PreeunithydraulicsystemdesignandconfigurationinteractionAbstract:ThecoppercathodePreeunithydraulicsystemandancillaryequipmentdesign,aswellasunitlinkedconfigurationsolutionTheoriginalPreelabourintensity,lowefficiency,compactpackagevary,andsoon.Keywords:Pree;hydraulicsystem;linkageconfigurationPackagingqualitycoppercathodewillbequalifiedforispilingupinthetransportationofsmallcars,weighing,weights,QiLi,astackofpackingprocess,theproductionprocess,therearethefollowingmajorissues:(1)ArtificialSortingStackerwasnotjustifiedQi(platoonsboard),resultinginbundlesofcoppercathodevary,theimpactofproductpackagingappearance;(2)cannotbepackagedunderpressure,resultinginalackofregularpackingcasualbags;(3)theentireprocessfrommanualoperation,resultinginlabourintensity,lowproductivity.1unithydraulicsystemdesignPackingunitproductioncapacityof250t/theclasses,mainlybythetransportvehicle,Paiplate,press,packing,assistivedevicesandhydraulicsystemcomponents.Onefour-posterhydraulicpresspressureof500kN,Paiboard(LiQi)pressureof60kNagencies.1.1AnalysisandthestatusofspecificdesignrequirementsThehydraulicsystemcontrolunitrowofhydraulicplateagenciesatthesametimereachoutslow,evenintopilesofcoppercathodefilmextrusionQiLi,Baoreturnedtothecalendarafterfast.HydraulicSystematthesametimeprovidetheimpetusforthefour-posterPress,theworkcycletoachievethefollowing:rapiddeclineinthefueltankpressure,theslowdowninclose-rowplateaftertheargumentsintopilesofcoppercathode,thepressuretosetvalue(thisvaluecanberequestedtune)andBaocalendar,thisreductioninthestateaerodynamicpackageusedbyoperativestoolsBandingpackaging;pressurefueltanksoonthereafter.1.2componentschoiceAccordingtothedesignofthehydraulicsystemcomponentsactionrequirementsandtheimplementationofindustrialpractice,selectkeycomponentsforelectromagneticreliefvalve,axialpistonpump,solenoiddirectionalcontrolvalve(electro-hydraulicdirectionalcontrolvalve,theratiodirectionalvalve),thestreaming-flowvalve(symmetricalbalancevalve),thepressureontherelays,etc.1.3hydrauliccomponentsmotorcontroldesignInthecontrolsystem,designedasshownintable1oftheelectromagnetactionsequenceasshowninFigure1andlimitthedevice,systemimplementationbodiesmoving.1.4hydraulicsystemdesignfeaturesoutlinedThesystemhasthefollowingfeatures:(1)theuseofelectromagneticreliefvalve,thehydraulicpumpcanbeno-loadstart-up,allowingthesystemtoruntheeconomy;(2)Setashuntflowvalve,dualfueltanksplatespeedsynchronization;(3)theratedflowcapacityofthechosencontroldevice,thusshorteningthetimeforactiontoenhancetheefficiencyofpackagingunit;(4)Limitpressurerelaysandswitchesincombination,thesystemguaranteessafeoperation.2matchingdesign2.1DesignplaterowPaiboard(LiQi)agenciesusethefueltankflangeconnectionwiththestent,bytheendofthepistonrodbearingjointsandpushthroughpinplategrouplinked;pushbetweenboardsandtheestablishmentoftwostent-oriented,whileprovidingthefoundationGuides,supportactivitiesbypushingwheelplate.2.2DesignPressurePressureinstitutionstorefertothestandardfour-pillarstructureofthepressbythefourupperandlowerframebeamandcolumncomponents,beamandcolumnconnectionsbetweenthescrew.Ontheframeworkofbeamsandpressureflangeboltsthroughtheendofthefueltankflangeconnections,fueltanksinstalledonthepistonrodmovementintheframeworkofthetwo-orientedbeam-oriented.Theendofthepistonrodbearingjointsconnectingpinpressurefromthefirstdevice,thefirstdesignpressuretoconsiderreductioninthestatecanguaranteeapackageBanding.2.3TransportationVehiclesandassistivedevicesdesignTrolleytransportationstructuressuchasshownindiagram2,walkingfromthepastspringsupporttheweightof2000kgofcoppercathode,thefueltankpressurereductionadoptedbythepanelsetupinthecolumnsupportonthebasisofload-bearingsteel.Forprocesscontroldescribedbelow.Paiboard(LiQi)devices.Clickofabutton,1DT,2DTforelectricity,fueltanksSlowrowplateout,touchLimitSwitchS1,S2orpressurerelayafteraYJOriginatorsuspendedat2DTlostelectricity,3DTplateinthefueltankpumprapidreturn,collisionlimitswitchS3,S4stopafteraDT,3DTlostpower.Pressuredevice.Clickofabutton,1DT,5DTinelectricity,thefueltankpressuredecreasedrapidlyafterthecollisionlimitswitchS6DT4inthefueltankofslowvoltagereduction,collisionlimitswitchS7orpressurerelay2YJaction,1DT,4DT,lostpowertostop5DT;timedelayrelayDelay1.55minafteraDT,6DTinelectricity,arapidincreaseinpressurereturnedtothefueltank(thisprocessautomatically,butoperatorshavereplacedmanualcontrolpressurereturnedtothefueltank,anddelayfunctioncanbecancelledatanytime),LimitSwitchS5touchafteraDT,6DTloss,stopwhenthepressuredropfueltankstothelimitofS8,1DT,4DTDTmissing,and5stopatthesametimecanproceedDynamicreturn.Unit3linkageconfigurationTrialoperationattheunitstillexistsfollowingquestions:(1)rowplatecanonlysqueezeonbothsidesofcoppercathode,theotherstillexistsonbothsidesofthephenomenonvary;(2)deliveryvehiclecannotbeachievedautomatically,theneedoftraction;(3)cannotberealizedfullylinkedunit,thelabourintensity.ToaddresstheabovetesttheuseoftheexistingproblemsintheproposedconfigurationThinkingprogramme.Firstofallfoursidestomakecoppercathodecanbejustifiedtosharetheuseoftheoriginalrowplate(PolyUQi)devicetransformPai-platetrackwillbetransformedintoaperiodofactivitytable,drivenbyhydraulicmotorrotation(proportionalcontrol);Thisrowplate(PolyUQi)canbeinstalledseparatelyintoapileofcoppercathodesurroundinggrounds-toensurethatafterthepackagedintotidybundlesofcoppercathodefourweeks.Second,theautomatictransmissioncarrunningatransmissiongearrack,drivenbythemotordriveunit(orQidongmadadrive).Actiondesign,materialsandmanualsortingoftheworkcanbestackedcantileversuspended(withthesucker)completedunitstoachieveautomaticoperation.CoppercathodePreeunitlinkedthroughPLCcontrolsystemtoachievealinkageprocess:Sortingmanualtransmissioncardumpsforwardweighingandweightrowplatemovesthefueltankofmotor-drivenhydraulicrowplatehydraulicoiltankmovementsconveyordrivemotorvehiclefueltanksadvancePressurePressurePressurepackingrapidincreaseinthefueltankcarforwardtransportationofcoppercathodeabundlehangingfrompilingup.4ConclusionUnitconfigurationcompleted,therowplate(PolyUQi)deviceneatlyintopilesofcoppercathodeappearanceatthesametimeinmakingapileofbundlesofcoppercathodeunderpressure,compactpackaging,keyindicatorsmeetthedesignrequirements.打包機(jī)機(jī)組液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與聯(lián)動(dòng)配置摘要:介紹了陰極銅打包機(jī)機(jī)組液壓系統(tǒng)和配套裝置的設(shè)計(jì),以及機(jī)組聯(lián)動(dòng)配置,解決了原打包機(jī)工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大,效率低,打包不整齊緊湊等問題。關(guān)鍵詞:打包機(jī);液壓系統(tǒng);聯(lián)動(dòng)配置陰極銅包裝是將質(zhì)檢合格品堆放在輸送小車上,稱重、配重、理齊、打包成垛的工藝過程,目前生產(chǎn)過程中存在著下列主要問題:(1)人工分撿堆垛時(shí)未理齊(排板),導(dǎo)致陰極銅打包不整齊,影響產(chǎn)品包裝外觀;(2)不能在受壓狀態(tài)下打包,造成打包不緊經(jīng)常散包;(3)整個(gè)過程由人工操作,造成工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大、生產(chǎn)率低下。1機(jī)組液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)打包機(jī)組生產(chǎn)能力為250t/工班,主要由輸送小車、排板機(jī)構(gòu)、壓力機(jī)、打包機(jī)構(gòu)、輔助裝置及液壓系統(tǒng)等組成。其中四柱液壓壓力機(jī)壓力為500kN,排板(理齊)機(jī)構(gòu)壓力為60kN。1.1工況分析與具體設(shè)計(jì)要求本機(jī)組液壓系統(tǒng)控制排板機(jī)構(gòu)二液壓油缸同時(shí)慢速伸出,即使成垛的陰極銅片擠壓理齊,保壓延時(shí)后快速返回。液壓系統(tǒng)同時(shí)為四柱壓力機(jī)提供動(dòng)力,實(shí)現(xiàn)如下工作循環(huán):壓下油缸快速下降,減速接近經(jīng)排板理齊后的成垛的陰極銅,加壓到設(shè)定值(此值要求可調(diào))后并保壓延時(shí),在此壓下狀態(tài)下由操作工用氣動(dòng)打包工具捆扎包裝;此后壓下油缸快。1.2元件選擇根據(jù)所設(shè)計(jì)的液壓系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行元件動(dòng)作要求及工業(yè)實(shí)踐,選擇主要元件為電磁溢流閥、軸向柱塞泵、電磁換向閥(電液換向閥、比例換向閥)、分流集流閥(對(duì)稱平衡閥)、壓力繼電器等。1.3液壓元件動(dòng)作控制設(shè)計(jì)在控制系統(tǒng)中,設(shè)計(jì)了如表1所示的電磁鐵動(dòng)作順序及如圖1所示的限位裝置,系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)。1.4液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)慨述該系統(tǒng)具有以下特點(diǎn):(1)電磁溢流閥的使用,液壓泵可無負(fù)載起動(dòng),使系統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行;(2)采用分流集流閥,雙排板油缸速度同步;(3)選擇了額定流量大的控制元件,縮短了動(dòng)作時(shí)間,提高打包機(jī)組的工作效率;(4)壓力繼電器和限位開關(guān)結(jié)合使用,保證了系統(tǒng)安全運(yùn)行。2配套裝置設(shè)計(jì)2.1排板機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)排板(理齊
