4、從2m及以上的高處墜落下來時。(3)當頭部有可能觸電時。(4)在低矮的部位行走或作業(yè)時，頭部有可能碰撞到尖銳、堅硬的物體時。2、安全帽的佩戴要符合標準，使用要符合規(guī)定。如果佩戴和使用不正確，就起不到充分 的防護作用。一般應注意下列事項：(1)戴安全帽前應將帽后調(diào)整帶按自己頭型調(diào)整到適合的位置，然后將帽內(nèi)彈性帶系牢。緩沖襯墊的松緊由帶子調(diào)節(jié)，人的頭頂和帽體內(nèi)頂部的空間垂直距離一般在2550mm問,至少不要小于32mm%好。這樣才能保證當遭受到?jīng)_擊時，帽體有足夠的空間可供緩沖，平時 也有利于頭和帽體間的通風。(2)不要把安全帽歪戴，也不要把帽沿戴在腦后方。否則，會降低安全帽對于沖擊的防護作用。(3

5、)安全帽的下領(lǐng)帶必須扣在頜下，并系牢，松緊要適度。這樣不致于大風吹掉，或者 是被其它障礙物碰掉，或者由于頭的前后擺動，使安全帽脫落。(4)安全帽體頂部除了在帽體內(nèi)部安裝了帽襯外，有的還開了小孔通風。但在使用時不要為了秀氣而隨便再行開孔。因為這樣將會使帽體的強度降低。(5)由于安全帽在使用過程中，會逐漸損壞。所以要定期檢查，檢查有沒有龜裂、下凹、 裂痕和磨損等情況，發(fā)現(xiàn)異?，F(xiàn)象要立即更換，不準再繼續(xù)使用。任何受過重擊、有裂痕的 安全帽，不論有無損壞現(xiàn)象，均應報廢。(6)嚴禁使用只有下頜帶與帽殼連接的安全帽，也就是帽內(nèi)無緩沖層的安全帽。(7)施工人員在現(xiàn)場作業(yè)中，不得將安全帽脫下，擱置一旁，或當坐

Alh(8)由于安全帽大部分是使用高密度低壓聚乙烯塑料制成，具有硬化和變蛻的性質(zhì)。所 以不易長時間在陽光下曝曬。(9)新領(lǐng)的安全帽，首先檢查是否有勞動部門允許生產(chǎn)的證明及產(chǎn)品合格證，再看是否 破損、薄厚不均、緩沖層及調(diào)整帶和彈性帶是否齊全有效。不符合規(guī)定要求的立即調(diào)換。(10)在現(xiàn)場室內(nèi)作業(yè)也要戴上安全帽，特別是在室內(nèi)帶電作業(yè)時，更要認真戴好安全 帽，因為安全帽不但可以防碰撞，而且還能起到絕緣作用。(11)平時使用安全帽時應保持整潔，不能接觸火源，不要任意涂涮油漆，不準當?shù)首?坐，防止丟失。如果丟失和損壞，必須立即補發(fā)或更換。無安全帽一律不準進入施工現(xiàn)場。 二、安全帶1

10、、建筑工程施工現(xiàn)場上，高處作業(yè)，重疊交叉作業(yè)非常多。為了防止作業(yè)者某個高度和 位置上可能出現(xiàn)的墜落，作業(yè)者在登高和高處作業(yè)時，必須系掛好安全帶。安全帶的使用和 維護有以下幾點要求：(1)思想上必須重視安全帶的作用。無數(shù)事例證明，安全帶是“救命帶”?？墒怯猩贁?shù) 人覺得系安全帶麻煩，上下行走不方便，特別是一些小活、臨時活，認為“有扎安全帶的時 間活都干完了”。殊不知，事故發(fā)生就在一瞬間，所以高處作業(yè)必須按規(guī)定要系好安全帶。(2)安全帶使用前應檢查純帶有無變質(zhì)、卡環(huán)是否有裂紋，卡簧彈跳性是否良好。(3)高處作業(yè)如安全帶無固定掛處，應采用適當強度的鋼絲繩或采取其他方法。禁止把 安全帶掛在移動或帶尖稅梭

11、角或不牢固的物件上。(4)高掛低用。將安全帶掛在高處，人在下面工作就叫高掛低用。這是一種比較安全合 理的科學系掛方法。它可以使有墜落發(fā)生時的實際沖擊距離減小。與之相反的是低掛高用。 就是安全帶拴掛職在低處，而人在上面作業(yè)。這是一種不安全的系掛方法，因為當墜落發(fā)生 時，實際沖擊的距離會加大，人和純都要受到較大沖擊負荷。所以安全帶必須高掛低用，杜 絕低掛高用。(5)安全帶要拴掛在牢固的構(gòu)件或物體上，要防止擺動或碰撞，繩子不能打結(jié)使用，鉤 子要掛在連接環(huán)上。(6)安全帶純保護套要保持完好，以防繩被磨損。若發(fā)現(xiàn)保護套損壞或脫落，必須加上 新套后再使用。(7)安全帶嚴禁擅自接長使用。如果使用 3m及以上

12、的長繩時必須要加緩沖器，各部件 不得任意拆除。(8)安全帶在使用前要檢查各部位是否完好無損。安全帶在使用后，要注意維護和保 管。要經(jīng)常檢查安全帶縫制部分和掛鉤部分，必須詳細檢查捻線是否發(fā)生裂斷和殘損等。(9)安全帶不使用時要妥善保管，不可接觸高溫、明火、強酸、強堿或尖銳物體，不 要存放在潮濕的倉庫中保管。(10)安全帶使用兩年后應抽檢一次，頻繁使用應經(jīng)常進行外觀檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)異常必須 立即更換。定期或抽樣試驗用過的安全帶，不準再繼續(xù)使用。三、防護服1、建筑工程施工現(xiàn)場上的作業(yè)人員應穿著工作服。焊工的工作服一般為白色，其他工種 的工作服沒有顏色的限制。防護服有以下幾類：(1)全身防護型工作服。(2)

13、防毒工作服。(3)耐酸工作服。(4)耐火工作服。(5)隔熱工作服。(6)通氣冷卻工作服。(7)通水冷卻工作服。(8)防射線工作服。(9)勞動防護雨衣。(10)普通工作服。2、施工現(xiàn)場上對作業(yè)人員防護服的穿著要求是：(1)作業(yè)人員作業(yè)時必須穿著工作服。(2)操作轉(zhuǎn)動機械時，袖口必須扎緊。(3)從事特殊作業(yè)的人員必須穿著特殊的作業(yè)防護服。(4)焊工工作服應是白色帆布制作的。四、防護眼鏡物質(zhì)的顆粒和碎屑、火花和熱流、耀眼的光線和煙霧都會對眼睛造成傷害。這樣，在時就 必須根據(jù)防護對象的不同選擇和使用防護眼鏡。(1)防打擊的護目眼鏡有三種：硬質(zhì)玻璃片護目鏡；膠質(zhì)粘合玻琉護目鏡(受沖擊、 擊打破碎時呈龜裂

18、止X射線對眼部的傷害。(5)防灰塵、煙霧及各種有輕微毒性或刺激性較弱的有毒氣體的防護鏡必須密封、遮邊 無通風孔，與面部接觸嚴密，鏡架要耐酸、耐堿。五、防護鞋1、防護的鞋的種類比較多，如皮安全鞋、防靜電膠底鞋、膠面防砸安全鞋、絕緣皮鞋、低壓絕緣膠鞋、耐酸堿皮靴、耐酸堿膠靴、耐酸堿塑料模壓靴、高溫防護鞋、防刺穿鞋、焊接防護鞋等。應根據(jù)作業(yè)場所和內(nèi)容的不同選擇使用。2、建筑工程施工現(xiàn)場上常用的有絕緣靴 (鞋)、焊接防護鞋、耐酸堿橡膠靴及皮安全鞋等。對絕緣鞋的要求有：(1)必須在規(guī)定的電壓范圍內(nèi)使用。(2)絕緣鞋(靴)膠料部分無破損，且每半年作一次預防性試驗。(3)在浸水、油、酸、堿等條件上不得作為輔

19、助安全用具使用。六、防護手套1、施工現(xiàn)場上人的一切作業(yè)，大部分都是由雙手操作完成的。這就決定了手經(jīng)常處在危險之中。對手的安全防護主要靠手套。2、使用防護手套時，必須對工件、設備及作業(yè)情況分析之后，選擇適當材料制作的，操 作方便的手套，方能起到保護作用。但是對于需要精細調(diào)節(jié)的作業(yè)，戴用防護手套就不便 于操作，尤其對于使用鉆床、銃床和傳送機旁及具有夾擠危險的部位操作人員，若使用手 套，則有被機械纏住或夾住的危險。所以從事這些作業(yè)的人員，嚴格禁止使用防護手套。3、施工現(xiàn)場上常用的防護手套有以下幾種：(1)勞動保護手套。具有保護手和手臂的功能，作業(yè)人員工作時一般都使用這類手套。(2)帶電作業(yè)的絕緣手套

20、。要根據(jù)電壓選擇適當?shù)氖痔?，檢查表面有無裂痕、發(fā)粘、發(fā) 脆等缺陷，如有異常禁止使用。(3)耐酸、耐堿手套。主要用于接觸酸和堿時戴的手套。(4)橡膠耐油手套。主要用于接觸礦物油、植物油及脂肪簇的各種溶濟作業(yè)時戴的手套。(5)焊工手套。電焊工作業(yè)時戴的防護手套，應檢查皮革或帆布表面有無僵硬、薄檔、 洞眼等殘缺現(xiàn)象，如有缺陷，不準使用。手套要有足夠的長度，手腕部不能裸露在外邊。 七、常用安全護具的檢查方法1、常用的安全護具必須認真進行檢查、試驗。安全網(wǎng)是否有雜物，是否被墜落物損壞或 被吊物撞壞。安全帽被物體擊打后，是否有裂紋等。經(jīng)常對安全護具的檢查按要求進行：(1)安全帽：3kg重的鋼球，從5m高處

21、垂直自由墜落沖擊下不被破壞，試驗時應用木頭 做一個半圓人頭模型，將試驗的安全帽內(nèi)緩沖彈性帶系好放在模型上。各種材料制成的安全帽試驗都可用此方法。檢驗周期為每年一次。(2)安全帶：國家規(guī)定，出廠試驗是取荷重12kg的物體，從2-2.8m高架上沖擊安全帶， 各部件無損傷即為合格。2、施工隊可根據(jù)實際情況，在滿足試驗負荷重量標準情況下，因地制宜采取一些切實可 行的辦法。一些施工單位經(jīng)常使用的方法是：采取麻袋，由裝木屑刨花等作填充物，再加 鐵塊，以達到試驗負荷的重量標準。用專作實驗的架子，進行動、靜荷重量試驗。錦綸安 全帶配件極限拉力指標為：腰帶 12001500kg,背帶7001000kg,安全繩1
