1、汽車論文|全輪驅(qū)動(dòng)底盤測(cè)功機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)全輪驅(qū)動(dòng)底盤測(cè)功機(jī)的控制系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)摘要隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,我國(guó)汽車工業(yè)得到了迅猛的發(fā)展。汽車結(jié)構(gòu)不斷完善,汽車性能不斷提高。人們對(duì)汽車性能要求的不斷提高,一方面促進(jìn)了傳統(tǒng)的汽車技術(shù)與現(xiàn)代電子技術(shù)的結(jié)合,使汽車的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)在最近幾十年有了大幅度的提高;另一方面,它促進(jìn)汽車綜合性能現(xiàn)代檢測(cè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和廣泛應(yīng)用,大大提高了汽車新產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)速度和出廠產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的控制能力。汽車底盤測(cè)功機(jī)是一項(xiàng)重要的室內(nèi)臺(tái)架檢測(cè)設(shè)備,通過(guò)底盤測(cè)功機(jī)不僅可以對(duì)汽車進(jìn)行動(dòng)力性檢測(cè),而且還可以測(cè)量多工況排放指標(biāo)及油耗,同時(shí)還能方便地進(jìn)行汽車加載調(diào)試和診斷汽車在負(fù)載條件下出現(xiàn)的故障等。

2、所有測(cè)試結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性和可靠性都取決于底盤測(cè)功機(jī)能否對(duì)汽車的道路行駛阻力做出真實(shí)的模擬。本文設(shè)計(jì)了由PC機(jī)和I/O板、A/D板組成的汽車底盤測(cè)功機(jī)測(cè)控系統(tǒng),充分發(fā)揮了PC機(jī)運(yùn)算、存儲(chǔ)能力強(qiáng);I/O板和A/D板接口多、傳輸速度快的特點(diǎn)。在本系統(tǒng)中,所用的數(shù)據(jù)處理、指令控制及軟件運(yùn)行都由PC機(jī)來(lái)處理,這樣就使得系統(tǒng)的硬件更加簡(jiǎn)化和高效。硬件系統(tǒng)的主要功能是根據(jù)當(dāng)前檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目的需要,并通過(guò)判斷底盤測(cè)功機(jī)當(dāng)前狀態(tài),發(fā)出指令,使底盤測(cè)功機(jī)按當(dāng)前要求狀態(tài)工作;當(dāng)車到達(dá)指定位置后,PC機(jī)發(fā)出指令,開(kāi)始檢測(cè)并采集數(shù)據(jù),輸入PC機(jī)進(jìn)行計(jì)算處理,并將處理結(jié)果打印出來(lái)。文中闡述了底盤測(cè)功機(jī)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并介紹了汽車動(dòng)力性

7、make a real simulation of the resistance.In this paper, designed by the PC and I / O board, A / D board, composed of measurement and control system, give full play to the PC-computing, storage capacity,; I / O board and A / D interface board, and transmission speed characteristics. The primary function of the hardware system is based on the current needs of the test items and, through the chassis dynamometer to determine the current
