1、國際商務(wù)合同(英)課程教學(xué)大綱一、課程基本信息課程代碼:16147902課程名稱:國際商務(wù)合同(英)英文名稱:International Business Contract課程類別:專業(yè)方向選修課 學(xué) 時(shí):26學(xué)分:2適用對(duì)象: 商務(wù)英語專業(yè)四年級(jí)考核方式:分散考試(筆試)先修課程:國際貿(mào)易實(shí)務(wù)(英)、國際商法(英)二、課程簡介國際商務(wù)合同(英)課程的教學(xué)資源采用大量實(shí)務(wù)中的中英文合同,介紹國際商事英文合同的基本特征和總體結(jié)構(gòu),總結(jié)英文合同語篇、句式和用詞等特點(diǎn)。本課程運(yùn)用翔實(shí)的合同范例和小案例分析,列舉國際商務(wù)合同的典型類別,示范典型條款的慣常表達(dá),并解讀合同的一般條款和特殊條款。課程成績?cè)u(píng)
2、定以學(xué)生的平時(shí)成績50%、期末考核50%的權(quán)重來計(jì)算。其中,平時(shí)成績包括小組課堂講介、案例討論、個(gè)人課堂答問、書面作業(yè)及出勤情況等五個(gè)部分。This course is offered to Business English majors as an optional course in their 7th semester. Based on a large number of contracts in Both Chinese and English, this course is intended to introduce the basic characteristics and ov
3、erall structure of international commercial English contracts and summarize the characteristics of English contract in text, sentence patterns and choice of words. This course adopts sample contracts and case study to enumerate typical categories of international business contracts, to demonstrate t
4、he usual expression of typical clauses,and to interpret general clauses and special clauses of contracts.Course assessment is based on the weighted average of class participation 50% and final term examination 50%. Marks for class participation consist of five parts - determined respectively by stud
5、ents in-class group presentation, group case discussion, and individual in-class question-answering, written assignments and class attendance.三、課程性質(zhì)與教學(xué)目的國際商務(wù)合同(英)是外國語學(xué)院為商務(wù)英語專業(yè)四年級(jí)學(xué)生開設(shè)的專業(yè)方向選修課。其任務(wù)是使學(xué)生通過本課程的學(xué)習(xí),幫助學(xué)生認(rèn)識(shí)國際商務(wù)英文合同語篇、句式和用詞等特點(diǎn),熟悉與合同相關(guān)的專業(yè)術(shù)語和詞匯;帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生剖析英文合同一般條款及特殊條款,了解典型的買賣合同諸項(xiàng)條款的慣常表達(dá),以提高學(xué)生的商務(wù)英語綜合
6、運(yùn)用水平,打造“商法融合”的應(yīng)用型高級(jí)專門人才。在本課程結(jié)束時(shí),學(xué)生應(yīng)熟練掌握商務(wù)合同術(shù)語詞匯和常用條款的慣常表達(dá)法,基本具備商務(wù)合同閱讀理解能力,并初步擁有翻譯和起草國際商事合同的能力,為其今后從事對(duì)外經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易工作、翻譯起草和簽訂國際商務(wù)合同,為培育學(xué)生誠信服務(wù)、德法兼修的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)等,打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。四、教學(xué)內(nèi)容及要求 Chapter 1: Introduction & Language of Contract.
