1、青年教師怎樣當(dāng)好一名合格的班主任對于剛踏入教育行業(yè)的青年教師從事班主任工作，跟老教師相比我們沒有班級管理經(jīng)驗，跟其它學(xué)科教師相比，我們沒有成熟的教學(xué)技能，沒有完善的教學(xué)理念，但跟他們相比我們有的是青春的激情，我們年輕，有更充沛的精力來學(xué)習(xí)，不斷完善自己，能更好的與學(xué)生溝通，了解學(xué)生的情況。他們有自己成熟的一套班級管理和教育教學(xué)理論，但我們可以吸取他們的經(jīng)驗，進(jìn)行提升，升華，構(gòu)建自己的一套獨(dú)特有效的理論。這就需要我們不斷學(xué)習(xí)，要成為優(yōu)秀的青年班主任，最首要的是要成為一名優(yōu)秀的教師，其次是深入了解班主任的工作。班級是學(xué)校教育的細(xì)胞，是學(xué)校教育工作的基本組織形式，是學(xué)校教育、教學(xué)的基層單位。班主任是

2、學(xué)生班集體的教育者、組織者和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者；是班集體的靈魂；是聯(lián)系班級中各科老師的紐帶；是溝通學(xué)校和學(xué)生各種組織以及家庭和社會的橋梁；是學(xué)校開展各項工作的得力助手；是學(xué)校德育工作的骨干力量，是國家教育方針的具體執(zhí)行者，是學(xué)生德、智、體全面發(fā)展的引路人，是班集體的只要組織者，是美的心靈的塑造者、健康個性的培養(yǎng)者，是學(xué)生人格的榜樣、道德行為的示范者，是學(xué)生健康成長的導(dǎo)師，是影響學(xué)生整個人生命運(yùn)的人。在學(xué)校中，每一個學(xué)生都學(xué)習(xí)和生活在一定的班級中，學(xué)校教育計劃的實施，各項教育、教學(xué)活動的開展，主要是通過班級組織去進(jìn)行的，因此，雖然在一所學(xué)校里，在同一校長的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)管理之下，由于班主任工作狀況的不同，同年級的各個

3、班級的學(xué)生，在某些方面的表現(xiàn)會呈現(xiàn)出較大的差異。同時，班主任在執(zhí)行學(xué)校教育指令方面起著中堅作用，一個任課教師不得力，課堂可能會出現(xiàn)混亂；一個班主任不得力，班級可能會出現(xiàn)混亂。一個學(xué)校哪怕只有一個混亂的班級，就會對整個學(xué)校工作產(chǎn)生沖擊。班主任的基本任務(wù)：按照德、智、體、美全面發(fā)展的要求，開展班級工作，全面教育、管理、指導(dǎo)學(xué)生，使他們成為有理想、有道德、有文化、有紀(jì)律、體魄健康的公民。只有了解了這些，真正了解班主任工作的核心，才能發(fā)展成為一名合格的班主任。班主任的常規(guī)工作：包括學(xué)期、月、周、日工作，這些都需要制定好計劃，按照計劃認(rèn)真完成，才能逐步提升自己。每學(xué)期的工作包括：制定班級計劃，確定目標(biāo)。
