8.ObligationsoftheAgent:TheAgentshalluseitsbesteffortstopromoteandselltheProductsintheterritoryspecifiedaboveandshallcomplywithallapplicablelawsandregulations.

9.Termination:ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyuponwrittennoticetotheotherparty,providedthatsuchterminationshallbeeffectiveupontheexpirationof[Number]daysfromthedateofreceiptofsuchnotice.
