1、unit 11 accident causation models事故致因理論the most important aim of safety management is to maintain and promote workers health and safety at work. understanding why and how accidents and other unwanted events develop is important when preventive activities are planned. accident theories aim to clarify

37、 but does not exhibit an extreme danger to life and the health, you might need to wait until next years budget cycle.an example of this would be when workers complain of a smell and dust created by a chemical process. if the dust is not above accepted exposure limits and the smell is not overwhelmin
