2、的性能表征和測(cè)試,絕大多數(shù)為全球最先發(fā)布,得到全世界的普遍認(rèn)可和采用。ASTM的產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以管道、貯罐、拉擠型材為主,產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)側(cè)重于結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、原材料和工藝控制,較好地體現(xiàn)復(fù)合材料制造的特殊過(guò)程,比較科學(xué)合理。 在美國(guó),除ASTM外,其他的協(xié)會(huì)、學(xué)會(huì)也發(fā)布所使用的復(fù)合材料產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并具有很高的權(quán)威性,如美國(guó)石油學(xué)會(huì)(API)、美國(guó)水行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)。1.2 ASTM()19世紀(jì)80年代,為解決采購(gòu)商與供貨商在購(gòu)銷(xiāo)工業(yè)材料過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生的意見(jiàn)和分歧,有人提出建立技術(shù)委員會(huì)制度,由技術(shù)委員會(huì)組織各方面的代表參加技術(shù)座談會(huì),討論解決有關(guān)材料規(guī)范、試驗(yàn)程序等方面的爭(zhēng)議問(wèn)題。1902年(American Society

54、996年立項(xiàng),但由于種種原因,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)未能制訂出來(lái)。 (2)驗(yàn)證管接頭設(shè)計(jì)的試驗(yàn)方法:驗(yàn)證接頭設(shè)計(jì),歐盟標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、ISO有專門(mén)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對(duì)柔性接頭、對(duì)接接頭和法蘭都有相應(yīng)的要求。在GB/T212382007玻璃纖維增強(qiáng)塑料夾砂管以資料性附錄的形式給出了接頭的試驗(yàn)要求,鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)在管接頭設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中對(duì)接頭進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。但至今,我國(guó)幾乎沒(méi)有企業(yè)開(kāi)展過(guò)類似系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn),說(shuō)明我們的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)做得不細(xì)致。 柔性接頭的試驗(yàn)要求項(xiàng) 目安裝要求壓力類型測(cè)試壓力性能要求密封性正常安裝內(nèi)壓1.5×PN保持15 min,無(wú)滲漏外壓穩(wěn)定性和密封性插口端面處于最大允許平移位置負(fù)壓-0.08 MPa保持1 h,負(fù)壓降不超過(guò)0.008

55、 MPa極限狀態(tài)的密封性最大允許平移量和最大允許偏轉(zhuǎn)角同時(shí)發(fā)生位置靜內(nèi)壓2.0×PN保持24 h,接口無(wú)破壞且無(wú)滲水橫向載荷試驗(yàn)最大允許平移量發(fā)生位置,同時(shí)接口處承受20DN的橫向載荷循環(huán)內(nèi)壓從0增加到1.5×PN,再返回到010個(gè)循環(huán),每個(gè)循環(huán)持續(xù)1.5至3分鐘,接口無(wú)破壞和滲漏偏轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)橫向載荷試驗(yàn)最大允許偏轉(zhuǎn)角發(fā)生位置,同時(shí)接口處承受20DN的橫向載荷初始?jí)毫?.5×PN保持15 min,接口無(wú)破壞和滲漏正靜壓力2.0×PN保持24 h,接口無(wú)破壞和滲漏注:1. DN公稱直徑,mm;橫向載荷以N為單位。 2. 在試樣安裝時(shí),接頭處應(yīng)設(shè)鞍形支座,圓心角宜取為120°。若管的有效長(zhǎng)度較大時(shí),可在管的中間設(shè)置支座,但支座間距不得小于2m。 3. 正常安裝時(shí),管接口兩側(cè)的管軸線應(yīng)一致(無(wú)偏轉(zhuǎn)),插口端面應(yīng)處在接口內(nèi)的設(shè)計(jì)位置。 對(duì)接接頭測(cè)試要求測(cè)試壓力種類測(cè)試壓力持續(xù)時(shí)間初始滲
