第一章:序言

在這幾年國際貨運企業(yè)遍地開花今天,我們在這么一個時機選擇成立羅湖分企業(yè),其信念起源于我們對總企業(yè)實力信任,以及對國際貨運行業(yè)執(zhí)著和對個人信仰追求。

伴隨國家對國際貿(mào)易政策調(diào)整、國際經(jīng)濟發(fā)展趨勢及人民幣升值潛在原因,必定造成國際貿(mào)易進口、出口百分比調(diào)整。又外資企業(yè)進入及許多小型貨運企業(yè)成立必將更深入激化對國內(nèi)當?shù)厥袌龈偁?。然而設置分企業(yè)既能夠擴充企業(yè)勢力,增加市場觸角,獲取更多信息,更分企業(yè)機動靈活,客戶關系融洽,更能獲取客戶資源。故籌建羅湖分企業(yè),以期待有深入發(fā)展。

第三章:市場分析

(一)、地理原因

1、羅湖區(qū)接壤布吉、龍崗、鹽田。此三者中外貿(mào)工廠比較多,相對降低了造訪

時間及運輸成本,更因為地理原因使客人考評企業(yè)及增加對企業(yè)信任有深入加強。

2、靠近香港,便利通關手續(xù),更多航班資源,更多國際物流信息,可更多使用香港多年國際貨運經(jīng)驗。

3、深圳市區(qū)有更多貿(mào)易企業(yè)及眾多海運物流同行,更廉價交流工作,

4、總企業(yè)設置在深圳機場,使得國內(nèi)機場和香港機場資源得以整合,創(chuàng)建其關鍵競爭力。

(二)、目標客戶群

深圳市區(qū)外貿(mào)企業(yè)及布吉、龍崗、鹽田三者中貿(mào)易工廠,以直客為主要客戶群。以海運企業(yè)及空運同行為輔。

(三)建設進度

一個月到一個半月時間,籌備企業(yè)成立前期必須房屋、辦公用具等硬件設備。

在完善企業(yè)建設同時,聯(lián)絡必須人才貯備,期待在企業(yè)成立之后,人員上崗,并能當月創(chuàng)造利潤。

第四章:企業(yè)經(jīng)營

(一)企業(yè)業(yè)務

1、國際空運:空運門到港及門到門

2、國際海運:海運散貨及柜貨

3、國際快遞:代理DHL、FEDEX、UPS、TNT

4、國際進口:國際其余主要空港城市及香港件進口業(yè)務。

(二)成本核實

企業(yè)成立之資金、人力、場地三者中缺一不可,前期投入資金為0~30000元,企業(yè)確定人員為四到五人,場地面積50平方米左右。

(三)經(jīng)營障礙

1、資金不足使企業(yè)基礎建設不夠齊備

2、新起貨運企業(yè),需要足夠時間來迎接市場考評

3、團體耐以組建,管理經(jīng)驗需要積累。

1、借助總企業(yè)資金投入及總企業(yè)完善后續(xù)服務,使資金及服務得到充分確保。

第五章:合作方式

1.羅湖分企業(yè)隸屬機場總企業(yè),接收總企業(yè)管理,執(zhí)行總企業(yè)規(guī)章制度。正當經(jīng)營。

2.羅湖分企業(yè)借用機場總企業(yè)后勤服務,(包含資金支付,財務收款,操作平臺,國內(nèi)、國外代理資源等相關后勤服務系統(tǒng)。)

3.籌建羅湖分企業(yè)頭期資金由總企業(yè)無償投入,后期經(jīng)營過程中扣除員工工資及企業(yè)正常開支外所剩下利潤虧損平擔,利潤共分。

4.羅湖分企業(yè)所開展業(yè)務中,除快遞業(yè)務單獨經(jīng)營,獨立核實外,所剩下一卻業(yè)務均如實向總企業(yè)匯報,其所產(chǎn)生一卻經(jīng)濟來往均歸入總企業(yè)管理。

5.羅湖企業(yè)員工招聘及管理由羅湖企業(yè)制訂報總企業(yè)同意。分企業(yè)所產(chǎn)生日常開支由分企業(yè)匯總后呈報總企業(yè)。
