10、oGIP閱讀完并打印 Product Report（見 Function 網(wǎng)盤）； 與 Current MMB 進行 Talk；思考下個 Term 如何做 TL/Director，完成怎樣的 Goal，并提出 2-3 條 Strategy。徐廣恒oGIP對 oGIP 現(xiàn)在做的 sub-product 進行市場分析，思考每種 sub-product 的宣傳方式； 思考如何保證 Member 的 experience，給出具體的 Strategy；對現(xiàn)在 oGIP 存在的問題(function talent development, function work)進行分析。馮安琪oP初步了解 fun

11、ction 工作基本流程；閱讀 JD table，明確想申請職位的 JD；在市場分析后找出 Global citizen 項目對你所在學校學生的吸引點；與 Current MMB 聊天，了解現(xiàn)狀（如 Strategy，Team Management 情況，Performance 情況以及存在的問題）；明確想要在下個 term 達成的 goal、秦語珩oP與想選職位的 Current MMB 聊過了; 說說你對 oP-DUFE 的的想法和思考。韓月iGIP回顧一下這個 Term的收獲；思考對于 GIP的理解，明確想申請職位的 JD。汪俊劍iP仔細閱讀，并理解你的目標 position JD ta

12、ble 里的每一個字； 清楚了解 iP 基本流程。趙雅汶Finance仔細閱讀 FN policy，并從的角度提出改進意見；提出 Finance 作為一個 Support Function 的 Function Synergy Plan。曹梓祎BD對 BD 的看法和；Sales AIESEC 應該找什么樣的市場，應該賣什么，列出三點。佟爍TM請?zhí)崆伴喿x TM JD Table，了解清楚你要做什么和要做成什么樣子；和你目標 Position 的 Current MMB 聊天，綜合他這學期的工作情況和你對于目標 Position 的理解，列出 WWW（What Went Well）和 EBI（Ev

13、en Better If）各三條。李默丹MarComm提前閱讀 MarComm JD table，對 MarComm 產(chǎn)生初步認識； 考慮一下對 AIESEC的理解；請到時展示引以為傲的一件設計或文案，甚至是P 的和朋友出去玩的圖都可以； 疑惑或者想法都請整理好，不要有地來吧。Preparation Process01 Required Reading Materials所有 Candidate 可以在 LC 網(wǎng)盤中找到需要閱讀的資料。資料文件夾分為一下兩個：llALL candidate read（即所有 MMB Candidate 都需閱讀）；llONLY read your functi

14、on（即只需要閱讀你要競選的 Function 文件夾中的文件）；ALL candidate read 文件夾內(nèi)文件如下圖所示，其中，紅色框住的四個文件是要求必須閱讀的，上面綠色框內(nèi)的文件不作強制要求，但 prefer 閱讀，因為 EB Team 會在第一輪Presentation Q&A 的環(huán)節(jié)涉及這些文件上的知識性問題。ONLY read your function 文件夾中的文件，你只需要閱讀你要目標 Function 文件夾中的文件，其中，F(xiàn)inance，MarComm，TM，o沒有。P_others 有閱讀文件，其他 FunctionWe develop entreprene

15、urial leadership through high quality AIESEC experience, to positively impact the society.702 MMB Preparation Camp為了幫助大家更好的準備 MMB Selection，LC 將在 6 月 3 日（周三）下午四點半到七點在海事舉辦一次 MMB Preparation Camp。在這次 Camp 上，除了會有各位 VP 進行 Function 的介紹和 HR Structure 的解釋之外， LCP 還為大家簡單介紹 2015 年第二個學期 AIESEC DUT 的 vision，pic

16、ture，LC focus 和project driver 等等信息，這些都是在 MMB Selection 中 MMB 需要了解的知識，也是會被提問到的問題。同時，EB Team 還為大家準備了答疑時間，全方位的 support candidate 的這次 MMB Selection。這次 MMB Preparation Camp 是 Require 所有 MMB Candidate 參加的，若有無法參加或者會早退的情況，請與 MMB Preparation Camp OCP， iGIP TL 蔡嘉銳請假并說明。請假 DDL 為 6 月 2 日（二）晚 10 點。未請假無故不參加或無故早退者
