4.嘜頭：買方應(yīng)在合同裝運(yùn)期前30日內(nèi)，將嘜頭的詳細(xì)說(shuō)明以明確的形式通知賣方，否則由賣方自行決定。

5.商品檢驗(yàn)：買賣雙方同意以賣方所在地中國(guó)進(jìn)出口商品檢驗(yàn)局提供的檢驗(yàn)證書，作為品質(zhì)和數(shù)量的交貨依據(jù)。

CommodityInspection:ItismatuallyagreedthattheCertificateofQualityandQuantityissuedbytheImportandExportCommdityInpectionBureaatthesllers'placeshallbeconsideredasthebasisofdelivery.

6.索賠：有關(guān)質(zhì)量的索賠，應(yīng)于貨到目的地后30天內(nèi)提出，有關(guān)數(shù)量的索賠，應(yīng)于貨到目的地

后10天內(nèi)提出，提出索賠時(shí)，買方須提供賣方認(rèn)可的公證機(jī)構(gòu)出具的檢驗(yàn)報(bào)告，但屬于保險(xiǎn)公司或船公司責(zé)任范圍內(nèi)者，賣方不負(fù)任何責(zé)任。

7.仲裁：

在履行協(xié)議過(guò)程中，如產(chǎn)生爭(zhēng)議，雙方應(yīng)友好協(xié)商解決。若通過(guò)友好協(xié)商未能達(dá)成協(xié)議，則提交中國(guó)國(guó)際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)對(duì)外貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)，根據(jù)該會(huì)仲裁程序暫行規(guī)定進(jìn)行

仲裁。該委員會(huì)決定是終局的，對(duì)雙方均有約束力。仲裁費(fèi)用，除另有規(guī)定外，由敗訴一方負(fù)擔(dān)。Arbitration
