4、理.STAGE 1: POSSIBILITIES時(shí)期1:能夠性Key outcomes:主要成果1.A set of possibilities. 一系列能夠性2.A clear qualified idea owner.一個(gè)清楚地合格的觀念擁有者3.A process/plan to move forward.一個(gè)可以前進(jìn)的過程/方案.Step 1.1: Assessing the Possibilities步驟1.1 評(píng)價(jià)能夠性Must have three essential elements:必需有三個(gè)必要元素1: A person with a passion! ( to impro
5、ve the workings of an existing chain; or build a new chain)一個(gè)有熱情的人!來改善現(xiàn)有鏈的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn);或建立一個(gè)新的鏈)2: An idea (or ideas) 一個(gè)觀念(或很多觀念) 3: A process to enlist/enroll input from potential chain players and to determine who the eventual chain players will be一個(gè)過程可以從有潛力的鏈的參與者處征募/招收投入和可以決議誰是最終鏈的參與者.STAGE 2: IDEA FORMATI

7、2.1: THE IDEA步驟2.1:觀念The idea or ideas: What should it look like? Most ideas will fall into one of three general categories:觀念或觀念們:應(yīng)該看上去什么樣?/大多數(shù)觀念將歸于3個(gè)籠統(tǒng)地歸類:A Market Issue such as a new or improved market opportunity such as a new product or a new market/marketing partner 市場(chǎng)問題,例如一個(gè)新的或改善的市場(chǎng)時(shí)機(jī),例如一個(gè)新的產(chǎn)
