To learn the studies of corporate financial management whose main goal is to understand the core areas of Finance: capital, time, uncertainty, value, arbitrage, the inner links between them and its history, we should understand the main theory of finance: the theory of financing decision, the theory of capital, the theory of asset pricing, the theory of corporate governance, the history of it and its theoretic logic.
