3、 DESIGNCOMPLIANCE1）TocomplytoGB50307-2005氣體滅火系統(tǒng)設計規(guī)范Regulationforfirefightinggassystemdesign;2）TocomplytoGB50263-97氣體滅火系統(tǒng)施工及驗收規(guī)范Regulationforfirefightinggassysteminstallationandinspection/acceptance;2 .滅火方式 FIREEXTINGUISHINGMETHO 康設計采用全淹沒式滅火系統(tǒng),在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)，噴射一定濃度的七氟丙烷滅火劑，并使其均勻地充滿整個保護區(qū)，此時能將在其區(qū)域里任一部位發(fā)生的火災撲滅

4、.Fireextinguishingisbytotalfloodingmethod.Withinspecifiedtimelimit,FM200gasshallbedischargedtotheconcentrationasdesignedfortotalfloodingandabletoextinguishthefireinanylocationwithintheprotectedarea.3 .滅火系統(tǒng)的控制方式為自動、電氣手動、機械手動三種.在有人工作或值班時,采用電氣手動控制；在無人的情況下，采用自動方式.自動、手動控制方式的轉(zhuǎn)換，在滅火控制盤上實現(xiàn)（在保護區(qū)的門外設置手動控制盒，手動

6、oftheprotectedarea.Emergencystopbuttonshallbeprovidedonthemanualcontrolpanel.4 .保護區(qū)的要求 Requirementinsideprotectedarea:1）保護區(qū)為獨立區(qū)域Protectedareashallbeisolated.2）保護區(qū)的耐火極限0.5h,耐壓強度1200Pa-Fireratingoftheprotectedareashallbe0.5hour,mechanicalstrengthshallbe1200Pa.3）保護區(qū)的通風系統(tǒng)在噴放七氟丙烷滅火劑前應關閉，并設置防火閥門Allventila

8、ea.6）為保證人員的安全撤離，在釋放滅火劑前，應發(fā)出火災報警，火災報警至釋放滅火劑的延時時間為 30 秒.Fireaudioandvisualalarmshallberaised30secondbeforegasemissiontoensurepeopleinsidecouldevacuatesafely.7）為保證滅火的可靠性，在滅火系統(tǒng)釋放滅火劑之前，應保證必要的聯(lián)動操作.即滅火系統(tǒng)在發(fā)出滅火指令時,由控制系統(tǒng)發(fā)出聯(lián)動指令，切斷電源、關閉或停止一切影響滅火效果的設備.Toensurethereliabilityofthesystem,beforegasemission,allinterc

11、固，操作觀察方便，外形美觀.Gascontainerframedimensionsandappearanceshallbeeasyforoperationandcheckingandsecurelyfixed.3 .管材采用無縫鋼管，法蘭連接，應符合 GB8163輸送流體用無縫鋼管的規(guī)定.Allpipeworkshallbeseamlesstype,flangedjointtoGB8163(regulationforfluiddeliverytube,seamlesstype).4 .分布管系的水平定向敷設坡度，取順向 1-3/1000.Pipeworkinstallationgradient

12、shallbe1 八 3/1000.5 .未說明之處需嚴格按照 GB50263-97氣體滅火系統(tǒng)施工及驗收規(guī)范進行施工.UnspecifiedworkshallcomplytoGB50263-976 .施工中，管網(wǎng)的走向不得擅自改動，如必須改動，請與設計部門聯(lián)系.Pipeworkinstallationshallstrictlyfollowthedesign,anychangerequiredshallbereportedtothedesigner.五.標志在保護區(qū)附近，應設置警告牌，警告牌上包括以下的內(nèi)容：在報警時或釋放七氟丙烷滅火劑時,應立即撤離該地區(qū),在徹底通風前，請不要進入該地區(qū).In

14、omatic:Byautomaticdetectionoffire,releaseoffirealarm,extinguishthefireautomatically.2)手動：即自動探測報警，發(fā)出火警信號.經(jīng)人工電氣手動啟動滅火系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行滅火， 上述自動工況的電氣手動工況的轉(zhuǎn)換在滅火控制盤上實現(xiàn)，不論滅火控制按鈕處于哪一種工況，當人為發(fā)出火警時都可以使用該火警區(qū)的手動控制盒，電氣手動啟動滅火系統(tǒng)進行滅火，手動控制盒的另一項功能是它可以在滅火系統(tǒng)動作前，撤消滅火控制盤發(fā)出的本區(qū)域的指令， 以防止不需由滅火系統(tǒng)進行滅火時啟動滅火系統(tǒng).Manual:Byautomaticdetectionoffir

16、calemergencyoperationa.一只探測報警，發(fā)出火警信號，但電氣控制部分出現(xiàn)故障，不能執(zhí)行滅火指令的情況下；Whenfirealarmisdetectedbyonedetector,firealarmisraised,butthecontrolismal-functioned;b.發(fā)現(xiàn)火警，由于電源發(fā)生故障或者自動探測報警系統(tǒng)失靈，不能執(zhí)行滅火指令的情況下；Whenfireoccurs,powersupplyofthedetectionsystemisinoperativeorthedetectionismal-functioned:c.機械手動應急啟動可以在鋼瓶間或在區(qū)外進行

17、，首先拔去所需滅火區(qū)域的啟動裝置電磁閥上的保險，按下應急手柄，使滅火系統(tǒng)工作，執(zhí)行滅火功能，這務必在提前關閉影響滅火效果的設備，通知并確認人員已經(jīng)撤離后方可實施.Mechanicalmanualoperationcouldbeexecutedatthelocalcontrolpanelofthecontaineroratoutsideoftheprotectedarea.Firstly,removetheprotectedcoverofthereleasevalveandpressdownthecontrolhandleforgasemission.Anyequipmentaffectingt

18、hefirefightingprocessshallbestoppedandnotifypeopleinsideprotectedareatoevacuatebeforepressdownforgasrelease.2 .無論什么情況下達指令，自指令下達后延時 30 秒左右啟動滅火系統(tǒng)，以保證人員在規(guī)定的時間內(nèi)從滅火區(qū)域撤離，自動滅火系統(tǒng)釋放七氟丙烷滅火劑時包括釋放后相當長的時間內(nèi)，絕對不允許有人停留在滅火區(qū)域內(nèi).Underanycondition,instructionforreleaseofgasshallbedelayedby30secondstoensurepeopleinsidepr

19、otectedareaareevacuatedbeforegasreleases.Afterreleaseofgasforacertaintime,peoplearestrictlyprohibitedtostayinsideprotectedarea.3 .滅火系統(tǒng)動作釋放七氟丙烷滅火劑后，經(jīng)檢驗確認火災已經(jīng)撲滅的情況下，打開通風系統(tǒng)，向滅火作用區(qū)送入新鮮的空氣，廢氣排除干凈后才允許人員進入.WhenFM200gasisreleasedandfireinsideprotectedareaisextinguished,gasextractionsystemshallbeswitchedonan

20、densurefoulairisremovedbeforeallowingpeopletoentertheroom.4 .滅火系統(tǒng)應有專人負責，經(jīng)常進行檢查和維護、保養(yǎng)，保持良好的工作狀況.檢查方法與要求可根據(jù)供貨商提供的使用說明書進行.Gasextinguishingsystemshallbeperiodicallyexaminedandmaintainedtooperationalcondition,detailofserviceandmaintenanceshallbeasrecommendedbyvendor.5 .滅火系統(tǒng)的七氟丙烷滅火劑儲瓶和啟動裝置充裝介質(zhì)不允許發(fā)生泄漏，當七氟丙

21、烷滅火劑重量下降 5 啕動裝置的壓力指示下降 10%!應及時充裝和更新，恢復正常工作狀況.Leakageofgascontainerandreleasemechanismisnotallowed.Whentheweightofgasincontainerisreducedby5%andthepressureofthereleasemechanismisreducedby10%,thesaidcontainerandmechanismshallbereplacedwithnewoneandsettonormaloperationcondition.6 .建議在防護區(qū)外配置空氣呼吸器或氧氣呼吸器.

22、Airinhaleroroxygenmasksarerecommendedtobeprovidedatoutsideofprotectedarea.七.驗收 Inspectionforacceptance.1.本滅火系統(tǒng)按設計圖安裝完畢后，經(jīng)檢驗合格，可提交驗收.Wheninstallationiscompletedasdesignedandinspectedasqualified,theworkcouldbeaccepted.2 .驗收試驗合格后，經(jīng)消防主管部門以及使用單位認可，即交付投入使用.Afterqualifiedtestandapprovedbyfireauthority,oper

23、ationcouldbeeffected.八.七氟丙烷自動滅火系統(tǒng)動作程序如附圖FM200operationsequenceshallbeasattacheddrawing.九，設備選型：報警主機選用聯(lián)動型氣體滅火控制器；探測器選用智能光電型、智能差定溫型.Equipmentselection:alarmmainpanelshallbeinterconnectedwithgasextinguishercontrolpanel,detectorshallbeintelligenttypewhichcandistinguishtemperatureofdetection.十，設備及探測器布置：報警

24、控制器設于室外墻壁上距地 1.5米高； 電源由甲方提供專用消防電源接口 220vac,防護區(qū)內(nèi)設兩路煙感探測器并使每路探測器均能單獨覆蓋整個保護區(qū).保護區(qū)門頭上內(nèi)設警鈴.外設置聲光警報器；保護區(qū)門頭上外設噴灑指示燈及門邊設緊急啟停按鈕.Locationofequipmentanddetector:alarmcontrolpanelshallbeinstalledonwallatoutsideoftheprotectedareaabovefloorlevel1.5m;220vacpowersupplyshallbeprovidedbyemployer.3 detectioncircuitssha

28、，不得經(jīng)過插座.Exclusivelyusedpowersupplywiringforthealarmsystemshallbesinglephase3wire,6mm2copper,derivedfromfireservicepowersupplysystem,socketconnectionisnotallowed.連接線路電線須為耐火型電纜或是安裝在鋼管/鐵梢內(nèi)護套線.Wiringshallbefireretardingtypeanddrawninsteelconduitorsteeltrunking.十四.INTEGRITYTEST 完全測試侍服器機房需按設計要求建造.四面墻璧，地板，天花板，門及門框全部用兩小時耐火材料建造.所用材料，門及門框構(gòu)造需有相關檢證.建造完成，須有嚴緊測試.在機房外排煙風管，予留界面，用臨時風機風管加壓 24 小時，同時在 VESDA 測管安裝 3 通閥連接臨時壓力表，如壓降輕微，方可接受.測試完成后，接口需用兩小時耐火材料封閉，包括飾面.Serverroom/UPSroomshallbeconstructedwith2hoursfireratedmaterialforallwalls,floor,ceiling,doorandframewithcertificat
