1Scope
Thisdocumentspecifiestherequirementsandinspectionrulesofliquidrandomacrylonitrile-butadienerubber(L-XNBR).Thetestmethods,theitemsonpackaging,marking,transportationandstoragearespecified.
ThisdocumentisapplicabletoL-XNBRsynthesizedbyfreeradicalemulsioncopolymerizationofbutadiene,acrylonitrileandacrylicacidormethacrylicacidwithsodiumdodecylsulfateasemulsifieratacertaintemperature.

6.3Sampling
SamplesshallbetakeninaccordancewithSH/T1149andbemixedwell.
6.4Assessmentofconformity
ThetestresultsshallberoundedoffbycomparisonmethodspecifiedinGB/T8170—2008.IfalltheresultsmeettherequirementsspecifiedinClause4,thisbatchofproductshallbeconsideredasconformity.Ifanyoftheresultsdoesnotmeettherequirements,doublesamplesshallbetakenfromthesamebatchforrecheck.Ifanyoftherecheckresultsdonotmeettherequirements,thisbatchofproductshallbeconsideredasnon-conformity.
7Packaging,marking,transportationandstorage
7.1Packaging
Allthedeliverypackagesshallbetinbarrels.Eachpackageshallbeattachedwithproductcertificate,andeachbatchshallbesuppliedwithqualityreport,includingthetestresultsofatleastalltherequirementsspecifiedin4.2.
7.2Marking
Theproductpackagingbarrelsshallbefirmlyandclearlymarkedwithatleastthefollowinginformation:
a)Manufacturer'snameortrademark;
b)Areferencetothisdocument;
c)Productname;
d)Batchnumber;
e)Netmass;
f)Productiondate;
g)Storageperiod.
7.3Transportation
Theproductshallbecarefullyhandledandbesealedduringtransportation.Itshallpreventfromsun,rainandhightemperature,andnotbeplacedupsidedown.
7.4Storage
Theproductshallbestoredinashady,coolanddrywarehouse.Keepawayfromhightemperatureandpreventfromfire,acidandalkali.Thestorageperiodis2yearsfromthedateofproduction.

Determinationofacrylicacidcontent
A.1Principle
Takingphenolphthaleinastheindicator,theboundacidinthebutanonesolutionofL-XNBRisneutralizedwiththeethanolsolutionofpotassiumhydroxide,andthentitratedwiththestandardsolutionofhydrochloricacidtoobtainthecontentoftheboundacrylicacid.

A.2.1Butanone,analyticallypure.
A.2.2Potassiumhydroxideethanolsolution,0.1mol/L.6.6gpotassiumhydroxideisdissolvedin100mL90%ethanolsolutionandmixedwell.
A.2.3Hydrochloricacidstandardtitrationsolution,c(HCI)=0.1mol/L.
A.2.4Phenolphthaleinindicator,1gphenolphthaleinisdissolvedin100mL95%ethanolsolutionandmixedwell.
