CurrentResearchStatusofLowTemperatureSinteringGlassceramic KJing-ruiZYa-binZYing-na (NorthChinaUniversityofScienceandTechnologyYishengCollege,TangshanHebei063009,China) 【Abstract】Microcrystallineglassisakindandarchitecturalglass.Whenpreparingbioglassmaterial,lowsinteringtemperatureinmicrocrystallineglasscauseslowdegreeofdensification,differenceofbondstrengthbetweenparticles,even“slag”problems;Thus,theresearchprogressofbioactiveglass-ceramicmaterialbylowtemperaturesinteringhasbeenreviewed.Weareanalyzingthestatusquo,thecrystallizationmechanismandexpectation. 【Keywords】Lowtemperaturesintering;Microcrystallineglass;Crystallization;Expectation Introduction Microcrystallineglassplaysaroleinmechanicalproperties,biologicalactivityofbonereplacementandrepairmaterials.Peoplewanttofindasinteringtemperature,whichwillnotaffectthepracticalactivityofmicrocrystallineglass,canachievethematerialsneededtofitinmorewaysagain.Thepresentstudyinsomeofthemicrocrystallineglassshowedthatsinteringtemperaturelimitsclinicalapplication,thoughithasgoodbiologicalactivity,mechanicalpropertiesandmachinability.Andwecansee,exploringthelowtemperaturesinteringmicrocrystallineglassisverypromising. 1Mainglasssystemsresearchoflowtemperaturesinteringglass-ceramics Microcrystallineglasscanformstablechemicalbondingwithbonetissue,formagoodhydroxyapatiteimplantsitelayerrapidly,andithasgoodaffinity,non-toxic.Itishelpfulforhuman. Chenlei,etal1,showthelowtemperaturesinteringA/W.ZTA.InthesystemofSiO2-CaCO3-Mg(NO3).6H2O-NH4H2CaF2-CaF2basedontheuseofstretchformingprocess,obtainsynchronizationofZTAmaterialandHAPunderlowtemperaturesintering. Rong-guangsunandothers2discoverythesystemof3ZnO2-2B2O3andAl2O3produceschemicalreaction,theformationofZnAl2O4while3Z2Bsintersatlowtemperatureof850950,precipitatingthemaincrystalphase.Atthesametime3ZnO2-2B2O3willbedensification,the3ZnO2-2B2O3glassandAl2O3systemmicrowavedielectricpropertiescanbeimproved. IsabelleDenryothers3studytheinfluenceofsinteringtemperaturedifferentratiobetweenCaandAlinglasssystemofSiO2-Al2O3-P2O5-MgO-Na2O-K2O-CaO-CaF2.Asitshowedthatthebestsinteringtemperaturerange775to900,whiletheratioreaches98.990.04%and91.310.10%. 2Studyonlowtemperaturesinteringglass-ceramicswithcrystallizationandmechanism YuBing,kaimingliang,GuShouren4usedifferentialthermalanalysis(DTA).ZrO2ontheglasscrystallizationactivationenergywereanalyzedandtheinfluenceofZrO2causingglasscrystallizationcrystallizationindexincreasingweresurveyedbasedonZrO25-6. Wecandescribeageneralinquiryframeworkroutine.
