11、peechesrich connotation and core ideas,whi ch began so thoroughly Marxistpositi ons教師職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃要了解教師職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,我們先要明白什么是是生涯、職業(yè)生涯、教師職業(yè)生涯。何謂“生涯”? 就是一生重要工作的綜合,是以以職業(yè)為中心,但又不僅僅限于職業(yè)層面,還包括所有人生角色,如家庭:子女、配偶、父母;學校:學習者;職業(yè):生產者;社會:公民、消費者、休閑者、退休者。是自我認知、自我了解、自我肯定、自我定位、自我發(fā)展、自我實現的過程。生涯規(guī)劃即一個人生涯過程的妥善安排。職業(yè)生涯是指一個人一生中職業(yè)經歷過程,是指一個人
12、一生連續(xù)從事和承擔的職業(yè)、職務、職位的過程。教師的職業(yè)生涯,是指一個人作為教師從事教師職業(yè)的整個過程。因此,教師的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,是對有關教師職業(yè)發(fā)展的各個方面進行的設想和規(guī)劃,具體包括:對教師職業(yè)的選擇,對教師職業(yè)目標與預期成就的設想,對工作單位和崗位的設計,對成長階段步驟以及環(huán)境條件的考慮。教師的職業(yè)生涯和教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展的關系教師專業(yè)發(fā)展是一個流行的概念。教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展,是指教師在專業(yè)素質方面不斷成長和追求成熟的過程。它既指專業(yè)素質各個方面(專業(yè)態(tài)度、專業(yè)知識、專業(yè)能力)的一起成長,也指一個有步驟和階段性的成長過程。教師職業(yè)生涯和教師專業(yè)發(fā)展基本是一個意思。它們的區(qū)別,只在于生涯比較中性,而
13、發(fā)展帶有目標和價值性。為什么做職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃一般印象而言,中學教師的工作穩(wěn)定,步調規(guī)律且單純,還需要有生涯規(guī)劃嗎?答案是肯定的。 教師的生涯發(fā)展是為自己規(guī)劃出自己的心靈藍圖(MindMap) , 也是一種虛擬實境的演練。在教師的生涯發(fā)展方面,必須作系統的思考,從整體觀照,宏觀和微觀的角度來進行生涯思考 , 這樣教師會自覺地、妥善地完成生涯規(guī)劃,實屬重要。(一)終身教育的需要20世紀70年代以后,終身教育(Lifelong education)理念日受重視,生涯發(fā)展的研究,已不只偏重個人的職業(yè)選擇方面,進而擴大到個人自我潛能的發(fā)揮。如何使人生各階段的潛能達到最大實現的可能性,逐漸成為生涯發(fā)展研究的
14、重要課題;換言之, 不僅要使個人樂在工作;而且也要使個人能安享晚年。教育工作者受到此種理念的沖擊,逐漸感受到生涯發(fā)展和生涯規(guī)劃的重要性。教師逐漸體會到在職進修的必要性,光憑過去所學的知識和經驗,實很難勝任目前的教學工作,必須不斷地進修,吸取各種經濟、政治、科技和教育知識,以擴大知識領域,提升專業(yè)能力。所以,教師生涯能力的規(guī)劃與發(fā)展,越來越凸顯其迫切性。(二)教師自身發(fā)展的需要教育質量的提升,主要系于教師能否將教學工作當作終生的志業(yè),或是將教學工作當做一生o sum up,i s divi ded int o9 main parts: 1. withregardto persisti ngand

36、學習教師實踐總結。(三)有助于教師確立發(fā)展目標由于我們過去缺乏生涯設計的概念和意識,不少教師對自己要達到什么目標,通過幾個階段達到自己的目標,現在自己處于什么階段,等等問題,腦子里往往是模糊的、不清楚的,有的甚至從來就沒有這樣考慮過。表現在工作上,就是聽從領導安排,以完成任務為目標,沒有多少自己的追求,態(tài)度比較被動;當工作不滿意時,往往歸因于外部的環(huán)境制約,認為自己盡了力,沒有辦法克服困難。所以,生涯規(guī)劃,可活出快樂人生!這里我介紹幾種關于快樂的技巧:要有目標和追求經常保持微笑學會和別人一塊分享喜悅樂于助人并保持自己的一顆童心學會和各種人愉快的相處保持幽默感要能處亂不驚學會寬恕他人有幾個知心朋
