調(diào)車區(qū)及調(diào)車線固定使用ShuntingAreasandSpecializationofShuntingTracks張艷軍YanjunZhang01調(diào)車區(qū)及其劃分ShuntingAreasandTheirDivision調(diào)車區(qū)及其劃分I.ShuntingAreasandTheirDivision調(diào)車區(qū)1.TransferArea在調(diào)車工作繁忙，站線較多的車站，一般配有兩臺及以上的調(diào)車機車。為保證調(diào)車作業(yè)安全和避免相互干擾，應(yīng)根據(jù)調(diào)車作業(yè)性質(zhì)、車流特點和線路狀況，把調(diào)車場劃分為若干個調(diào)車機車作業(yè)的區(qū)域，稱為調(diào)車區(qū)Instationswithmanytrackswhereshuntingiscomplicated,twoormoreshuntinglocomotivesaregenerallyprovided.Toensurethesafetyoftheshuntingoperationandtoavoidmutualinterference,

the

越區(qū)、轉(zhuǎn)場作業(yè)前，調(diào)車領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人先將越區(qū)（轉(zhuǎn)場）的時間、地點、輛數(shù)及有關(guān)事項，

與進入?yún)^(qū)、場的調(diào)車領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人聯(lián)系，取得同意后，再向本區(qū)有關(guān)人員布置越區(qū)、進入或經(jīng)由場、區(qū)的扳道人員，應(yīng)按本區(qū)、場調(diào)車領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的布置，停止相抵觸的作業(yè)，確認線路空閑，并準備進路Priortoperformingthecross-areaortransfershuntingoperation,theshuntingleaderwillfirstcontactanothershuntingleaderinthedesiredareaoryardandrequestpermissionregardingthetiming,location,numberoftrainsandrelatedissues,followedbyassigningtaskstotherelevantpersonnelinthearea.Theshuntercrossingthearea,enteringorgoingthroughtheyardortheareashouldstoptheconflictingoperation,confirmtheavailabletrackandpreparationoftherouteaccordingtothearrangementoftheshuntingleaderoftheareaoryard.II.ContactApproachforCross-area(Transfer)ShuntingOperations越區(qū)（轉(zhuǎn)場）調(diào)車作業(yè)聯(lián)系辦法劃分區(qū)（場）的車站，不論有無固定信號設(shè)備，均應(yīng)制定越區(qū)（轉(zhuǎn)場）的聯(lián)系辦法，納入《站細》執(zhí)行Thesignalerandshunterofthecrossingareamayinformtheshuntingconductorofthisareatodirectthecrossing-area(transfer)operationonlyafterreceivingthenotificationthattheroutetotheareaisreadyorthatthetransferisagreed.Stationsdividedintoareas(yards),whetherornottheyhavefixedsignalingequipment,shouldformulatethecontactapproachforcross-area(transfer)shuntingoperations,whichshouldbeincorporatedintotheInstructionsforTrainOperationatStationforimplementation.越區(qū)的信號員、扳道員，在接到進入?yún)^(qū)進路準備妥當或同意轉(zhuǎn)場的通知后，方可通知本場區(qū)調(diào)車指揮人指揮越區(qū)（轉(zhuǎn)場）作業(yè)II.ContactApproachforCross-area(Transfer)ShuntingOperations調(diào)車場線路的固定使用III.SpecializationofShuntingTracks為了編組不同去向的列車，或向不同作業(yè)地點分送車輛的需要，將調(diào)車場線路實行固定使用的制度注：調(diào)車場線路雖固定使用但，“固而不死，活而不亂”調(diào)車場線路固定使用是組織好車站調(diào)車工作的重要基礎(chǔ)工作之一基本做法：每一編組去向固定存放一條線路。檢修車、作業(yè)車各安排一條線路Specializationofshuntingtracksisdesignedtoformtrainsfordifferentdestinations,ortodistributetrainstodifferentoperatinglocations.Specializationofshuntingtracksisoneofthemostimportantandelementtaskstoorganisetheshuntingworkatstations.Commonpractice:Separatetracksaredesignatedforeachmarshalling,themaintenancecarandthelocalwagonrespectively.Note:Despitebeingspecialized,theshuntingtracksare"fixedbutnotinflexible,complicatedbutnotchaotic."總結(jié)Conclusion1.
