1、電感式接近開關工作原理Working principle of inductive proximity switch 目標 LC 震蕩器 開關級 放大輸出級 Object LC oscillator switching stage magnified output stage電感式接近開關由三大部分組成:振蕩器、開關電路及放大輸出電路。振蕩器產生一個變交磁場,并達到感應距離時,在金屬目標內產生渦流,從而導致振蕩衰減,以至停振。振蕩器振蕩及停振的變化被后級放大電路處理并轉換成開關信號,觸發(fā)驅動控制器件,從而達到非接觸式之檢測目的。目標離傳感器越近,線圈內的阻尼就越大,阻尼越大,傳感器振蕩器的電流
2、越小。Inductive proximity switch is composed of three parts: oscillator, switch circuit and magnified output circuit.The oscillator will generate an alternating electric field.When the metal object approaches this electric field and reaches the induction distance,whirlpool will generate in metal object

16、e conducted.The effect of cladding material,take note of zhe changing of detection distance. 關于環(huán)境氣候 About ambient weather為保護動作的可靠和壽命長,請避免有關規(guī)定以外的溫度外界(戶外條件下,接近傳感器雖為耐水結構,若裝上罩使用,勿使水和水容性切消油等淋到,則可更好地提高可靠性及壽命.還請避免在有化學藥劑,特別是在強堿,酸,硝酸,銘酸,熱濃硫酸等氣候中使用.In order to maintain reliable action and long service life,pl

18、rong sulfuric acid and so on. 關于維護檢修 About maintenance and overhaul為使接近傳感器長期穩(wěn)定工作,和一般的控制器一樣請進行下列定期檢查.1.被測物體及接近傳感器的安裝位置,偏移,松動,變型的有無.2.配線,連接部位有無松動,接觸,不良,斷線. 3.有無附粘金屬粉末等積物.4.使用溫度條件,周圍環(huán)境條件有無異常. 5檢測距離有無異常.In order to keep the proximity sensor to work stably for long time,thefollowingregular examinations s

27、 and cautons螺旋式開關的安裝 Mounting screw switch安裝開關時不可采用過大力距緊固,緊固時請務必采用齒墊圈 switch.Adopt toothed washer when tightening 無螺旋式柱型開關的安裝 Mounting non screw type pillar switch 采用調節(jié)螺釘時,緊固力矩請用2-4kgf-cm 以下安裝: When adopt adjusting screw,the tightening torque should be within2-4kgf-cm防止非檢測物體的干擾Protection agaist the

Do not use in the critical state of max. action distance. 開關引線的防護 Guard of switch lead-wire按裝開關事,請將離開關10cm 左右引線位置用線夾固定,防止開關引線受外力的作用損壞。 When mount switch, fix the lead-wire at a distance about 10cm from the switch with wire clip so as to prevent the switch lead-wire from damage from outer force 注意事
32、項 Cautions直流開關應使用絕緣變壓器,并確保穩(wěn)壓電源紋波如有電力線動力線通過開關引線周圍時,防止開關損壞或誤動作,將金屬管套在開關引線上并接地 開關使用距離請設定在額定距離以內,以免受溫度和電壓影響 嚴禁通電接線,應嚴格按接線圖輸出回路原理圖接線用戶如需要防水、防油、耐酸、堿、耐高溫開關等特殊要求或其他規(guī)格應在定貨時說明,并給予定做 DC switch should adopt insulation transformer and ensure stable voltage mains corrugation.IF any electric power line or dynamic
