XX年5月27日,機(jī)械工程系機(jī)自XX班在第二教學(xué)樓XX教室開展了

心理健康教育的主題班會(huì)。(OnMay27,XX,thexxclassofthe

MechanicalEngineeringDepartmentlaunchedamentalhealth

educationthemeclassmeetinginthexxclassroomofthesecond

teachingbuilding.)

開展的這個(gè)班會(huì)是以知識(shí)競(jìng)答的形式來引導(dǎo)同學(xué)們正確認(rèn)識(shí)心理方

面的知識(shí)。這個(gè)活動(dòng)開展之前,我班已經(jīng)寫了非常縝密的策劃書,而

且提前購(gòu)買好了各種有關(guān)的獎(jiǎng)品。而且為了體現(xiàn)這個(gè)活動(dòng)的民主化,

這個(gè)策劃書寫好以后我班就馬上召集班干開了班干會(huì)議,集體商討修

改。經(jīng)過一個(gè)晚上的會(huì)議,我們又更加完善了這個(gè)策劃。(Theclass

但是,我們沒有貿(mào)然展開這個(gè)班會(huì),為了更加的吸引同學(xué)們的興趣,

我班還開展了一個(gè)班會(huì)。班會(huì)的內(nèi)容就是把策劃書讀給每一個(gè)同學(xué)

聽,讓同學(xué)們集體討論,有什么不妥的或者不完善的,所有同學(xué)都可

以提出,如果提的好,就可以修改。(However,wedidnotstartthis

班會(huì)非常順利,達(dá)到了前期的目的,基本上把策劃書完善到了可以吸

引每一個(gè)同學(xué)積極參與的地步。(Theclassmeetingwentvery

everystudenttoactivelyparticipate.)

所以,這個(gè)心理健康教育的主題班會(huì)開展之時(shí),同學(xué)們非常積極參加。

根據(jù)策劃書的內(nèi)容,這個(gè)主題班會(huì)我們分成了4組,每組7到8個(gè)人,

主持人2名,裁判3名。相關(guān)的工作人員早早就到了競(jìng)賽的教室,布

置好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。而且安排好了各隊(duì)人員的座位,之后,他們又準(zhǔn)備好了草

稿紙,筆,計(jì)算器,把黑板寫好了字。萬(wàn)事俱備,只欠同學(xué)們的到來。

班會(huì)開始前十分鐘,同學(xué)們就陸陸續(xù)續(xù)的趕來了,而且大家臉上都是

面帶笑容,都是非常期待這個(gè)班會(huì)盡早開始。(Tenminutesbefore

等主持人上臺(tái)享受完同學(xué)們一陣持久的掌聲之后,兩個(gè)主持人你一言

我一語(yǔ)的開始宣讀比賽的規(guī)則以及比賽的流程,同學(xué)們非常認(rèn)真的

聽,生怕錯(cuò)過了每一個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)。等同學(xué)們都了解了比賽的規(guī)則以及流程

以后,裁判一聲令下,主題班會(huì)就這樣開始了。(Afterthehostcame

競(jìng)賽開始的時(shí)候,同學(xué)們都非常投入的參與其中,相當(dāng)踴躍。每當(dāng)某

一個(gè)同學(xué)答對(duì)題目的時(shí)候,都有一陣掌聲襲來。答錯(cuò)之后,同學(xué)們都

可以認(rèn)真聽主持人的講解,讓同學(xué)們進(jìn)一步的了解心理方面的知識(shí)。

第一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)結(jié)束后,分?jǐn)?shù)領(lǐng)先的小組高聲慶祝,分?jǐn)?shù)落后的小組不氣

不餒,繼續(xù)準(zhǔn)備奮起直追!第二環(huán)節(jié)是搶答,開始后,教室里面都是

一片緊張的氣氛。主持人一聲開始,每隊(duì)的代表的手就像離弦之箭的

舉了上去。裁判都是經(jīng)過仔細(xì)的商量才能選出反應(yīng)比較快的一隊(duì)人

員。同學(xué)們答的也很謹(jǐn)慎,每組隊(duì)員的討論都是非常認(rèn)真仔細(xì),即使

已經(jīng)知道了答案也不敢馬上回答。前兩階段結(jié)束之后,各組之間的分

數(shù)都咬的非常緊,幾乎是不分上下,所以最后一個(gè)階段非常關(guān)鍵,同

學(xué)們都是捏了一把汗,當(dāng)情緒稍微平靜了一點(diǎn)之后,就進(jìn)入了最后一

,個(gè)決月生階段。(Afterthefirstsession,theteamwiththeleading

responseonlyaftercarefuldiscussion.Thestudentswerealso

verycautiousinanswering.Thediscussionsofeachgroupof

memberswereveryseriousandcareful,andtheydidnotdare

toanswerimmediatelyeveniftheyalreadyknewtheanswer.

Afterthefirsttwostagesareover,thescoresbetweenthe

groupsareverytight,almostequaltoeachother.Therefore,

thelaststageisveryimportant.Thestudentsallsweated.When

themoodcalmeddownalittlebit,Enteredthefinaldecisive

stage.)

第三階段一開始,計(jì)分員,裁判,主持人,隊(duì)員都是沒有絲毫懈怠,

專心的準(zhǔn)備著。決勝階段是pk賽,分組是暫居第一名的與暫居第二

名的pk。一開始,雙方都不敢貿(mào)然答題,求穩(wěn)的心態(tài)使得兩組隊(duì)員

都出現(xiàn)了一旦沒有完全確定的題目都棄權(quán)掉了。最后的時(shí)刻,奪勝心

切的第二名毅然決然的選擇了答題,怎料這道題比較生疏,回答的隊(duì)

員沒有對(duì)這道題做有充分的準(zhǔn)備,但是這個(gè)隊(duì)員沒有心慌,他穩(wěn)定了

情緒之后,在對(duì)方的組員的噓聲干擾之下,他頂住壓力,靈機(jī)一動(dòng),

居然回答正確了!一陣猛烈的掌聲送給了他!壓力給了暫居第一名的

這組。只見他不慌不忙,站起來以后,絲毫沒有一點(diǎn)緊張,主持人故

意拉慢了語(yǔ)氣宣讀題目的語(yǔ)氣,旁邊的人也給了他很多的起哄聲音,

但是他沒有受到什么影響,準(zhǔn)確而又迅速的答對(duì)了題目!這也讓他們

成為第一個(gè)pk的決勝者,也進(jìn)一步鞏固了第一名的優(yōu)勢(shì)。(Atthe

ofseekingstabilitycausedbothgroupsofplayerstogiveup

oncetheywerenotcompletelydetermined.Atthelastmoment,

thewinningsecondplaceresolutelychosetoanswerthe

question.Unexpectedly,thisquestionwasrelatively

unfamiliar.Theansweringteammemberdidnotfullypreparefor

thisquestion,buttheteammemberdidnotpanic.Hestabilized

hismood.Afterwards,undertheinterferenceoftheotherteam

members'boos,heresistedthepressureandhadanidea,and

heansweredcorrectly!Aviolentapplausewassenttohim!The

pressurewasgiventothegroupthattemporarilyrankedfirst.

Isawthathewasnotinahurry.Afterhestoodup,hewasnot

atallnervous.Thehostdeliberatelysloweddownthetoneof

thetopicandthepersonnexttohimalsogavehimalotofbooing

noises,buthewasnotaffected.Itwasaccurateandaccurate.

第二組的pk非常關(guān)鍵,但是也需要兩組隊(duì)員都不能棄權(quán),必須要準(zhǔn)

確答出每一道題目!一開始,暫處落后的一組就絲毫不猶豫的選擇了

答題,主持人讀完題目,這一組的代表就胸有成竹的回答了,毫無疑

問,回答正確了!在這個(gè)背景下,倒數(shù)第二名的壓力顯得無比巨大,

在他聽完題目之后,在毫無退路的情況下,他選擇了答題,但是很遺

憾,由于準(zhǔn)備不足,他答錯(cuò)了,倒數(shù)第一名完成了第一步的反超!于

是,他們像是打了興奮劑似的,一路過關(guān)斬將,就在離反超第二名還

差最后一步的時(shí)候,他們出現(xiàn)了莽撞的心理。很遺憾的答錯(cuò)了最后一

道關(guān)鍵題目,飲恨排名第三。另外一組雖然后面也有強(qiáng)勢(shì)表現(xiàn),可為

時(shí)已晚,只能排在最后一名。(Thepkofthesecondgroupisvery

Atthebeginning,thegroupthatwastemporarilybehinddidnot

Thereisnodoubtthattheansweriscorrect!Inthiscontext,

thepressureonthesecond-to-lastplaceseemedextremelyhuge.

Afterhelistenedtothequestion,hechosetoanswerthe

questionwithoutanyretreat.Unfortunately,dueto

insufficientpreparation,heansweredthewrongquestion.An

overtakewhocompletedthefirststep!Asaresult,theyseemed

tohavebeenstimulating,allthewaythroughalltheway,just

whentheywerethelaststepawayfromovertakingsecondplace,

theyappearedrecklessmentality.Regrettably,Igotthelast

keyquestionwrong,rankingthird.Althoughtheothergrouphad

strongperformancesbehind,itwastoolateandcouldonlybe

rankedlast.)

最后的頒獎(jiǎng)階段,同學(xué)們都非常開心的拿著獎(jiǎng)品拍照,在一陣熱鬧聲

中,完成了頒獎(jiǎng)。同學(xué)們意猶未盡的回到了宿舍。(Inthefinal

theprizes,andcompletedtheawardsamidstthebuzz.The

studentsreturnedtothedormitorywithunfulfilledfeelings.)

本次活動(dòng)總體上來說是成功的,這個(gè)活動(dòng)讓同學(xué)們學(xué)到了不少的心理

健康教育的知識(shí),充分拓展了同學(xué)們的課外知識(shí),同學(xué)們對(duì)這次活動(dòng)

的反應(yīng)也非常好。根據(jù)調(diào)查,如果還開展類似這樣的活動(dòng),同學(xué)們還

是會(huì)一如既往的積極參加。但是,這個(gè)活動(dòng)還是存在某些不足。比如

說,我們準(zhǔn)備的不夠充分,致使班會(huì)延遲了十分鐘才能開,而且由于

時(shí)間較緊,沒能讓每一個(gè)同學(xué)們都能參與其中,有些同學(xué)的參加的比

較少。所以我們班干還召開了會(huì)議,認(rèn)真吸取了這個(gè)班會(huì)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),改

正其不足之處,以便下次開展類似的班會(huì)的時(shí)候能比這次更加完美!

heldameeting,earnestlyabsorbedtheadvantagesofthisclass

meeting,correcteditsshortcomings,sothatthenexttimea

similarclassmeetingcanbeheldmoreperfectthanthistime!)

健康教育的知識(shí),充分拓展了同學(xué)們的課外知識(shí),同學(xué)們對(duì)這次活動(dòng)

的反應(yīng)也非常好。根據(jù)調(diào)查,如果還開展類似這樣的活動(dòng),同學(xué)們還

是會(huì)一如既往的積極參加。但是,這個(gè)活動(dòng)還是存在某些不足。比如

說,我們準(zhǔn)備的不夠充分,致使班會(huì)延遲了十分鐘才能開,而且由于

時(shí)間較緊,沒能讓每一個(gè)同學(xué)們都能參與其中,有些同學(xué)的參加的比

較少。所以我們班干還召開了會(huì)議,認(rèn)真吸取了這個(gè)班會(huì)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),改

正其不足之處,以便下次開展類似的班會(huì)的時(shí)候能比這次更加完美!

面的知識(shí)。這個(gè)活動(dòng)開展之前,我班已經(jīng)寫了非??b密的策劃書,而

且提前購(gòu)買好了各種有關(guān)的獎(jiǎng)品。而且為了體現(xiàn)這個(gè)活動(dòng)的民主化,

這個(gè)策劃書寫好以后我班就馬上召集班干開了班干會(huì)議,集體商討修

改。經(jīng)過一個(gè)晚上的會(huì)議,我們又更加完善了這個(gè)策劃。(Thisclass

主持人2名,裁判3名。相關(guān)的工作人員早早就到了競(jìng)賽的教室,布

置好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。而且安排好了各隊(duì)人員的座位,之后,他們又準(zhǔn)備好了草

稿紙,筆,計(jì)算器,把黑板寫好了字。萬(wàn)事俱備,只欠同學(xué)們的到來。

一片緊張的氣氛。主持人一聲開始,每隊(duì)的代表的手就像離弦之箭的

舉了上去。裁判都是經(jīng)過仔細(xì)的商量才能選出反應(yīng)比較快的一隊(duì)人

員。同學(xué)們答的也很謹(jǐn)慎,每組隊(duì)員的討論都是非常認(rèn)真仔細(xì),即使

已經(jīng)知道了答案也不敢馬上回答。前兩階段結(jié)束之后,各組之間的分

數(shù)都咬的非常緊,幾乎是不分上下,所以最后一個(gè)階段非常關(guān)鍵,同

學(xué)們都是捏了一把汗,當(dāng)情緒稍微平靜了一點(diǎn)之后,就進(jìn)入了最后一

都出現(xiàn)了一旦沒有完全確定的題目都棄權(quán)掉了。最后的時(shí)刻,奪勝心

切的第二名毅然決然的選擇了答題,怎料這道題比較生疏,回答的隊(duì)

員沒有對(duì)這道題做有充分的準(zhǔn)備,但是這個(gè)隊(duì)員沒有心慌,他穩(wěn)定了

情緒之后,在對(duì)方的組員的噓聲干擾之下,他頂住壓力,靈機(jī)一動(dòng),

居然回答正確了!一陣猛烈的掌聲送給了他!壓力給了暫居第一名的

這組。只見他不慌不忙,站起來以后,絲毫沒有一點(diǎn)緊張,主持人故
