30、擾 動(dòng)。(4)開(kāi)挖過(guò)程中應(yīng)時(shí)時(shí)測(cè)量挖深，通過(guò)放坡系數(shù)計(jì)算該挖深處的下邊緣位 置，并由測(cè)量人員撒出白灰線進(jìn)行控制。(5)如果到達(dá)坑底后發(fā)現(xiàn)基底土層與地勘資料不一致應(yīng)立即通知業(yè)主、監(jiān)理、設(shè)計(jì)以及地勘部門(mén)，以便及時(shí)采取措施。(7)因在施工時(shí)運(yùn)土車(chē)輛需從基坑下面往上面運(yùn)土，因此土方施工時(shí)需預(yù) 留坡道。(9)為保證達(dá)到土方文明施工要求，避免土方運(yùn)輸車(chē)輛泥土污染市政道路， 因此在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)出入口邊設(shè)置專用沉淀池，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)道路作地面硬化處理。5、卸土場(chǎng)及土方外運(yùn)根據(jù)本工程場(chǎng)地的實(shí)際情況，土石方全部要外運(yùn)，外購(gòu)黃土回填。因本工程工期較緊，為確保現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)輸流暢，不影響后續(xù)工程的施工，邊挖邊 即時(shí)的將土方運(yùn)出，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)不臨時(shí)堆放

35、、技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備(1)測(cè)量人員做好技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備，提前畫(huà)好外圍控制線，并隨時(shí)跟蹤挖土標(biāo)高加 強(qiáng)標(biāo)高控制，嚴(yán)禁超挖。(2)技術(shù)部門(mén)應(yīng)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工人員做出明確交底，畫(huà)出集水坑等位置局部詳圖， 確保位置準(zhǔn)確。(3)施工前土方組長(zhǎng)向所有參加施工的人員進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的技術(shù)交底，必須使每個(gè)操作者對(duì)施工中的技術(shù)要求心中有數(shù)。(4) 了解施工機(jī)械設(shè)備的技術(shù)參數(shù)與性能。(5)做好施工場(chǎng)地的通平工作。(6)根據(jù)提供的地下管線(燃?xì)夤芫€、下水道、地下電纜等)分布情況，查 明現(xiàn)場(chǎng)具體分布位置及埋藏深度。(7)按照施工圖及基坑周邊控制軸線準(zhǔn)確測(cè)出基坑外包線，并將基坑周邊控制軸線引測(cè)到場(chǎng)地周邊適當(dāng)部位，妥善保護(hù)。(8)根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)平面布置，

41、、勞動(dòng)力需要量計(jì)劃廳p土方、護(hù)坡施工工種人數(shù)備注1運(yùn)輸車(chē)司機(jī)32挖掘機(jī)司機(jī)13基坑清土工人34抽水工人1第六章 土方施工1、施工方法及工期：采用大開(kāi)挖的方法并根據(jù)施工安排和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況，組織好土方開(kāi)挖、坡道留置 和出土路線等工序，棄土地點(diǎn)根據(jù)實(shí)際情況再確定。板底以上土方量約888m3計(jì)劃2天完成,平均每天出土量約440m32、技術(shù)措施(1)事先根據(jù)坐標(biāo)撒出基礎(chǔ)邊線，根據(jù)放坡比例撒出基坑開(kāi)挖下口線、上口線。(2)放坡：開(kāi)挖深度達(dá)7m查表應(yīng)按照1: 0.5進(jìn)行一級(jí)放坡。(3)底板墊層外預(yù)留1m寬操作面，操作面內(nèi)挖排水溝，轉(zhuǎn)角挖一積水井。(4)積水井采用磚砌，尺寸為500*500*500。排水溝與墊層一

42、起澆筑混凝土， 成形后尺寸為300寬、200深。(5)為確保雨天排水，在整個(gè)基坑四角處各設(shè)置一個(gè)1000*1000*1000的深積水井。(6)至基底時(shí)預(yù)留200mm人工緊隨進(jìn)行清槽，將清除的土方送至返鏟半徑 之內(nèi)帶棄。(7)機(jī)械挖土接近坑底時(shí)，由現(xiàn)場(chǎng)專職測(cè)量員用水準(zhǔn)儀，將水準(zhǔn)標(biāo)高引測(cè)至 坑底，然后隨著挖機(jī)逐步向前推進(jìn)，將水平儀置于坑底。(8)設(shè)置竹樁之前，人工進(jìn)行第一次打土，桿土?xí)r由測(cè)量員用水平儀控制標(biāo) 高，桿土厚度為10-15cm,在竹樁放置之后進(jìn)行第二次桿土，桿土厚度及標(biāo)高以 竹樁控制，桿土完成后，基底標(biāo)高達(dá)到圖紙?jiān)O(shè)計(jì)及規(guī)范要求， 誤差不得大于1cm!etrl e q_L c siie，t
