Within Five (5) international banking days upon successful verification and authentication of Swift MT760, Beneficiarys Bank will wire transfer leasing price (17+2%) to the Lessors receiving bank. Simlutaneously Lessee distributes consultant fee (total: 2%) to the all intermediaries as per

33、ts designated in the Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement.
