6、注釋:對(duì)名詞術(shù)語(yǔ)的解釋或?qū)σ某鎏幍恼f(shuō)明。注釋采用腳注形式。 7、參考文獻(xiàn):參考文獻(xiàn)指作者在畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))工作中所參考的文獻(xiàn),包括研究背景、研究方法、研究結(jié)果的比較等,是畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))不可缺少的組成部分,也是作者對(duì)他人知識(shí)成果的承認(rèn)和尊重。畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))的引用文獻(xiàn)必須在文中引用處體現(xiàn)出來(lái),并按順序編號(hào)。引用文獻(xiàn)應(yīng)按文中引用出現(xiàn)的順序列全。 8、致謝:通常以簡(jiǎn)短的文字,對(duì)工作過(guò)程中曾給自己以直接幫助的人員,表示自己的謝意。 9、附錄:附屬于正文、對(duì)正文起補(bǔ)充說(shuō)明作用的信息材料,可以是文字、表格、圖形、圖像等形式。二、畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))結(jié)構(gòu)格式標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(一)紙型及頁(yè)邊距畢業(yè)論文(設(shè)計(jì))一律采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)A4紙(297mm x210mm)打印。頁(yè)面分文區(qū)與白邊區(qū)兩部分,所有文字、圖形、其他符號(hào)只能出現(xiàn)在圖文區(qū)內(nèi)。白邊區(qū)的尺寸(頁(yè)邊距)為:天頭(上)20mm,地腳(下)15mm,訂口(左)20mm,翻口(右)15mm ,單面打印。(二)版式與用字文字圖形一律從左至右橫寫(xiě)橫排。文字一律通欄編輯。使用規(guī)范的簡(jiǎn)化漢字。(三)論文(設(shè)計(jì))各部分的編排式樣及字體字號(hào)論文(設(shè)計(jì))標(biāo)題:1、封面:采用教務(wù)處規(guī)定的統(tǒng)一格式。2、中文內(nèi)容摘要及關(guān)鍵詞:另起頁(yè),“中文內(nèi)容摘要”用3號(hào)黑體加粗,頂部居中;下空一行為內(nèi)容,用小4號(hào)宋體,每段起首空兩格,回行頂格。摘要內(nèi)容下另起行打印關(guān)鍵詞三字,關(guān)鍵詞三字用4號(hào)黑體,內(nèi)容用小4號(hào)宋體;關(guān)鍵詞通常不超過(guò)7個(gè),詞間空一格。3、英文內(nèi)容摘要及關(guān)鍵詞:另起頁(yè),“英文內(nèi)容摘要”用“Abstract”, 3號(hào)加粗,頂部居中;下空一行為內(nèi)容,用小4號(hào)字,標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)用英文形式。摘要內(nèi)容下另起行打印Key Words,用4號(hào)黑體,內(nèi)容用小4號(hào)字。推薦使用Arial體。內(nèi)容同中文內(nèi)容摘要。4、目錄:另起頁(yè),“目錄”二字用3號(hào)黑體加粗,頂部居中;下空一行為章、節(jié)、小節(jié)及其開(kāi)始頁(yè)碼,一級(jí)標(biāo)題采用小4號(hào)宋體,二級(jí)標(biāo)題5號(hào)宋體。頁(yè)碼放在行末,目錄內(nèi)容和頁(yè)碼之間用虛線連接。5、正文文字:另起頁(yè),論文(設(shè)計(jì))題目用3號(hào)黑體加粗,頂部居中;下空一行為正文內(nèi)容,正文文字一般用小4號(hào)宋體,每段起首空兩格,回行頂格,“行距”固定值22磅。正文文中標(biāo)題用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字標(biāo)明:一級(jí)標(biāo)題:標(biāo)題序號(hào)為“1”,采用4號(hào)黑體,獨(dú)占行,末尾不加標(biāo)點(diǎn);二級(jí)標(biāo)題:標(biāo)題序號(hào)為“1.1”,與正文字體字號(hào)相同,獨(dú)占行,末尾不加標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào);三級(jí)以下標(biāo)題:三、四、五級(jí)標(biāo)題序號(hào)分別為“1.1.1”、“”和“”,與正文字體字號(hào)相同,可根據(jù)標(biāo)題的長(zhǎng)短確定是否獨(dú)占行。若獨(dú)占行,則末尾不使用標(biāo)點(diǎn);否則,標(biāo)題后必須加句號(hào)。每級(jí)標(biāo)題的下一級(jí)標(biāo)題應(yīng)各自連續(xù)編號(hào)。6、注釋:正文中加注之處右上角加數(shù)碼,形式為“”或“”,同時(shí)在正文后空兩行頂格排印注釋二字,用4號(hào)黑體。另起行用小4號(hào)宋體排印內(nèi)容,內(nèi)容序號(hào)以在正文中出現(xiàn)的先后順序頁(yè)排序,編排方式同參考文獻(xiàn)。7、參考文獻(xiàn):另起頁(yè),參考文獻(xiàn)用3號(hào)黑體加粗,頂部居中。參考文獻(xiàn)的著錄應(yīng)執(zhí)行GB7714-87文后參考文獻(xiàn)著錄規(guī)則及中國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)期刊(光盤(pán)版)檢索與評(píng)價(jià)數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)范規(guī)定,采用順序編碼制,在引文處按論文(設(shè)計(jì))中引用文獻(xiàn)出現(xiàn)的先后以阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字連續(xù)編碼,序號(hào)置于方括號(hào)內(nèi)。一種文獻(xiàn)在同一文中被反復(fù)引用者,用同一序號(hào)標(biāo)示,需表明引文具體出處的,可在序號(hào)后加圓括號(hào)注明頁(yè)碼或章、節(jié)、篇名,字體用小4宋體。文后參考文獻(xiàn)的著錄項(xiàng)目要齊全,其排列順序以在正文中出現(xiàn)的先后為準(zhǔn);序號(hào)左頂格,用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字加方括號(hào)標(biāo)示;每一條目的最后均以實(shí)心點(diǎn)結(jié)束。參考文獻(xiàn)的著錄格式和示例如下:(l)專著 著錄格式:序號(hào)主要責(zé)任者文獻(xiàn)題名Z出版地:出版者,出版年8、致謝:另起頁(yè),“致謝”三字用3號(hào)黑體加粗,頂部居中,下空一行為內(nèi)容,用小4號(hào)宋體字。9、附錄:另起頁(yè),頂格排印附錄二字,用4號(hào)黑體加粗,另起行寫(xiě)標(biāo)題,用3號(hào)黑體加粗,內(nèi)容編排參考論文(設(shè)計(jì))正文要求。(四)表格正文或附錄中的表格一般包括表頭和表體兩部分,編排的基本要求為:表頭:表頭包括表號(hào)、標(biāo)題和計(jì)量單位,用5號(hào)黑體,在表體上方與表格線等寬度編排。其中,表號(hào)居左,格式為“表1”,全文表格連續(xù)編號(hào);標(biāo)題居中,格式為“表”;計(jì)量單位居右,參考格式為:“計(jì)量單位:元”。表體:表體采用“三(橫)線表” ,必要時(shí)可加輔助(橫)線,不留豎線和斜線,上下端線一律使用粗實(shí)線(1.5磅),其余表線用細(xì)實(shí)線(0.5磅),表的左右兩段不應(yīng)封口(即沒(méi)有左右邊線)。表中數(shù)碼文字一律使用5號(hào)宋字。表格中的文字要注意上下居中與對(duì)齊,數(shù)碼位數(shù)應(yīng)對(duì)齊。表格的內(nèi)容切忌與圖和文字的內(nèi)容重復(fù)。(五)圖圖的插入方式為上下環(huán)繞,左右居中。文章中的圖應(yīng)統(tǒng)一編號(hào)并加圖名,格式為“圖1圖”,用5號(hào)黑體在圖的下方居中編排。圖中文字、符號(hào)、縱橫坐標(biāo)標(biāo)目用小5號(hào)字;標(biāo)目采用國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的物理量(英文斜體)和單位符號(hào)(英文正體)的比表示,如c/molL-1。制圖要求:半欄圖寬7cm,通欄圖寬16cm;圖中曲線粗細(xì)應(yīng)相當(dāng)于5號(hào)宋體字的豎畫(huà),坐標(biāo)線的粗細(xì)相當(dāng)于5號(hào)宋體字的橫畫(huà);(六)公式文中的公式書(shū)寫(xiě)應(yīng)在文中另起一行,居中編排,有編號(hào)的公式略靠左排,公式的編號(hào)加圓括號(hào),放在公式右邊行末,公式和編號(hào)之間不加虛線。公式后應(yīng)注明編號(hào),該編號(hào)按章順序編排,編號(hào)形式為“”。公式下面有說(shuō)明時(shí),應(yīng)頂格書(shū)寫(xiě)。較長(zhǎng)的公式可轉(zhuǎn)行編排,在加、減、乘、除號(hào)或等號(hào)處換行,這些符號(hào)應(yīng)出現(xiàn)在行首。公式的編排應(yīng)使用公式編輯器。(七)數(shù)字文中的數(shù)字,除部分結(jié)構(gòu)層次序數(shù)詞、詞組、慣用詞、縮略語(yǔ)、具有修辭色彩語(yǔ)句中作為詞素的數(shù)字、模糊數(shù)字必須使用漢字外,其他應(yīng)使用阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字。同一文中,數(shù)字的表示方法應(yīng)前后一致。(八)標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)文中的標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)應(yīng)正確使用,忌誤用、混用,中英文標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)應(yīng)區(qū)分開(kāi)。(九)計(jì)量單位除特殊需要,論文(設(shè)計(jì))中的計(jì)量單位應(yīng)使用法定計(jì)量單位。(十)頁(yè)碼全文排印連續(xù)頁(yè)碼,單面印時(shí)頁(yè)碼位于右下角;雙面印時(shí),單頁(yè)碼位于右下角,雙頁(yè)碼位于左下角。(十一)印刷與裝訂論文(設(shè)計(jì))一律用A4紙打印,單、雙面均可,推薦雙面印制。文稿一律左側(cè)裝訂。 三、其它要求: 1、全文內(nèi)的各章、各節(jié)內(nèi)的標(biāo)題及段落格式(含頂格或縮進(jìn))要一致; 2、全文內(nèi)各章的體例要一致,例如,各章(節(jié)、目)是否有“導(dǎo)語(yǔ)”; 3、時(shí)間表示:使用“2004年6月”,不能使用“04年6月”或“2004.6”; 4、標(biāo)題編號(hào):要符合一般的學(xué)術(shù)規(guī)范,一般不能使用“半括號(hào)”,“(一)、”或“(一、)”等不規(guī)范用法,標(biāo)題結(jié)束處不能有標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào); 5、全文錯(cuò)別字或不規(guī)范之處不能超過(guò)萬(wàn)分之二。
