時的區(qū)別。學習聯(lián)系詞的用法。3 、培養(yǎng)學生綜合運用知識的能力:每個單元圍繞著知識點反復訓練,層層滲透。每個單元結(jié)束都進行測驗,找出存在問題,及時補漏補缺。4 、抓好閱讀能力培養(yǎng):每周規(guī)定學生閱讀三篇短文,帶著問題閱讀,閱讀之后要回答問題。5 、培養(yǎng)學生寫作能力:逐步創(chuàng)作一些簡筆畫要學生寫
5、出他們的動作編成故事,逐步培養(yǎng)他們看圖寫話的能力。6 、努力做好后進生轉(zhuǎn)化工作,促進全體學生共同進步。多關心后進生的思想和學習,平時要檢查和督促他們的作業(yè)及時給予他們幫助7 、關注學生的情感,營造寬松、民主、和諧的教學氛圍。8 、 實施 " 任務型" 的教學途徑,培養(yǎng)學生綜合語言運用能力9 、 在教學中根據(jù)目標并結(jié)合教學內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)造性地設計貼近學生實際的教學活動,吸引和組織他們積極參與。學生通過思考、調(diào)查、討論、交流和合作等方式,學習和使用英語,完成學習任務。10 、 加強對學生學習策略的指導,為他們終身學習奠定基礎。五、教學進度:第一周:準備周(開學思想教育)第二周第三周:
