25、動機安裝需達到的條件Electric motors installation shall meet the following conditions:l 電動機安裝后應完好，無損傷現(xiàn)象且安裝記錄齊全；Electric motors shall be free of damage after installation and the installation records shall be completely prepared;l 盤動轉(zhuǎn)子應靈活，不得有碰卡聲；Rotors shall be flexible and free of noises result from blocking;l

26、 電動機固定牢固，螺栓齊全；Electric motors shall be fixed reliably and bolts shall be complete;l 電動機外殼油漆應完整，外殼和接線盒內(nèi)接地連接合格；The oil paintings on external shell of electric motors shall be complete; The grounding connections of external shell and inside junction boxes shall be up to standard.l 電動機按規(guī)范要求進行的實驗完成并合格，且實

31、h design;4.3 SCADA系統(tǒng)和INSUM系統(tǒng)需達到的條件SCADA system and INSUM system shall meet the following conditions:l 本裝置在正常生產(chǎn)后的所有電動機均是由INSUM系統(tǒng)進行觀察電動機的運行狀態(tài),故該系統(tǒng)所有調(diào)試工作應完成且功能應和設(shè)計要求一致。The running status of all electric motors in the complex will be observed by INSUM system when starting normal production; therefore, a

32、ll debugging work of this system shall be completed and all functions shall meet design requirements.l 本裝置在正常生產(chǎn)后的所有高壓電動機、進線柜和母聯(lián)柜的運行狀態(tài)是通過SCADA系統(tǒng)進行觀察，故該系統(tǒng)所有調(diào)試工作應完成且功能應和設(shè)計要求一致。The running status of all HV motors, leadin cabinets and busbar cabinets will be observed by SCADA system; therefore, all debug

33、ging work of this system shall be completed and all functions shall meet design requirements.4.4電動機電纜線路需達到的條件Cables of electric motors shall meet the following conditions:l 電纜敷設(shè)、校線、接線及實驗完畢且合格，施工記錄齊全。Cable laying, checking out, wiring and testing are all completed and up to standards. The constructio

34、n records shall be complete.4.5火災報警系統(tǒng)、消防工程需達到的條件Fire alarm system and fire fighting work shall meet the following conditions:l 火災報警系統(tǒng)安裝調(diào)試完畢，可投入使用；Fire alarm system installation and debugging are completed and can be put in use;l 消防設(shè)施按設(shè)計要求布置合理齊全，F(xiàn)ire fighting facilities are complete and aligned in ac

35、cordance with design requirements;l 消防通道通暢，有明顯疏散指示標志，并有警界線和警示牌設(shè)立。Fire emergency passages shall be open and unobstructed with distinct escape instruction mark as well as warning line and warning board.4.6通訊工程需達到的條件 Communication work shall meet the following conditions:l 變電所內(nèi)和外界應保持良好的聯(lián)絡，設(shè)置固定的獨立的通訊設(shè)施：

36、調(diào)度電話1部，普通電話1部、對講機4對。Communication both inside and outside of substations shall be well supported. Set an independent and fixed communication facility: One set of telephone for dispatching, one set of telephone for common use, four pairs of interphones4.7其他需達到的條件Other required conditions:l SCADA系統(tǒng)和IN

37、SUM系統(tǒng)的廠家必須到現(xiàn)場進行指導；The representatives from the manufacturers of SCADA and INSUM systems shall be present for field instruction.l 在進變電所工作前應辦理施工作業(yè)票，作業(yè)人員應具有相應的合格的上崗證；Prior to working in substation, permission shall be applied. And the personnel shall have correspondent qualification certificate.l 工作前進行

38、了詳細的施工交底和安全交底，并有交底記錄。Detailed construction and safety clarification explanation shall be made prior to work and the records shall be prepared.五、 組織機構(gòu)及分工V. Organization structures and work division為確保變電所送電工作和電動機的空載運行安全順利進行，項目部特成立電動機的空載運行工作小組，負責對外協(xié)調(diào)、電動機受電前條件檢查確認、辦理工作票、現(xiàn)場指揮、操作監(jiān)護和故障處理。電動機的空載運行工作小組由項目部領(lǐng)導

39、擔任組長，安全、質(zhì)量、技術(shù)、工程等部門相關(guān)人員和電氣安裝施工經(jīng)理及班組長等人員為成員；廠家現(xiàn)場試驗調(diào)試人員也必須參加。（具體內(nèi)容見下頁）To assure successful performance of power supply in substations and free load running of electric motor, the project department have set up a group for free load running of electric motor and the group shall be responsible for work

40、coordination, inspecting and confirming the conditions of electric motors before power is supplied, applying for permission to work, field instruction, operation monitoring and troubleshooting etc. In this group, the leadership of the project department will be the head of the group, the members inc

41、ludes the relevant personnel from safety, quality, technology and engineering departments, electric installation manager and head man etc. The representatives of manufacturer must be present for field testing and debugging.
