第一步StepOne識別并標(biāo)識客戶與供應(yīng)方IDanddocumentcustomerandsupplier(s)識別客戶（右）和供應(yīng)方（左）IDcustomer(right)andsupplier(left)第二步StepTwo識別所有流程IDprocesses按順序識別所有流程。將同步發(fā)生的所有流程進(jìn)行堆疊（從客戶開始進(jìn)行倒推）IDallprocessesinorder.Stacksimultaneousprocesses(startatcustomerandworkbackwards)
