4、office meet ing, the n several to-do's, announ ceme nts, and weekly bus in ess topics will be addressed. Weekly meet ings are gen erally less formal, and the age nda can be more of a loose, ope n format. However, project meeti ngs should have a more structured focus, with set times for each agen
