1、 Ron has written three books. The first, called The Essential 55: An Award-Winning Educator's Rules for Discovering the Successful Student in Every Child (2003), is being published in 25 countries. In 2004 he followed with The Excellent 11: Qualities Teachers and Parents Use to Motivate, Inspire
2、, and Educate Children. "The End of Molasses Classes" was published during the summer of 2011, listing "101 Extraordinary Solutions for Parents and Teachers".In December 2008, Oprah Winfrey donated $365,000 to Ron Clark, for the Ron Clark Academy, for his profound dedication to t
3、eaching.Ron Clark's 55 classroom rulesRule 1: When responding to any adult, you must answer by saying "Yes ma'am" or "No sir." Just nodding your head or saying any other form of yes or no is not acceptable. 1、與大人應(yīng)對,要有禮貌,有分寸?;卮饐栴}時,總是要說“是的,女士”或“不,先生”,只是點頭或用其他“是”或“不是”的表達都不行。
4、 Rule 2: Make eye contact. When someone is speaking, keep your eyes on him or her at all times. 11、hing from someone, never insult that person by making negative comments about the gift or by insinuating that it wasnt appreciated. If you do not say it within three seconds after receiving the item, I will take it back. There is no excuse for not showing appreciation.10、接到獎品和禮物,不可以嫌棄;克拉克先生對待這種情況的辦法

When grading other students papers, if
13、you give someone an incorrect grade, whether it is higher or lower than they deserve, the amount the grade differs from the actual grade will be deducted from your paper. The only marks that you can leave on others papers are an “X” and the number they got correct. 十二 :改同學考卷時要謹慎。 Rule 13:When we rea
14、d together in class, you must follow along. If I call on you to read, you know exactly where we are and begin to read immediately.十三 :全班一起念課文時,要看著正在念的一字一句。Rule 14: Answer all questions with a complete sentence. For example, if the question asks, “Whats the capital of Russia?” you should respond by w
15、riting “The capital of Russia is Moscow.” Also, in conversations with others, it is important to use complete sentences out of respect for the persons questions. For example, if a person asks, “How are you?” Instead of just responding by saying, “Fine,” you should say, “Im doing fine, thank you. How
16、 about you?”十四 :以完整的句子回答所有的問題。Rule 15:At times throughout the year, I will give rewards for good behavior, academic performance and other acts worthy of praise. If you ever ask me for a reward, however, it will not be given. It is rude to ask if you are getting something for good behavior. You shoul
17、d be good and try your best because you are trying to better yourself, not because you are anticipating a reward. I usually give some sort of reward to everyone who scores 100 on unit tests. If you make 100 and ask if you are getting something, no one who made 100 will be given anything.十五 :不要主動討?yīng)勂贰?/p>
18、 Rule 16: Homework will be turned in each day for each subject by every student with no exception.十六 :每天都要做完作業(yè)。Rule 17:You will make every effort to be as organized as possible. When we are in transition from one subject to the other, the change will be swift, quiet and orderly. We should be consist
19、ently able to turn from one book to another, complete with all homework and necessary materials, as quickly as possible. 20、ery effort to be as organized as possible. Sharpen your pencil before school. You may not use the pencil sharpener between 9am - 2:50pm. Take care of your business before school. 22、ill follow certain classroom protocols. We will be organized, efficient, and on task. In order to do so, we will follow these rules:Dont get out of your seat without permission. Exception: if you are sick, leave immediately.Dont speak unless: You raise your hand, and I will call on you. I ask you a
23、question, and you are responding. It is a recess of lunch. Do not ask me if you can get water while I am teaching a lesson. You can even have food at you

25、at is a pretty sweater.” (Note. If you are in line with the rest of the class, you are not allowed to speak to the teachers at that time because the no-talking rule is in effect. You should speak to other teachers if you are entering or leaving school, on recess, on an errand, or changing classes. 二

32、 are several manners dealing with food that you must follow: I call these my ABCs of Etiquette. A. When you first sit down for a meal, immediately place your napkin in your lap. If your silverware is wrapped in a napkin, unwrap it as soon as you sit down and place the napkin in you lap.B. When you a
33、re finished eating, place your napkin on the table to the left of your plate. Place it loosely beside the plate. Dont crumple it, because you dont want to seem untidy. Dont fold it too neatly, because you dont want the restaurant to think you assume they are going to use it again. Never leave your n
34、apkin on your chair. This implies that the napkin is too dirty to be left on the table. Also, in some cultures, leaving the napkin on the chair is known as a way to say that you dont intend to return to the restaurant again.C. Never place your elbow on the table.D. Use one hand to eat, unless you ar
35、e cutting or buttering food. Never have your fork in one hand and a glass in the other.E. Dont lick your fingers. There is no need to lick yourself clean.F. Dont smack your lips or chew noisily.G. Dont chew with your mouth open.H. Dont talk with your mouth full. Sometimes people will place a hand ov
36、er their mouth and talk anyway. Dont do that. Wait until you have swallowed your food.I. If something is caught in your teeth, dont go in after it; wait until you are in the rest room to remove it.J. Dont slurp.K. Dont play with your food.L. if you drop your fork, napkin, or anything else on the flo
37、or, Do not pick it up. It is very rude and unsanitary to place something on the table that has been on the floor. If you pick up something that has dropped, hand it to the waiter, then you will need to excuse yourself and wash your hands before continuing with your meal. The best way to handle a sit
38、uation when something has dropped on the floor is to ask a waiter for a replacement; leave the old one on the floor.M. you are to use your utensils to eat everything. Here are ten types of food you may use your hands to eat with: 1. Pizza2. Bacon3. Bread (Always tear off a bite-sized piece to eat. I
39、f you are going to use butter, never butter the whole piece of bread; butter the piece you tore off, and eat it before tearing another piece.)二十九 :用餐的基本禮儀。Rule 30: Clean up after yourself After we eat, we will clean up after ourselves. This includes cleaning off the tables and making sure we havent

If the door opens by pulling, pull it open, stan
46、d to the side, and allow the other person to pass through first, then you can walk through. 47、When we are on a field trip, there will be no talking as we enter a building. We will enter the building so quietly that no one will even notice we are there. This rule applies to entering any place where people are gathered, whether it be the movies, a church, a theater, or any other venue. It also

Also, if we are visiting other places, such as a museum or theater, it would be nice to comment on how beautiful the architecture is or to tell the guide that you think the facility is very n

I am not concerned with being thanked; I am concerned with teaching you that it is appropriate to show appreciation when some
