AllproductsmanufacturedbyPartyAshallcomplywiththequalitystandardsspecifiedintheattached[QualityStandardsDocument].PartyAshallensurethattheproductsmeettherequirementsofPartyB.
**3.ProductionSchedule**
PartyAshallcommenceproductionoftheproductson[StartDate]andshallcompletetheproductionwithin[TotalProductionTime].Theproductionscheduleshallbedetailedintheattached[ProductionScheduleDocument].
**4.Delivery**
PartyAshalldelivertheproductstoPartyBatthedesignated[DeliveryLocation]onorbeforethe[DeliveryDate].Deliveryshallbemadeinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetforthintheattached[DeliveryTermsDocument].
**5.Payment**

**13.TerminationandConsequences**
-ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyupontheoccurrenceofamaterialbreachofitsobligationsunderthisAgreement.
-Upontermination,PartyCshallbeentitledtopaymentforservicesrendereduptothedateoftermination.
**14.EntireAgreement**
