企業(yè)管理機(jī)房信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)

1、摘要作為計算機(jī)專業(yè)的信院來說，機(jī)房實驗是必不可少的教學(xué)內(nèi)容，但是在建設(shè)和管理上面臨著挑戰(zhàn)。機(jī)房規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大、軟硬件的不斷更新、機(jī)房角色的多元化以及學(xué)生層次的良莠不齊，給管理帶來了極大的難度，開發(fā)一個計算機(jī)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行自動化的管理勢在必行。本文以信院的機(jī)房管理為背景，實現(xiàn)了機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)的教師管理模塊，能用來為老師提供本院學(xué)生的信息，進(jìn)行試驗的安排，為計算機(jī)管理員提供有關(guān)機(jī)器的信息，能給計算機(jī)管理員帶來極大的方便。該系統(tǒng)是在VS2010開發(fā)平臺上開發(fā)的，是基于.NET Framework語言庫的C#語言編寫的。使用Microsoft SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫作為存儲數(shù)據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞 機(jī)房管理，教師管理，S

2、QL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫1緒論時代的進(jìn)步以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展與普及，給機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用提供了便利的硬件環(huán)境。機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)與SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫相互的配合，顯示出了新時代教學(xué)方式的獨特優(yōu)勢。再次介紹計算機(jī)管理系統(tǒng)的背景及意義，以及開發(fā)本系統(tǒng)所使用的工具和平臺。1.1開發(fā)背景及意義二十一世紀(jì)是信息的時代，而且目前大學(xué)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)趨于完善。大學(xué)的教育方式也在技術(shù)上得到了根本的改變，多媒體教學(xué)已經(jīng)進(jìn)入到每一個課堂，教師與老師的遠(yuǎn)程通信，也逐漸出現(xiàn)在我們的身邊。為此隨著計算機(jī)進(jìn)入到機(jī)房，尤其是有關(guān)計算機(jī)方面的學(xué)院，我們迫切的需要計算機(jī)機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)，來對機(jī)房，教師，學(xué)生，實驗進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的管理。通過此系統(tǒng)，教

3、師可以高效的對學(xué)生信息，學(xué)生上機(jī)實驗進(jìn)行跟蹤管理，省去大量的時間和精力。而且，計算機(jī)管理員使用此系統(tǒng)可以輕松的查詢機(jī)房中機(jī)器的使用情況，統(tǒng)計計算機(jī)的使用壽命以及計算機(jī)運行是否良好。而我們也會通過努力，不斷的探索，來完善內(nèi)部的架構(gòu)，使得系統(tǒng)層次分明，模塊功能完整，從而加強(qiáng)整個系統(tǒng)的兼容性，安全性，可維護(hù)性和健壯性。1.2開發(fā)工具介紹本系統(tǒng)采用C#開發(fā)語言，C#是microsoft強(qiáng)力退出的新一代語言，它集合了java，VC的優(yōu)勢，成為了現(xiàn)在開發(fā)web和GUI信息管理系統(tǒng)的首選語言，C#采用了java的完全面向?qū)ο髾C(jī)制，方便開發(fā)者對現(xiàn)實世界進(jìn)行抽象建模，。而C#和visio的結(jié)合更是珠聯(lián)璧合，很多

4、系統(tǒng)代碼可以自動生成，省去了大量的人力，時間。也提供了統(tǒng)一的驗證模式，開發(fā)者只要調(diào)用驗證的類，就可以輕松的進(jìn)行各種數(shù)據(jù)的驗證，其中包括郵箱格式，電話和時期的驗證。而且VS2010提供了SQL Server2008數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)獨特于其它的開發(fā)平臺，在VS中可以直接運行數(shù)據(jù)庫文件。使用SQL Server 2008數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)默認(rèn)兩個管理員Administrator和sa，對系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫和用戶數(shù)據(jù)庫驚醒管理。提供分析查詢功能，可以在里邊寫SQl語法，創(chuàng)建存儲過程，視圖，表等。2系統(tǒng)需求分析本系統(tǒng)為中小型管理系統(tǒng)，主要功能是對計算機(jī)上機(jī)實驗進(jìn)行管理，包括老師對學(xué)生的上機(jī)管理，教師的基本信息資料

5、與學(xué)生的基本信息資料等，滿足教師、計算機(jī)管理員的工作需要。學(xué)生只能通過登錄客戶端來訪問服務(wù)器，獲得服務(wù)器文件，等待機(jī)房管理通知等，系統(tǒng)與SQL Server相結(jié)合，實現(xiàn)教師，學(xué)生，機(jī)房電腦的大量數(shù)據(jù)存儲。2.1系統(tǒng)任務(wù)概述機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)可以運行在windows系統(tǒng)上，它的實現(xiàn)主要是幫助教師、機(jī)房管理員對實驗進(jìn)行合理的安排，并且本系統(tǒng)幫助教師與學(xué)生之間完成遠(yuǎn)程通信。本節(jié)主要論述了機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)的運行時環(huán)境和需求分析2.1.1運行環(huán)境本系統(tǒng)屬于中小型管理系統(tǒng)，硬件環(huán)境只需要128M內(nèi)存空間。本系統(tǒng)主要運行在windows操作系統(tǒng)上，采用microsoft SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫系統(tǒng)，運行在.NET

6、 Framework2.0-.NET Framework 4.0版語言包基礎(chǔ)上。2.1.2系統(tǒng)功能系統(tǒng)工分為五大部分，本節(jié)之論述用戶登錄與注冊，學(xué)生管理與實驗安排，兩部分。工列為4項來闡述。（1） 在服務(wù)器端，教師和機(jī)房管理員可以通過輸入賬號和密碼，選擇登錄類型，進(jìn)入到操作界面中。如果賬號和密碼輸入有誤，系統(tǒng)則提示報錯信息。（2） 機(jī)房管理員可以對學(xué)生的資料包括學(xué)號姓名聯(lián)系電話家庭住址進(jìn)行修改，查詢，刪除等操作。（3） 機(jī)房管理員可以對學(xué)生實驗進(jìn)行查詢等（4） 教師可以查詢自己學(xué)生的信息，可以把一些學(xué)生的信息添加到自己的班級中，把一些學(xué)生刪除自己的班級。2.2數(shù)據(jù)采集本系統(tǒng)主要收集關(guān)于機(jī)房、教

7、師、學(xué)生的數(shù)據(jù)。而且要對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行驗證，通過規(guī)定用戶的權(quán)限，使各個用戶瀏覽相應(yīng)的信息。2.2.1需要收集的數(shù)據(jù)機(jī)房的數(shù)據(jù)，包括機(jī)房電腦的存儲容量，現(xiàn)在存儲數(shù)量。學(xué)生的資料，包括學(xué)生的姓名，學(xué)號，地址，聯(lián)系電話，專業(yè)，年級等。教師的資料，包括教師的姓名，聯(lián)系電話，住址，所帶的課程。2.2.2數(shù)據(jù)約束的條件 學(xué)生只能查新自己的基本資料，查詢自己所選的實驗課和自己教師的信息。機(jī)房管理員可以對本院所有實驗課的教師進(jìn)行查詢，而且還可以查詢所有學(xué)生的信息以及他們的實驗安排。教師可以申請機(jī)房的使用權(quán)，可以查詢自己所帶實驗課的學(xué)生的信息，可以給自己的班級安排實驗。數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計本章對機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)中的數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)計進(jìn)行說明

8、。主要內(nèi)容包括教師表，學(xué)生表，機(jī)房表，教師管理機(jī)房，學(xué)生機(jī)房安排表。在存儲過程，數(shù)據(jù)字段的定義方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的說明。（1）計算機(jī)機(jī)房管理系統(tǒng)中一個重要的實體是計算機(jī)。計算機(jī)的屬性包括ID（用機(jī)房號加上此電腦存入機(jī)房的順序來表示的）、存入的時間、存放的位置（行號和列好表示）、運行情況、外鍵機(jī)房號。（2）機(jī)房機(jī)房的主要屬性是機(jī)房號，機(jī)房中計算機(jī)的存儲容量，已經(jīng)存入的計算機(jī)的數(shù)量，一個外鍵是機(jī)房管理員的ID號，記錄機(jī)房由哪一個管路員來管理。機(jī)房號的格式為樓層號+機(jī)房在樓層中的順序（如三樓第三個房間為303）。（3）教師表（4）學(xué)生表（5） 學(xué)生與機(jī)房關(guān)系表包括學(xué)生的學(xué)號，上機(jī)的星期，和上機(jī)的時間段，
